Raymond H. Panza, Executive Vice President, Corporate Operations, Chief Financial Officer, and Secretary, joined SPSS in August 2004. From 2001 to 2004, Mr. Panza was the Vice President, Finance of Thomson, a leading provider of technology and service solutions for integrated media and entertainment companies. From 2000 to 2001, Mr. Panza was the Vice President, Chief Financial Officer of Thomson's Digital and New Media Services business units. From 1997 to 1999, he was the Vice President, Investments and Alliances of Ameritech Corporation, and from 1995 to 1997, he was the Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Ameritech's Custom Business Services. He is a Certified Public Accountant and holds M.S. and B.S. degrees in accounting from The Pennsylvania State University.

William Binch has been an active independent director for seven years. He has extensive experience in worldwide sales, enterprise applications, and BI/analytics. He currently serves on four boards: SPSS (Lead Director), Callidus Software, Saama, & MedeFinance, as well as two Advisory Boards (DemandTec & Verari). Mr. Binch served as CEO/Chairman of SeeCommerce (acquired by NCR/Teradata). He was SVP of WW Sales at Hyperion/Arbor, and a senior executive at Business Objects & Prism, two BI & DW companies. He served for five years at Oracle, departing as VP of Strategic Accounts. He has held executive positions at IBM, Itel, & Fortune Systems.

Laura Squier is a senior technical consultant with SPSS Inc. Ms. Squier provides technical guidance and support for the SPSS Business Intelligence Public Sector group. She is well versed in data mining, forecasting, survey design, market segmentation, textual analysis and statistical modeling and is familiar with numerous databases and analytical packages. In the last year, Ms. Squier taught a data mining seminar at the National Defense University and served as a session chair at the AFCEA data mining symposium. She regularly makes training and consulting appearances at federal, state and local revenue agencies where she addresses data mining and data management issues. Before joining SPSS, Ms. Squier spent two years with the Department of Veterans Affairs as a technical information specialist where she provided analytical support including trend analysis and prediction for budgeting and reporting needs. She earned a Master's degree in Mathematical Economics from West Virginia University in 1995.

He has about 2 years experience in marketing research. His major strength is in Quantitative research projects. Mr. Ogunro holds a B.Sc degree in Biochemistry from Ogun State University. Yomi is a paramedical specialist by training has demonstrated uncommon dexterity in the use of SPSS for research data interrogation. He is a member of Nigeria Market Research Association (NiMRA).

Charles R. Whitchurch joined Zebra as Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer in 1991. From 1981 until 1991, he served as Vice President, Finance, of Corcom, Inc., a technology company specializing in the control of radio frequency interference. Mr. Whitchurch previously held positions as Chief Financial Officer of Resinoid Engineering Corporation and as Corporate Services Officer with the Harris Bank in Chicago. Mr. Whitchurch earned a BA in Economics (Phi Beta Kappa) from Beloit College and an MBA from Stanford University in 1973. Mr. Whitchurch also serves as a member of the board of directors of SPSS, Inc., a Chicago-based provider of predictive analytic and statistical tools software, where he is the designated financial expert and chairman of the audit committee.
