Speedway Motorsports, Inc. (the Company, SMI, we, us, and our) is a leading promoter, marketer and sponsor of motorsports activities in the United States. We own and operate, through our subsidiaries, Atlanta Motor Speedway (AMS), Bristol Motor Speedway (BMS), Infineon Raceway (formerly known as Sears Point Raceway) (IR), Kentucky Speedway (KS), Las Vegas Motor Speedway (LVMS), Lowes Motor Speedway (formerly known as Charlotte Motor Speedway) (LMS), New Hampshire Motor Speedway (NHMS) and Texas Motor Speedway (TMS). We also provide souvenir merchandising services, and food, beverage and hospitality catering services through our SMI Properties subsidiaries; provide radio programming, production and distribution through our Performance Racing Network (PRN) subsidiary; develop electronic media promotional programming and distribute wholesale and retail racing and other sports-related souvenir merchandise and apparel through The Source International (TSI) subsidiary; and manufacture and distribute smaller-scale, modified racing cars and parts through our 600 Racing subsidiary.
