Mr. Hilton has served as Senior Vice President Sales & Operations since July 2001. Prior to that, he was employed as Vice President Sales since September 1993. He joined the Company in 1979 as an operations foreman and held various sales and marketing positions prior to 1993. He was employed by Bally Engineered Structures in their marketing and commercial departments from 1984 through 1987. Mr. Hilton is a graduate of Susquehanna University .

Mr. Patterson has served as Senior Vice President Finance & Administration since July 2001. Prior to that he was employed in various accounting and finance positions with the Company since 1978. From 1973 through 1978, Mr. Patterson was employed in various accounting positions at Fisher Corporation and Allied Equipment and Leasing Company. Mr. Patterson is a graduate of The Pennsylvania State University.

Mr. Cummings has served as Senior Vice President Manufacturing since November 2003. Prior to that, he was employed as Plant Manager of the Latrobe, PA plant since 1996. Mr. Cummings began his career with Edgewater Steel in 1981, and served as Vice President of Operations from 1995 to 1996. He is a graduate of The Pennsylvania State University.
