Barbara Mathews is Vice President, Associate General Counsel, Chief Governance Officer and Corporate Secretary of Edison International (EIX) and Southern California Edison (SCE). She is responsible for corporate governance and securities law matters. She oversees the Corporate Governance and Finance, Employment Law and Benefits, and the Base Rates and Grid Support areas of the SCE Law Department. She joined the Law Department in 1996 as an assistant general counsel of EIX and SCE. Prior to that, she was a partner in the law firm of Arnold & Porter, where she served in the Los Angeles, Washington DC, and Denver offices. She began her legal career as a law clerk for the Hon. Helen J. Frye, United States District Court Judge for the District of Oregon. Mathews is a member of the Corporations Committee of the California State Bar. She also serves on the board of directors of the National Organization of Parents of Blind Children. She is a member of the Special Education District Advisory Committee for the Santa Monica-Malibu Unified School District. Mathews received a B.A. in political science from The Colorado College and a J.D. from Catholic University Law School.

Cecil House is senior vice president of Operations Support, Safety and chief procurement officer for Southern California Edison. Prior to joining Edison in April 2006, House was vice president of Customer Operations at Public Service Electric & Gas Company (PSEG), New Jersey's largest electric and gas utility, in charge of revenue management, customer service, field operations, marketing, demand side management, account management, and energy acquisition settlement functions. Prior to that, House was vice president of Supply Chain Management at PSEG, responsible for managing $1.4 billion of non-fuel external expenditures, as well as process ownership of the inventory and logistics functions. Prior to joining PSEG, House was vice president of Business Development at Automatic Data Processing Inc. (ADP). Earlier in his career with ADP, he was vice president and assistant general counsel. Before joining ADP, he was a partner at the law firm of McDermott, Will & Emery in New York and an associate in the law firm of Debevoise & Plimpton. House is a member of the New York and Virginia bars and is a Certified Purchasing Manager. He earned his B.S. degree from the McIntire School of Commerce at the University of Virginia, his J.D. degree from Harvard Law School and an M.B.A. from Columbia University.

Richard M. Rosenblum is senior vice president of Generation and chief nuclear officer for Southern California Edison (SCE), responsible for all power generating facilities, including nuclear and related fuel supplies. He was appointed to his current role in November 2005. Previously he was senior vice president of the Transmission and Distribution business unit which is responsible for the high-voltage bulk transmission and retail distribution of electricity in SCE's 50,000-square-mile service territory. He assumed that position in February 1998. Rosenblum began his career at SCE in 1976 as an engineer working at the company's San Onofre Nuclear Generating Station (SONGS). He held various positions in the company's Nuclear Department, including startup manager, station technical manager, nuclear oversight manager, and nuclear regulatory affairs manager. He was elected vice president of Engineering and Technical Services in 1993. In that role he was responsible for engineering construction, safety oversight, and other engineering support activities at SONGS. In January 1996, he was appointed vice president of the Distribution business unit, which is responsible for providing electric service to SCE's 4.6 million customers. Rosenblum earned a B.S. and M.S. in nuclear engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic University.

Tom Noonan is senior vice president and chief financial officer of Southern California Edison (SCE). He was elected on June 1, 2005. Previously, Noonan was vice president and controller for SCE and its parent company, Edison International, having overall responsibility for corporate financial reporting and accounting, budgeting, payroll, and property accounting. He was elected to that position in 1999. Noonan began his Edison career in 1978 as a regulatory cost specialist in the Regulatory Policy and Affairs Department. During his career, he has had extensive experience in both the Treasurer's Department and the Controller's Department. In 1993, he was elected assistant controller. Before joining Edison, Noonan was a financial analyst for the American Gas Association, the Nuclear Regulatory Commission, and Booz-Allen & Hamilton in Washington, D.C. Noonan earned an M.B.A. in finance from George Washington University and a CPA certification from the state of Maryland.

Pedro Pizarro is executive vice president of Power Operations for Southern California Edison (SCE). His responsibilities include overseeing three business units: SCE's transmission and distribution system; the procurement of conventional and renewable power contracts; and Edison Carrier Solutions, a division of SCE that provides wholesale broadband services to telecommunications carriers. Pizarro joined Edison International, SCE's parent company, in 1999 as director of Strategic Planning. He was elected vice president of Technology Business Development in 2000, and moved to SCE as vice president of Strategy & Business Development and general manager of Edison Carrier Solutions in 2001. He was elected vice president of Power Procurement on January 1, 2004, and senior vice president on May 1, 2005. He assumed his current position on April 1, 2008. Prior to Edison, Pizarro was a senior engagement manager with McKinsey & Company in Los Angeles. He provided management consulting services to energy, technology, engineering services and banking clients. He developed corporate strategy, handled mergers and acquisitions, instituted performance improvement processes, and addressed operational and organizational issues.

Polly Gault is executive vice president of Public Affairs for Edison International and its utility subsidiary Southern California Edison, having overall responsibility for government relations. Gault joined Southern California Edison in 1997 and was elected to her current position in March 2006. Prior to joining Edison, she was principal director and executive vice president of the Wexler Group, a strategic business planning and government relations consulting firm. Gault has spent almost 20 years in a wide range of public policy and management positions in both the legislative and executive branches of the federal government. She began her government career as a legislative assistant for Senator Richard S. Schweiker of Pennsylvania and worked for him from 1977 to 1980 on the Senate Appropriations and Labor Committees. From 1981 to 1987, she was staff director of the Senate Education, Arts and Humanities Subcommittee.

Diane L. Featherstone is senior vice president of Human Resources for Edison International. She has responsibility for all labor relations and Human Resources functions including staffing, total compensation, employee development, client services, and benefits design and administration. Featherstone joined Edison in September 2002 as vice president and general auditor. Prior to her current role, Featherstone served as senior vice president of Human Resources for both Edison International and its subsidiary Southern California Edison. Before joining Edison, Featherstone was vice president of management consulting and auditing at Constellation Energy Group in Baltimore. Before that, Featherstone was president and CEO of Constellation Energy Source, an energy services company marketing gas and energy efficiency products and services to commercial and industrial customers, and managing director of strategic planning for Constellation Power Source. At Baltimore Gas and Electric Company, Featherstone held several management positions in human resources, where she had responsibility for compensation, executive compensation, employee benefits, employee policies, human resources information systems, organization development and training. She was responsible for revamping the compensation and performance management systems to prepare the company for a deregulated energy market and was part of a merger team responsible for integrating all HR systems and policies. She served as plan administrator for all retirement and health and welfare plans. She also held several managerial positions in finance and accounting while at Baltimore Gas and Electric Company. A certified public accountant and a certified fraud examiner, Featherstone earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics and history from Towson University in Maryland and a Master of Arts degree in economics from the University of Virginia.

Lynda Ziegler is senior vice president of the Customer Service business unit of Southern California Edison (SCE), the nation's largest investor-owned electric utility. She is responsible for customer services to SCE's 4.7 million customers, including customer experience, industry-leading demand-side management programs and advanced metering, as well as customer-facing operations, phone center activities, field services, account management, and local public affairs. Ziegler was elected to her current position March 2006. Ziegler began her career at SCE in 1981 as a conservation-planning consultant. She held a variety of positions including service planner and manager of energy efficiency, customer service and major accounts. She was most recently the director of the Customer Programs and Services Division until she was elected as vice president of Customer Service on May 1, 2005. Ziegler is a member of EEI's Customer and Energy Services Executives Advisory Committee, EPRI's Power Delivery & Utilization Advisory & Sector Council, and EPRI's Executive Committee for Energy Utilization. She is a founding board member of the Association of Women in Power, and serves as Secretary on the board of Partners in Care Foundation, an organization dedicated to improving health care policy through demonstrating success. Ziegler also served for over 3 years on the board of directors of Leadership California, an organization dedicated to educating high-level women on the issues in California and encouraging women's leadership in policy and public office. Ziegler received her M.B.A. at California State University, Fullerton, and her Bachelor of Science degree in marketing from California State University, Long Beach. In addition, she has participated in two special management development programs at Southern California Edison.

Anthony L. Smith is vice president and director of Tax at Edison International and its utility subsidiary, Southern California Edison. He joined Edison in 1970 and assumed his current role on March 1, 1999. Smith began his Edison career as a management trainee and held a number of supervisory and management positions before being elected director of taxes and assistant controller in 1988. As the vice president and director of Tax, Smith is responsible for all tax matters of Edison International and its subsidiary companies, including regulatory activities, federal and state tax legislative functions and representations before various federal and state taxing authorities. Throughout his Edison career, Smith has been active in professional organizations, including the California Assessor's Association, the Tax Executives Institute and the International Tax Institute. He is a former chair of the California Taxpayers' Association and a member and former chair of the Taxation Committee and the Tax Analysis and Research Subcommittee of Edison Electric Institute, the electric utility industry's primary trade association. Smith graduated with honors from Whittier College, where he received the Wall Street Journal Outstanding Business Student award. He earned his Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) and Master of Business Taxation (M.B.T.) degrees from the University of Southern California. He also completed the Public Utility Executive Program at the University of Michigan Graduate School of Business and the Executive Finance Program at the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

Kevin Payne, as vice president of Enterprise Resource Planning for Southern California Edison (SCE), leads a comprehensive program to implement integrated systems and streamline the company's business operations. He was elected vice president by the board of directors on March 1, 2006. Payne was formerly the director of QF Resources, responsible for power procurement from Qualifying Facilities, such as renewable generators and cogeneration facilities, representing approximately one-third of the power needs of SCE's retail customers. Payne was also responsible for compliance with California's Renewable Portfolio Standard by increasing SCE's renewable power purchases to 20% of SCE's retail power sales. Payne began his career with SCE in 1986 in the Engineering and Construction department where he provided engineering and project management for power plant and cogeneration projects. In 1994, he moved to the Customer Service Business Unit where he initially held project management positions and supervised engineers responsible for assisting SCE's large customers with energy efficiency and self-generation projects. In 1997, he was appointed manager of Regional Government Accounts where he led an account management organization responsible for SCE's city, county, water agency, and agricultural customers. In 1999, Payne was appointed director of Technical Support where he led an organization responsible for customer self-generation, municipal bypass, technical assistance and training, and the implementation of the Emerging Technologies and New Construction energy efficiency programs. In January 2004, he was appointed director of QF Resources. Payne has a degree in mechanical engineering from the University of California, Berkeley, and is a registered professional engineer.

Lisa Cagnolatti is vice president of the Business Customer Division of Southern California Edison's (SCE) Customer Service Business Unit. Elected to the position on November 1, 2007, she oversees the company's relationships with its major industrial, commercial and government customers as well as SCE's efforts to stimulate business development in the 15 counties it serves. Cagnolatti joined SCE in 1996 as commercial segment manager in the Business Customer Division. In the Transmission and Distribution Business Unit, she held the positions of Rurals Manager, and Orange Region Manager, Construction and Maintenance where she was responsible for electricity distribution services to more than one million customers in Orange County and on Catalina Island. She also previously served as director of the Revenue Services Organization. Most recently, Cagnolatti served as director of the Customer Communications Organization where she was responsible for call center operation, which annually fields more than 12.7 million customer calls. Cagnolatti began her professional career as a production team manager with Procter and Gamble in Oxnard, Calif. where she managed two operating teams in the Paper Manufacturing Division. She then joined Southern California Gas Company as an account executive in 1985. During her 11 years with the gas company, she held positions of increasing responsibility in Environmental Affairs, Regulatory Affairs, Marketing and Sales. While there, Cagnolatti helped develop deregulation and open access programs for the company's largest customers and managed relationships with the natural gas marketing firms. Cagnolatti holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from UCLA and a Master's degree of Business Administration from Pepperdine University. In addition to her formal education, Lisa has several certifications including: Chartered Industrial Gas Consultant from the Institute of Gas Technology; Certified Energy Manager from the Association of Energy Engineers; and Certified Leadership and Team Building Facilitator.

Megan Scott-Kakures is vice president and general auditor of Edison International and Southern California Edison. She has held that position since April 2007. As the general auditor, she is responsible for oversight of Edison's internal audits department and the execution of the company's internal audit function. Prior to this appointment, Scott-Kakures was elected associate general counsel in 2007 and assistant general counsel in 2002 in the SCE law department. She supervised regulatory work for the company before the California Public Utilities Commission relating to distribution service, energy procurement, customer rates and affiliate transactions. Scott-Kakures joined the law department in 1994 and worked until 2002 on generation, customer service, and restructuring of the electric industry. Scott-Kakures received her B.A. in 1981 from Claremont McKenna College (magna cum laude) and her J.D. in 1984 from the University of Michigan Law School (cum laude). After law school she served as a law clerk for the Honorable Ralph B. Guy, Jr., U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan and the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals. From 1986 to 1994 Ms. Scott-Kakures worked as a commercial litigation attorney at Loeb & Loeb in Los Angeles.

Paul De Martini is vice president of Edison SmartConnect in the Customer Business Unit of Southern California Edison (SCE). Edison SmartConnect is the company's award-winning program that will replace millions of traditional electric meters with smart meters and other advanced technologies to empower customers to conserve energy and save money. Paul De Martini also oversees the strategic direction of SCE's SmartGrid development which includes advanced grid technologies, electric transportation and Edison SmartConnect technologies. De Martini joined SCE in late 2002. Before joining the company, he was a vice president at ICF International, an energy and environmental consulting firm. Earlier, De Martini held senior management positions with Sempra Energy, Coastal Corporation and Pacific Gas & Electric.

Robert C. Boada is vice president and treasurer of Southern California Edison, the utility subsidiary of Edison International. He joined Edison in 1984, was elected treasurer in January 2000, and was elected vice president and treasurer on January 1, 2001. Boada began his Edison career in Edison's Treasurer's Department where he has held several management positions. He was director of corporate financial planning and analysis prior to his election to treasurer. Boada holds a chartered financial analyst (CFA) designation, which was conferred in 1996 and is a member of the CFA Society of Los Angeles and the CFA Institute. Boada serves on the Board of the Good Shepherd Center for Homeless Women and Children in Los Angeles. Boada earned his B.A. in economics from the University of California, Los Angeles, and his M.B.A. in finance and corporate accounting from the University of Rochester's William E. Simon Graduate School of Business Administration.

Dr. Chuck Thompson has thirteen years of experience as Eastern Division Medical Director of Southern California Edison Company. He attended Jefferson Medical College of Philadelphia and Interned at Altoona General Hospital in Pennsylvania. His military record includes 2 years of service at the U.S. Army Intelligence School in Fort Holiberd, MD. Dr. Thomson completed a formal training in Occupational Medicine at the University of San Francisco, CA. Dr. Thompson is also a member of the AMA, CMA, San Bernardino County Medical Society, American Academy of Family Practice and American College of Occupational and Environmental Medicine

Debra Brooks is the LifeTales and Special Projects Coordinator of LifeHouse Theater of Redlands, CA. Debra has enjoyed working in the theatrical arts for over 10 years. Beginning as a vocalist, she has since performed in over 50 musicals, dramas, and operas. In addition, Debra has considerable experience working as a technical director for numerous productions as well as a scenic artist, lighting designer, vocal coach, and pyrotechnician . She has also composed and orchestrated a number of soundtracks in addition to contributing to the script development. Most recently, Debra has had the privilege of producing the "LifeTales" series and looks forward to continuing to bring these inspirational stories to the LifeHouse stage to help shape the lives of young people. Debra is currently a manager for major technology and business process initiatives at Southern California Edison.

Doug is Manager of Labor Relations at Southern California Edison (SCE). SCE is the 2nd largest electric utility in the United States. As Manager of Labor Relations, he is the chief company spokesperson for multiple sets of contract negotiations, including wages and working conditions and benefits agreements. Since starting with SCE in 1997, Doug has been instrumental in eliminating a 5,500 grievance backlog. Prior to working at SCE, he worked in Labor Relations at the Orange Country Transportation Authority and AlliedSignal Corporation and in Health, Safety and Environmental Affairs at AlliedSignal Ocean Systems and AMPEX, Inc. Doug earned his BA in Environmental Sciences from San Jose State University in 1981.

FELIX ODUYEMI is Senior Project Manager for Public Affairs at Southern California Edison (SCE). Felix joined SCE in 1994 as a Senior Regulatory Analyst for the Electric Transportation Division. Prior to his position with Edison, Felix was the Senior Planner and Program Manager for the Southern California Association of Governments responsible for the development of the region's growth and transportation plans, and their associated environmental documentations. Felix has extensive local government experience, having also served as a senior planner for San Bernardino County and as a planning consultant to a host of cities across the region. He holds a degree in Urban and Regional Planning from Cal Poly University Pomona, where he also completed the Masters Program in Public Administration. He was also a doctoral candidate in Public Administration at the University of La Verne. Felix is a member of the American Institute of Certified Planners and has served on the Board of Directors of American Planning Association, Inland Empire Section. His spare time is spent on developing strategies for sustainable economic development and stable democratic government in Nigeria.

Supervisor Gloria Molina appointed Pierre to Area Board 10 in 2004. Previously, he served six years on the Area Board, appointed by Governor Pete Wilson in 1993. During that term, he served as the Board's representative to the Organization of Area Boards (OAB) from 1996 to 1999. In 1998, he was appointed by Governor Wilson to represent the OAB on the State Council on Developmental Disabilities. Since 1996, he has been a member of several advisory committees for the Consent Decree in the case of Chanda Smith vs. Los Angeles Unified School District, which settled a class-action lawsuit concerning the district's failure to provide special education services to its students. He works as a project manager at Southern California Edison Company, evaluating the energy efficiency programs. He has been active for decades in the Boy Scouts of America, currently serving as the training committee chair for the Verdugo Hill Council in Glendale. His wife Linda is also an active advocate for families of persons with disabilities.

Jerry Silva is Region Manager at Southern California Edison. He manages and implements economic and political projects on a regional basis, establishes and builds relationships with key governmental officials and business leaders. Mr. Silva has been involved with many business organizations and recognized for his contributions in government affairs. Jerry Silva has served the last three years as a Regional Judge for the prestigious White House Fellows Program.

John W. "Jack" McFadden has served as a director of Coachella Valley Water District since 1990 when he was appointed to serve out the term of John Powell. He was elected to continue to fill the seat in 1994 and served as board president from 2001 to 2004. McFadden is a retired district manager for Southern California Edison. His commitment to public service includes formerly serving on the Rancho Mirage City Council, Palm Springs Cemetery District board of trustees and College of the Desert board of trustees. He represents CVWD on the Colorado River Bureau of California since being appointed by Gov. Grey Davis in 2001.

Kelly is the Manager of Emergency Planning and Preparedness for the Southern California Edison Company where she has been employed for 19 years. She has responsibility for the utility's corporate preparedness program including the areas of emergency planning, emergency operations center response capability, exercise development, employee preparedness, wild land fire liaison and liaison with emergency management agencies.

Linda Kimie Yamauchi is manager of Information, Planning & Support at Southern California Edison. The 18+ years of supervising a diverse workforce has given her good insights into diversity in the workplace. Linda serves on the Community Advisory Board of the Alhambra Hospital Medical Center, was past president of the Mary Magdalene Project for women victims of street prostitution, regional president of the Society of Consumer Affairs Professionals in Business, and on the board of the National Low Income Energy Consortium. She was appointed by the Mayor to the Alhambra Housing and Community Development Commission. Linda is a 2000 APAWLI Fellow.

A Stanford and Northwestern Law-educated attorney, Marybelle Ang is currently a Regulatory Manager at Southern California Edison in Rosemead, California. Prior to joining Edison, Marybelle was an Attorney at the U.S. Department of Energy in Washington, DC where she counseled scientists on transportation and regulatory issues relating to the Yucca Mountain nuclear waste repository. Marybelle was also an associate at the law firms of Kirkland & Ellis and Baker Botts in Washington, D.C. A visible community leader, Marybelle serves as Vice President of the Organization of Chinese Americans (Los Angeles Chapter). Before moving to Los Angeles, she was Secretary of the Asian Pacific American Bar Association in Washington, D.C.

Matthew Garcia is an account manager for Southern California Edison working with the company's largest water agency customers. He manages Edison resources to resolve issues related to service, billing, and rates, provides energy efficiency and demand response program advice, and communicates timely and critical energy industry information. Prior to joining SCE in 1996, Matt worked in the environmental consulting industry providing regulatory compliance and public relations services to public and private sector clients. Born and raised in Northern California, Matt moved south to attend University of California, Santa Barbara where he received a bachelor's degree in Environmental Studies. Matt resides in Long Beach with his wife Kelly and their son Ben.

Phil Legrand, C.E.P., C.E.M., C.D.S.M., B.E.P., is an account manager with Southern California Edison, one of the nation's largest investor-owned electric utilities. Phil is responsible for developing and maintaining customer relations with the U.S. Navy and U.S. Marine Corps by providing them with critical energy solutions related to their electrical service. The Navy and Marine Corps make up one of the largest federal government customers in Southern California Edison territory. Phil spent more than 7 years in the U.S. Army, including a tour in Korea . He began his career with Edison in 1982 working in the personnel department. During his tenure, he has worked in several different departments. His longest tenure has been with the customer service department specializing in the energy efficiency field. Phil graduated from Williamette University in Salem , Oregon , and received a master's degree in business from Redlands University . Phil holds several certifications from the Association of Energy Engineers. He is a member of several of the association's certification boards including Certified Energy Manager, Certified Energy Procurement Professional, and the newly designed Business Energy Professional.

Bob is a Senior Engineer with Southern California Edison working in the Transmission/ Distribution Engineering group where he focuses on bringing new technologies into the business. In his 29 years with Edison, Bob has been involved in a wide range of research and development type projects including transmission planning, solar and wind energy development, power quality measurement, wireless data communications hardware development, and implementation of electronic metering systems. His present work includes investigation of new communications technologies for use in the transmission and distribution systems as well as supporting the Edison distribution "Circuit of the Future" project. Bob graduated with honors from California State University, Long Beach with a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering. He holds a Professional Engineer license in electrical engineering from the state of California and is a member of the IEEE.

Carlos Valdez joined the CCSE team as an Energy Engineer. He provides technical assistance and support to various CCSE programs, including the Technical Assistance Program, Rebuild a Greener San Diego Program and Local Government Energy Efficiency Program. He also provides Spanish translation assistance on program- and business-related tasks. Prior to CCSE, Carlos was a member of San Diego State University's Industrial Assessment Center, which conducted energy audits for industrial facilities throughout Southern California. He also interned as a program assistant for Southern California Edison's Customer Technology Application Center, where he tested, evaluated and documented the latest energy-efficient equipment. Carlos has a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from SDSU. In his free time, he enjoys playing racquetball and riding his dirt bike.

As senior account executive, Iris Hosea manages the day-to-day public relations and advertising activities for Southern California Edison (SCE) and is responsible for executing public relations campaigns for The California Wellness Foundation. For these accounts, Iris oversees account management, handles media relations, develops communications plans and implements tactics. Iris joined the firm as an account executive producing fresh and creative ideas that aided in the development and implementation of public relations and advertising campaigns. Since then, she has implemented an award winning campaign for SCE and received honors with a PRism award from Public Relations Society of America. She has also contributed her efforts on the American Airlines account to secure media placements in the Bahamas for The Family Reunion Sweepstakes and other projects for national media coverage. Prior to working with the agency, Iris worked for the Torrance Area Chamber of Commerce (TACC) in event management. For TACC, she assisted in coordinating its 2004 Black History Celebration, one of the largest in the Southland. She also spearheaded the Torrance Chamber Business Expo and assisted with leading several of the chamber's monthly mixers. In 2002, Iris formed the company Sankofa Excursions. Along with her partner, she embarked on her interest to share with others the experience of traveling abroad. Iris led a group of 10 to West Africa for a twelve-day tour. For Sankofa Excursions, she handled publicity, accounting, recruitment, travel arrangements and package logistics. Iris received her bachelor's degree in communications with an emphasis in public relations from California State University, Dominguez Hills. She was the president of Public Relations Student Society of America (PRSSA), director of the student-run PR firm and member of the Pan Afrikan Union (PAU). In her spare time, you will find Iris on a golf course or with a pen in hand jotting down her latest idea.

With a B.S. in Finance from San Diego State University, John is a financial analyst for Southern California Edison. He brings a blend of analytical business skills and combined with experience from a start up energy company. John has 15 years of experience serving clients in a range of industries, with an emphasis in budgets, customer service, and technology implementation. He has experience with corporate filings, SEC compliance, and forecasting for large capital projects. John has been a member of the H. Del Beekley Foundation Board of Directors since its inception where he serves as Treasurer of the organization. He represented the Aztec's during the 2002-2003 season and now enjoys spending time with family, outdoor activities, and personal development.

Laura Genao is a Regulatory Attorney with Southern California Edison Company. Laura received her J.D. from Columbia University School of Law and an undergraduate degree from Harvard College. Prior to becoming an attorney, Laura was a member of Teach for America, where she was assigned to teach middle and high school English, Spanish and Journalism in Pasadena, California. She also spent a few years as a newspaper reporter for the Philadelphia Inquirer where she was part of a team of reporters nominated for the 1997 Pulitzer Prize.

Rob Howard is a licensed Nuclear Operator for Southern California Edison and has over 22 years nuclear operations experience. Rob is also a certified Equal Opportunity and Diversity facilitator. Rob has been a Lead Facilitator and Trainer for Southern California Edison in the area of Equal Opportunity and Diversity. He is currently the Human Rights Advisor (Region V) for the Utility Workers Union of America AFL-CIO, President of the North San Diego County Branch of the NAACP and the California NAACP Southeast Section Director. Rob serves as one of 2 labor representatives for the California Public Utility Commission's Diversity Council, working to address the issues of employment, procurement and philanthropy as they relate to utility diversity in California.

Mr. Dornbush currently serves as an executive consultant to senior officials at Southern California Edison, a division of Edison International. Prior to his engagement with Edison, he served a number of years as healthcare partner for a consulting firm in Silicon Valley. As former President and CEO of the Dornbush Group, he has extensive entrepreneurial experience in starting, developing and optimizing businesses in manufacturing and in distribution. He continues to participate as a partner in biotechnology, high technology, and real estate ventures.

Richard T. Schlosberg, III has served as a director of eBay since March 2004. From May 1999 to January 2004, Mr. Schlosberg served as President and Chief Executive Officer of the David and Lucile Packard Foundation, a private family foundation. Prior to joining the foundation, Mr. Schlosberg was Executive Vice President of The Times Mirror Company and publisher and Chief Executive Officer of the Los Angeles Times. Prior to that, he served in the same role at the Denver Post. Mr. Schlosberg serves on the board of directors of Edison International. Mr. Schlosberg is also a member of the USO World Board of Governors, a trustee of Pomona College, founding Director of the U.S. Air Force Academy Endowment, a national board member of the Smithsonian Institution and the National Air and Space Museum. Mr. Schlosberg is a graduate of the United States Air Force Academy and holds an M.B.A. degree with honors from the Harvard Business School.

Mr. Smith is the former Chairman of the Board and CEO of Security Pacific Bank, which was the fifth-largest bank holding company when acquired by Bank of America in 1992. Upon completion of that transaction, Mr. Smith was named President and COO of Bank of America and a member of its Board of Directors. Most recently, Mr. Smith has served as a Partner of a Southern California investment and consulting firm. He currently serves on the Boards of Trustees of both the University of Southern California and Santa Clara University. He is also a member of the Executive Committee of the University of Southern California. Since 1987, Mr. Smith has served as a member of the Board of Directors of Edison International (NYSE), as well as its Lead Director. Mr. Smith is an Organizing and Founding Director of the Commerce National Bank and is the Chairman of the Board of Blue Healthcare Bank. He has also served on the boards of Pinkerton, Inc. and Oasis Residential, Inc., both NYSE-listed companies, as well as on the Board of Governors of the Pacific Stock Exchange. He has also served as a member of the Market Oversight Committee of the U.S. Securities Exchange Commission, as a member of the board of the World Affairs Council, and as a Member of the Board of Directors of the California State Teachers' Retirement System (CalSTRS).
