Prior to joining SMSC, Mr. Caggia spent fourteen years with General Semiconductor, Inc. and its predecessor General Instrument Corporation (GIC). He served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for General Semiconductor, Inc. At GIC, Mr. Caggia held several positions, including Vice President of Finance for its Power Semiconductor Division. Ivan T. Frisch is currently retired from his most recent position as Executive Vice President and Provost of Polytechnic University.
