Cecil House is senior vice president of Operations Support, Safety and chief procurement officer for Southern California Edison. Prior to joining Edison in April 2006, House was vice president of Customer Operations at Public Service Electric & Gas Company (PSEG), New Jersey's largest electric and gas utility, in charge of revenue management, customer service, field operations, marketing, demand side management, account management, and energy acquisition settlement functions. Prior to that, House was vice president of Supply Chain Management at PSEG, responsible for managing $1.4 billion of non-fuel external expenditures, as well as process ownership of the inventory and logistics functions. Prior to joining PSEG, House was vice president of Business Development at Automatic Data Processing Inc. (ADP). Earlier in his career with ADP, he was vice president and assistant general counsel. Before joining ADP, he was a partner at the law firm of McDermott, Will & Emery in New York and an associate in the law firm of Debevoise & Plimpton. House is a member of the New York and Virginia bars and is a Certified Purchasing Manager. Richard M. Rosenblum is senior vice president of Generation and chief nuclear officer for Southern California Edison (SCE), responsible for all power generating facilities, including nuclear and related fuel supplies. He was appointed to his current role in November 2005. Previously he was senior vice president of the Transmission and Distribution business unit which is responsible for the high-voltage bulk transmission and retail distribution of electricity in SCE's 50,000-square-mile service territory. He assumed that position in February 1998. Rosenblum began his career at SCE in 1976 as an engineer working at the company's San Onofre Nuclear Generating Station (SONGS). He held various positions in the company's Nuclear Department, including startup manager, station technical manager, nuclear oversight manager, and nuclear regulatory affairs manager. He was elected vice president of Engineering and Technical Services in 1993. In that role he was responsible for engineering construction, safety oversight, and other engineering support activities at SONGS. In January 1996, he was appointed vice president of the Distribution business unit, which is responsible for providing electric service to SCE's 4.6 million customers. Rosenblum earned a B.S. and M.S. in nuclear engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic University.

Tom Noonan is senior vice president and chief financial officer of Southern California Edison (SCE). He was elected on June 1, 2005. Diane L. Featherstone is senior vice president of Human Resources for Edison International. She has responsibility for all labor relations and Human Resources functions including staffing, total compensation, employee development, client services, and benefits design and administration. Featherstone joined Edison in September 2002 as vice president and general auditor. Prior to her current role, Featherstone served as senior vice president of Human Resources for both Edison International and its subsidiary Southern California Edison. Before joining Edison, Featherstone was vice president of management consulting and auditing at Constellation Energy Group in Baltimore. At Baltimore Gas and Electric Company, Featherstone held several management positions in human resources, where she had responsibility for compensation, executive compensation, employee benefits, employee policies, human resources information systems, organization development and training. She was responsible for revamping the compensation and performance management systems to prepare the company for a deregulated energy market and was part of a merger team responsible for integrating all HR systems and policies. She served as plan administrator for all retirement and health and welfare plans. She also held several managerial positions in finance and accounting while at Baltimore Gas and Electric Company. A certified public accountant and a certified fraud examiner, Featherstone earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics and history from Towson University in Maryland and a Master of Arts degree in economics from the University of Virginia.

Lynda Ziegler is senior vice president of the Customer Service business unit of Southern California Edison (SCE), the nation's largest investor-owned electric utility. She is responsible for customer services to SCE's 4.7 million customers, including customer experience, industry-leading demand-side management programs and advanced metering, as well as customer-facing operations, phone center activities, field services, account management, and local public affairs. Ziegler was elected to her current position March 2006. Ziegler began her career at SCE in 1981 as a conservation-planning consultant. She held a variety of positions including service planner and manager of energy efficiency, customer service and major accounts. She was most recently the director of the Customer Programs and Services Division until she was elected as vice president of Customer Service on May 1, 2005. Ziegler is a member of EEI's Customer and Energy Services Executives Advisory Committee, EPRI's Power Delivery & Utilization Advisory & Sector Council, and EPRI's Executive Committee for Energy Utilization. She is a founding board member of the Association of Women in Power, and serves as Secretary on the board of Partners in Care Foundation, an organization dedicated to improving health care policy through demonstrating success. Ziegler also served for over 3 years on the board of directors of Leadership California, an organization dedicated to educating high-level women on the issues in California and encouraging women's leadership in policy and public office. Anthony L. Smith is vice president and director of Tax at Edison International and its utility subsidiary, Southern California Edison. He joined Edison in 1970 and assumed his current role on March 1, 1999. Smith began his Edison career as a management trainee and held a number of supervisory and management positions before being elected director of taxes and assistant controller in 1988. As the vice president and director of Tax, Smith is responsible for all tax matters of Edison International and its subsidiary companies, including regulatory activities, federal and state tax legislative functions and representations before various federal and state taxing authorities. Smith graduated with honors from Whittier College, where he received the Wall Street Journal Outstanding Business Student award. Kevin Payne, as vice president of Enterprise Resource Planning for Southern California Edison (SCE), leads a comprehensive program to implement integrated systems and streamline the company's business operations. He was elected vice president by the board of directors on March 1, 2006. Payne was formerly the director of QF Resources, responsible for power procurement from Qualifying Facilities, such as renewable generators and cogeneration facilities, representing approximately one-third of the power needs of SCE's retail customers. Payne was also responsible for compliance with California's Renewable Portfolio Standard by increasing SCE's renewable power purchases to 20% of SCE's retail power sales. Payne began his career with SCE in 1986 in the Engineering and Construction department where he provided engineering and project management for power plant and cogeneration projects. In 1994, he moved to the Customer Service Business Unit where he initially held project management positions and supervised engineers responsible for assisting SCE's large customers with energy efficiency and self-generation projects. In 1997, he was appointed manager of Regional Government Accounts where he led an account management organization responsible for SCE's city, county, water agency, and agricultural customers. In 1999, Payne was appointed director of Technical Support where he led an organization responsible for customer self-generation, municipal bypass, technical assistance and training, and the implementation of the Emerging Technologies and New Construction energy efficiency programs. In January 2004, he was appointed director of QF Resources. Payne has a degree in mechanical engineering from the University of California, Berkeley, and is a registered professional engineer.

Lisa Cagnolatti is vice president of the Business Customer Division of Southern California Edison's (SCE) Customer Service Business Unit. Elected to the position on November 1, 2007, she oversees the company's relationships with its major industrial, commercial and government customers as well as SCE's efforts to stimulate business development in the 15 counties it serves. Cagnolatti joined SCE in 1996 as commercial segment manager in the Business Customer Division. In the Transmission and Distribution Business Unit, she held the positions of Rurals Manager, and Orange Region Manager, Construction and Maintenance where she was responsible for electricity distribution services to more than one million customers in Orange County and on Catalina Island. She also previously served as director of the Revenue Services Organization. Most recently, Cagnolatti served as director of the Customer Communications Organization where she was responsible for call center operation, which annually fields more than 12.7 million customer calls. Cagnolatti began her professional career as a production team manager with Procter and Gamble in Oxnard, Calif. where she managed two operating teams in the Paper Manufacturing Division. She then joined Southern California Gas Company as an account executive in 1985. During her 11 years with the gas company, she held positions of increasing responsibility in Environmental Affairs, Regulatory Affairs, Marketing and Sales. While there, Cagnolatti helped develop deregulation and open access programs for the company's largest customers and managed relationships with the natural gas marketing firms. Cagnolatti holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from UCLA and a Master's degree of Business Administration from Pepperdine University. In addition to her formal education, Lisa has several certifications including: Chartered Industrial Gas Consultant from the Institute of Gas Technology; Certified Energy Manager from the Association of Energy Engineers; and Certified Leadership and Team Building Facilitator.

Megan Scott-Kakures is vice president and general auditor of Edison International and Southern California Edison. She has held that position since April 2007. As the general auditor, she is responsible for oversight of Edison's internal audits department and the execution of the company's internal audit function. Prior to this appointment, Scott-Kakures was elected associate general counsel in 2007 and assistant general counsel in 2002 in the SCE law department. She supervised regulatory work for the company before the California Public Utilities Commission relating to distribution service, energy procurement, customer rates and affiliate transactions. Scott-Kakures joined the law department in 1994 and worked until 2002 on generation, customer service, and restructuring of the electric industry. Scott-Kakures received her B.A. in 1981 from Claremont McKenna College (magna cum laude) and her J.D. in 1984 from the University of Michigan Law School (cum laude). After law school she served as a law clerk for the Honorable Ralph B. Guy, Jr., U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan and the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals. From 1986 to 1994 Ms. Scott-Kakures worked as a commercial litigation attorney at Loeb & Loeb in Los Angeles.

Robert C. Boada is vice president and treasurer of Southern California Edison, the utility subsidiary of Edison International. Debra Brooks is the LifeTales and Special Projects Coordinator of LifeHouse Theater of Redlands, CA. Debra has enjoyed working in the theatrical arts for over 10 years. Beginning as a vocalist, she has since performed in over 50 musicals, dramas, and operas. FELIX ODUYEMI is Senior Project Manager for Public Affairs at Southern California Edison (SCE). Felix joined SCE in 1994 as a Senior Regulatory Analyst for the Electric Transportation Division. Supervisor Gloria Molina appointed Pierre to Area Board 10 in 2004. Previously, he served six years on the Area Board, appointed by Governor Pete Wilson in 1993. During that term, he served as the Board's representative to the Organization of Area Boards (OAB) from 1996 to 1999. In 1998, he was appointed by Governor Wilson to represent the OAB on the State Council on Developmental Disabilities. Phil Legrand, C.E.P., C.E.M., C.D.S.M., B.E.P., is an account manager with Southern California Edison, one of the nation's largest investor-owned electric utilities. Phil is responsible for developing and maintaining customer relations with the U.S. Navy and U.S. Marine Corps by providing them with critical energy solutions related to their electrical service. The Navy and Marine Corps make up one of the largest federal government customers in Southern California Edison territory. Phil spent more than 7 years in the U.S. Army, including a tour in Korea . He began his career with Edison in 1982 working in the personnel department. During his tenure, he has worked in several different departments. His longest tenure has been with the customer service department specializing in the energy efficiency field. Phil holds several certifications from the Association of Energy Engineers. Bob is a Senior Engineer with Southern California Edison working in the Transmission/ Distribution Engineering group where he focuses on bringing new technologies into the business. In his 29 years with Edison, Bob has been involved in a wide range of research and development type projects including transmission planning, solar and wind energy development, power quality measurement, wireless data communications hardware development, and implementation of electronic metering systems. His present work includes investigation of new communications technologies for use in the transmission and distribution systems as well as supporting the Edison distribution "Circuit of the Future" project. Carlos Valdez joined the CCSE team as an Energy Engineer. He provides technical assistance and support to various CCSE programs, including the Technical Assistance Program, Rebuild a Greener San Diego Program and Local Government Energy Efficiency Program. He also provides Spanish translation assistance on program- and business-related tasks. Prior to CCSE, Carlos was a member of San Diego State University's Industrial Assessment Center, which conducted energy audits for industrial facilities throughout Southern California. He also interned as a program assistant for Southern California Edison's Customer Technology Application Center, where he tested, evaluated and documented the latest energy-efficient equipment. As senior account executive, Iris Hosea manages the day-to-day public relations and advertising activities for Southern California Edison (SCE) and is responsible for executing public relations campaigns for The California Wellness Foundation. For these accounts, Iris oversees account management, handles media relations, develops communications plans and implements tactics. Iris joined the firm as an account executive producing fresh and creative ideas that aided in the development and implementation of public relations and advertising campaigns. Prior to working with the agency, Iris worked for the Torrance Area Chamber of Commerce (TACC) in event management. For TACC, she assisted in coordinating its 2004 Black History Celebration, one of the largest in the Southland. She also spearheaded the Torrance Chamber Business Expo and assisted with leading several of the chamber's monthly mixers. In 2002, Iris formed the company Sankofa Excursions. Along with her partner, she embarked on her interest to share with others the experience of traveling abroad. Iris led a group of 10 to West Africa for a twelve-day tour. For Sankofa Excursions, she handled publicity, accounting, recruitment, travel arrangements and package logistics. Iris received her bachelor's degree in communications with an emphasis in public relations from California State University, Dominguez Hills. She was the president of Public Relations Student Society of America (PRSSA), director of the student-run PR firm and member of the Pan Afrikan Union (PAU). In her spare time, you will find Iris on a golf course or with a pen in hand jotting down her latest idea.
