"Kirk Patterson joined Entorian in November 2003 and serves as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining the company, Patterson was Vice President, Corporate Controller and acting Chief Financial Officer for Cirrus Logic, Inc. Mr. Patterson also worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers as the regional manager for accounting services in Houston, as well as at BP Corporation (formerly Amoco Corporation), where his last position was manager of planning and economics. He is a CPA and holds an MBA from Northwestern University’s J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management. He earned a bachelor’s degree in Accountancy from the University of Oklahoma. "

He has more than 30 years of experience in semiconductor operations, marketing, manufacturing and engineering through his executive management positions with various companies, including Centillium Communications, Inc., Sony Semiconductor Co. of America and LSI Logic Corp. Mr. White also currently serves on the Boards of Directors of Microtune, Inc. and two privately held companies. He earned his BS in biological sciences and chemistry from the University of Texas at El Paso. "

Kevin Hegarty has served as a member of Staktek's board of directors since February 2006. He currently serves as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of The University of Texas at Austin. Prior to that time, he served as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Dell Financial Services, and Vice President and Corporate Controller of Dell, Inc. He also held positions of Senior Vice President and Comptroller of Associates First Capital; Controller and Senior Group Financial Manager of Trammell Crow Company; as well as an auditor with PricewaterhouseCoopers. Mr. Hegarty currently serves on the boards of directors of the Greater Austin Chamber of Commerce, Texas Exes Alumni Association, Town Lake Films L.P. and Burnt Orange Productions LLC. He holds a BBA in accounting and a Masters of Professional Accounting, both from The University of Texas at Austin. Morton L. Topfer has been a Director since January 2002 and was appointed Chairman of the Board effective January 31, 2003. Mr. Topfer is Managing Director of Castletop Capital, L.P., an investment firm. He previously served at Dell Computer Corporation as Counselor to the Chief Executive Officer, from December 1999 to February 2002, and Vice Chairman, from June 1994 to December 1999. Mr. Topfer was a member of the Board of Directors of Dell from December 1999 to July 2004. Prior to joining Dell, Mr. Topfer served for 23 years at Motorola, Inc. where he held several executive positions, last serving as Corporate Executive Vice President and President of the Land Mobile Products Sector. Mr. Topfer was conferred the Darjah Johan Negeri Penang State Award in July 1996 by the Governor of Penang for contributions to the development of the electronics industry in Malaysia. Mr. Topfer also serves as a director for Staktek Technologies and Advanced Micro Devices. Age 71.
