Since October 2002, Ms. Miltner has served as the Chief Executive Officer of Positive Impact, a national consulting company specializing in sales, strategic planning and compensation advice and seminars. From January 2000 to October 2002, Ms. Miltner served as Chief Executive Officer of the Global Technology Distribution Council, an international forum of the Chairpersons and Chief Executive Officers representing the world's largest technology distributors. From February 1999 to January 2000, she was a partner in a national seminar and consulting company, Impact, LLC. From July 1991 to February 1999, Ms. Miltner was President of Motivation by Miltner. Prior to 1991, she spent nineteen years in sales management positions for IBM, Xerox Corporation and Apple Computer, and served as the Senior Vice President of Sales for Ingram Micro.

Alan D. Kraemer has served as Chief Technology Officer of SRS Labs since January 2005. He had also served as Executive Vice President, Technology and Business Development since June 2004. Prior positions at SRS Labs include Vice President of Engineering and Director of Engineering. Mr. Kraemer has been with SLS Labs since February 1994. Prior to joining SRS Labs, Mr. Kraemer served in multiple executive positions at technology companies including, President of Sierra Digital Productions, Inc., a compact disc production and recording company, as well as serving as Senior Vice President of Engineering at De LaRue Printrak, a manufacture of automatic fingerprint identification systems. In addition, Mr. Kraemer held several positions at AST Research, a personal computer manufacturer; he last served as the Vice President of Engineering. Prior to AST Research, Mr. Kraemer served as Vice President of Engineering at Point4 Data Corporation and as Director of Software Engineering at Northrop Electronics.

Ulrich Gottschling has served as Chief Financial Officer of SRS Labs, Inc. since January 2006. In this capacity, Mr. Gottschling is responsible for managing the company’s overall financial stability, investor relations and investment management strategies. Mr. Gottschling brings to SRS more than 13 years of executive expertise in a variety of capacities. Prior to joining SRS Labs, Mr. Gottschling most recently served as the Chief Financial Officer for Valor Computerized Systems, Inc. (VCS), a leading developer of integrated software solutions for electronics supply chain management. In addition, Mr. Gottschling served as CFO and a member of the board of directors of E4ENET.Com, Inc., an affiliated company of VCS which offered business-to-business collaboration technology. Before joining VCS, Mr. Gottschling was CFO of Sound Source Interactive, Inc, a publicly-held entertainment software company from 1995 to 1999, and also served as President and Chief Operating Officer of Sound Source from 1997 to 1999.

David F. Walker has served as the Vice President of Human Resources since March of 2006. In this role, he is responsible for structuring and implementing a human resources program designed to attract and retain the unique human talent that drives SRS Labs’ technology development and ongoing leadership in the audio and voice enhancement industry. Mr. Walker brings more than 35 years of human resources experience to SRS Labs, serving most recently as Director of Human Resources for the NATCO Group, a large Houston-based provider of petroleum technologies. Previously, Mr. Walker held senior human resource leadership positions in high technology, manufacturing and financial services industries. Mr. Walker earned his Bachelor Science in Public Administration from the University of Southern California.

Jeff Klaas has served as Vice President of Global Sales at SRS Labs since May 2008. In this role, Mr. Klaas is the key executive in managing and driving the company’s global sales efforts, focusing his expertise across all key geographic regions and markets to strengthen relationships with business partners, manufacturers and platform partners. Mr. Klaas brings more than 14 years of sales and business development experience in consumer electronics retail, OEM and the MSO space to SRS Labs. Most recently, Mr. Klaas served as the Director of Global Retail Sales at Entropic Communications, a leading provider of silicon solutions that enable connected home entertainment systems. Mr. Klaas was, prior to that, general manager of business development at Viewsonic where he was instrumental in launching their projector and TV business worldwide. Mr. Klaas co-founded IAVI, a plasma TV and projector distribution company, which was named one of Entrepreneur Magazine’s Hot 100 Fastest Growing Companies in America in 1999. Mr. Klaas holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Southern California. Entrepreneur Magazine, the South Florida Business Journal, and CE Magazine have recognized him for his numerous professional accomplishments. He also serves on the Board of Directors for a non-profit thyroid research foundation.

Sarah Yang has served as Vice President of Software Engineering since January 2006. Prior to that, Ms. Yang served in various software engineering leadership positions at SRS Labs since joining in 2000. Ms. Yang is responsible for SRS Labs’ ongoing engineering, as well as research and development efforts, leading a results-oriented team of audio scientists and software/hardware specialists. Prior to joining SRS Labs, Ms. Yang was a Senior Consultant at CSC and prior to that held senior software engineering positions at Vicor Corporation and National Instruments. Ms. Yang holds an M.S. in Physics from Texas A&M University and an M.S. in Electrical Engineering from The Institute of Acoustics in China.

Sam Yau became a member of our board of directors in June 2004. Since 1997, Mr. Yau has been a private investor. From 1995 to 1997, Mr. Yau served as Chief Executive Officer of National Education Corporation. From 1993 through 1994, Mr. Yau served as Chief Operating Officer of Advacare, Inc., a medical services company. Mr. Yau currently serves as a member of the board of directors of SRS Labs, Inc., a provider of audio and voice technology solutions, and New Horizons Worldwide, Inc., an independent information technology training company. Mr. Yau previously served as Chairman of the Forum for Corporate Directors in Orange County and is a member of the Advisory Board of the Center for Integrative Medicine at the College of Medicine, University of California in Irvine. Mr. Yau holds a B.S.S. in economics from the University of Hong Kong and an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago.

Since July 2008, Mr. Dukes has served as CEO of the Simon Foundation for Education and Housing, a not-for-profit corporation focused on giving scholarships to students that come from difficult life and economic circumstances and on providing affordable work force housing. He also is President of the Ronald Simon Family Foundation, a not for profit entity that is focused on education. He served as Vice Chairman of RSI Holding Corporation, parent company of RSI Home Products, a manufacturer of cabinetry for the home, from September 2001 until September 2008. During his retirement, from May 1998 to September 2001, he participated in investment activities and in consulting projects for various companies. From September 1989 to May 1998, Mr. Dukes was employed by Ingram Micro, a leading distributor of technology products and services. He served in multiple executive capacities with Ingram Micro, including Co-Chairman, Vice Chairman and President and Chief Operating Officer. He was also co-founder and CEO of Ingram Alliance from January 1994 to January 1998 and was co-founder and Chairman of the Global Technology Distribution Council from January 1998 to December 1999. Mr. Dukes also has served in many philanthropic organizations, including past board positions with the Make a Wish Foundation and the Children s Hospital of Orange County. He has also served as Chairman of the Children s Hospital and Foundation of Orange County.
