Kent Allen joined SAMBA in November 2003 as Chief Executive Officer and member of the Board of Directors. Kent brings over twenty-seven years of financial and operational expertise to SAMBA. His executive positions have included CEO, CFO/Treasurer, Vice President of Business Development and Vice President of Finance. He served in executive roles at several high technology companies, including Plexus Computers, Davox Corporation, and SCH Technologies. Kent leveraged his high technology and financial experience to identify acquisitions and divestitures, build successful strategic and operational business plans and foster critical strategic and technical partnerships. In a financial role, Kent acquired interim and major company funding and managed an Initial Public Offering.

Andrew Constantin - Mr. Constantin is a co-founder of Constantin Partners, an angel investment partnership. The focus of the fund is seed and early stage financings in software, communications, and Internet companies. Portfolio companies include: Atlantes, Garage.com, Tripwire Security Systems, Coremetrics, NapaStyle and Digital Fountain. Prior to Constantin Partners, Andrew was a founding partner and vice president of marketing for PFI, a competitive local exchange carrier. Andrew actively consults communications companies and has been featured in Red Herring Magazine. A graduate from the University of Pennsylvania with a BS in Communications, Andrew has been involved in numerous charities including Amnesty International and the V Foundation Wine Celebration. Julie Constantin - Ms. Constantin is a co-founder of Constantin Partners, an angel investment partnership. Portfolio companies include: Garage Technology Ventures, Tripwire Security Systems, NapaStyle, Atlantes and Coremetrics. Prior to Constantin Partners, Julie was the director of the Internet Initiative for PFI, a telecommunications start-up. Before PFI, she was with a venture financing firm making investments in software, communications and biotechnology companies. Ms. Constantin is the co-founder and event chair of The V Foundation Wine Celebration. A graduate from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania with a BS in Entrepreneurial and Strategic Management, Julie has been featured in Red Herring and Forbes ASAP magazine, Angels in America.
