SriLankan Cargo is a stand-alone entity, coming under the overall management of SriLankan Airlines Limited. We have a modern airbus fleet of A-320, A-330 and A-340 aircraft. SriLankan Cargo has greatly enhanced its operations as the airline rapidly expands its fleet, frequencies and the number of destinations; covering a network of 41 destinations in 22 countries in Europe, the Indian sub-continent, Middle East, Far East and South East Asia. Our regional freighter service coupled with our scheduled services is making Colombo the most efficient gateway to the large South Indian market. The Colombo Airport (Bandaranaike International Airport), the home base of SriLankan Cargo, is being transformed into a major Cargo Hub in the South Asian region.
