"Dave is vice president and chief financial officer of South Jersey Industries and senior vice president and chief financial officer of South Jersey Gas. In those positions he oversees Rates & Regulatory Affairs, Accounting, Risk Management, Taxes, Corporate Finance, Shareholder Records and Investor Relations. He is also responsible for all corporate finance matters. He is on the board of directors of the Food Bank of South Jersey. Dave serves on the executive advisory council of Rutgers University Camden School of Business. He is a member of the Virtua Health System board of directors and is Chairman of its Finance and Investment Committee. He is also a member of Virtua Hospital Foundation’s board of directors, as well as its treasurer. Dave is a member of American Gas Association’s finance committee; a member of New Jersey Business & Industry Assocation’s energy council; a member of New Jersey State Chamber of Commerce’s energy council and a member of the New Jersey Utilities Association’s rates & regulatory committee. Dave holds a bachelor’s degree from The College of New Jersey and a master’s degree from Drexel University. "
