Martin joined Southern Company in 1972 as a right–of–way agent at Alabama Power. He has held his current position since February 2008. Martin previously served as executive vice president and chief marketing officer for Southern Company, as well as vice president of human resources. Most recently, he was executive vice president of Alabama Power, with responsibility for the customer service organization. Martin also has served as executive vice president of external affairs at Alabama Power and has held a number of other executive and management positions at that company. Born 1949.

Miller joined the company in 1994 as general counsel for Southern Nuclear. He began his current job in 2008. Previously, Miller served as senior vice president, compliance officer, and general counsel for Georgia Power. McCrary joined the company as an assistant project planning engineer with Alabama Power in 1973. He began his current position in 2001. Previously, McCrary was chief production officer for Southern Company and president and CEO of Southern Power. Holland joined the company as vice president and corporate counsel for Gulf Power in 1992. He was named to his current position, which also includes serving as the chief compliance officer, in 2001. Womack joined the company in 1988 as a governmental affairs representative for Alabama Power. He has held his current position since January 2009. Previously, Womack was executive vice president of external affairs for Georgia Power. Marsha Sampson Johnson is vice president and chief diversity officer for Southern Company, the premier super-regional energy company in the Southeast and a leading U.S. producer of electricity. Prior to being named diversity officer in February of 2005, Marsha was vice president of the Birmingham Division, the largest of Alabama Power Company's six geographic business units. She was named to the division leadership position after serving as vice president for Customer Services and call center operations. A native of Jacksonville, Florida, her freshman and sophomore undergraduate studies were at Spelman College in Atlanta. She received her BA degree in Political Science and Government at Jacksonville University; and did graduate studies at Florida State University as a fellow of both the American Political Science Association and the National Institute for Mental Health. She is a 1999 graduate of Harvard Business School's Advanced Management Program (AMP 157).

Terry Adams, is a managing partner with Southern Mortgage Solutions. Terry has over twenty five years experience in real estate and finance on the Grand Strand and works closely with local financial institutions as well as a close network of national and private investor groups.

Joseph Vicidomino is Managing Director Human Resources of Connecticut Natural Gas Corporation and The Southern Connecticut Gas Company. Mr. Vicidomino previously was Director, Human Resources for Southern. Prior to joining Southern, he was Manager, Human Resources for Textron Lycoming/Allied Signal Corporation, Stratford, Connecticut. Mr. Vicidomino is a member of the Board of Directors of Easter Seals/Goodwill Industries, New Haven, Connecticut. He is Chairman of the Human Resources Committee of the New England Gas Association. Mr. Vicidomino holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Central Connecticut State University and a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of New Haven. He has completed Executive Programs at Harvard University and Cornell University.

Kathy Avery serves on the Christian Education Committee, and oversees the Childrens CE program. She is also involved with Presbyterian Women and other church activities. Married to Rob, a lifelong Presbyterian, she is mom to Ryan and Will. Kathy works part-time as a risk manager for Southern Company, and enjoys cooking, reading, walking, and roller blading.

Ben Harris, lead singer for Southern Sound, or second tenor if you prefer traditional old school titles, provides the unmistakable classic lead that southern gospel music became so well acquainted with during the golden age of quartet music. He can be added to a distinguished list of fine lead singers such as Roy McNeal, and Ben's long time friend, the legendary Jake Hess. Ben's stylistic approach to singing lead is very much his own, but still appears familiar to those true fans of southern gospel quartet music. Ben was a highly regarded recording engineer/producer and backup vocalist in Nashville for many years and was awarded numerous gold and platinum albums as testament to his exceptional musical abilities. Ben does much of SSQ's vocal arrangements, and serves as the group's emcee. Ben and his wife Delita attend a church in the Nashville area.

Since 1999, Mr. Dan C. Bates, Jr. has been a member of the professional staff of the Supply Chain Management as a Contract Agent at Gulf Power Company, a Southern Company. Previous employment includes a distinguished professional career in Escambia County's Purchasing Department that expands to over twelve years of service. He currently serves as Vice-President of Administration for the National Association of Purchasing of Northwest Florida; a member of the Deacon body and the Stewardship Committee at Pine Summit Baptist Church.

Zackary Jovan Livingston is a junior broadcast journalism major at Southern Adventist University. Hailing from Waukegan, IL, Zack is a member of the Shalem Seventh-day Adventist Church. At Southern, he serves as the vice-president for the Black Christian Union. He is also the pianist for the One Praise Gospel Choir.

Mr. James has served as the chairman and CEO, and a director of Vulcan Materials Company, a construction materials company located in Birmingham, Alabama, since May 1997. He joined Vulcan Materials in 1992 and progressed through a variety of management positions at Vulcan Materials before he was named chairman and CEO. Before joining Vulcan Materials, Mr. James was a partner at the law firm of Bradley, Arant, Rose & White in Birmingham, Alabama. He received a B.S. and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Alabama, and a J.D. from the University of Virginia. Mr. James is also a director of Southern Company. Frank Blake is the chairman and CEO of The Home Depot. Prior to his appointment to this position in 2007, he served as vice chairman of the board of directors and executive vice president of the Company. He joined The Home Depot in 2002 as executive vice president, Business Development and Corporate Operations, and was responsible for real estate, store construction, credit services, strategic business development, growth initiatives, call centers and the Home Services business. Frank previously served as deputy secretary for the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE), a role similar to that of chief operating officer in the private sector. There, he was a leader in departmental policy decisions and managed DOE’s annual $19 billion budget. Prior to that, Frank served in a variety of executive roles at General Electric. As senior vice president, Corporate Business Development, he led all business development efforts, including worldwide mergers, acquisitions, dispositions and identification of strategic growth opportunities. As GE Power Systems’ head of business development, he played a key role in expanding that business into new technology and global marketplaces. He also held the position of general counsel at GE Power Systems. Frank’s public sector experience also includes having served as general counsel for the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), deputy counsel to Vice President George Bush and law clerk to Justice Stevens of the U.S. Supreme Court. As of April 2004, Frank was elected to serve on the board of directors for Southern Company, a premier super-regional energy company based in Atlanta, Georgia. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Harvard College and a jurisprudence degree from Columbia University School of Law.

H. William Habermeyer served as president and chief executive officer of Progress Energy Florida, a subsidiary of Progress Energy Inc., from 2000 to 2006. Mr. Habermeyer previously held various executive positions with Progress Energy predecessor Carolina Power & Light. A nuclear-trained submarine officer, he spent 28 years in the U.S. Navy, retiring as a rear admiral. Mr. Habermeyer also serves on the board of directors of Raymond James Financial Inc. and Southern Company.

Bill began his career at Capital City Bank in 1978. He worked in numerous capacities before being named president and chief executive officer of Capital City Bank Group, Inc., in January 1989. He was elected chairman in 2003. He also serves as the chairman of the Capital City Bank Board of Directors. Bill's alma mater is Florida State University where he serves on several University boards, including the Florida State University Foundation and the Florida State Athletic Board. Currently he is the chair of the FSU Capital Campaign. Bill serves on the Southern Company Board of Directors, a super-regional energy company based in Atlanta, Ga. He also serves on a number of regional boards, including the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta, the City of Tallahassee Utility Commission, Greater Tallahassee Chamber of Commerce Economic Development Council, Citizens Advisory Committee for the City of Tallahassee and the Darlington School in Rome, Ga.

Susan is one of the few Oil, Gas and Mineral Law Board Certified attorneys in the state (out of a total 265) who litigates full-time. Susan is also one of less than 535 Board Certified Labor and Employment lawyers throughout Texas. She is in her 30th year of private practice with CBTD. She is a member of the Bar of the U.S. Supreme Court, the Fifth, Eleventh, and Federal Circuit Courts of Appeal, the United States District Courts for the Northern, Southern, Eastern, and Western Districts of Texas, and the Western District of Louisiana. Ms. Richardson has completed Basic Mediation Training in accordance with the Texas Alternative Dispute Resolution Act, Texas Civil Practice and Remedies Code, Sec. 154.052. She is a member of the Board of Editors of the Oil and Gas Reporter, the College of the State Bar of Texas, and a Fellow in the Texas Bar Foundation.
