Mr. Mahoney has served as Executive Vice President, Chief Administrative Officer and Chief Financial Officer since October 1997. Prior to that he was Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer from September 1996 to October 1997.

Ms. Meyrowitz has been Chief Executive Officer of TJX since January 2007, a director since September 2006 and President since October 2005. She served as Senior Executive Vice President of TJX from 2004 until January 2005, Executive Vice President of TJX from 2001 to 2004 and President of The Marmaxx Group from 2001 to January 2005. From January 2005 until October 2005, she was employed in an advisory role for TJX and consulted for Berkshire Partners LLC, a private equity firm. From 1987 to 2001, she held various senior management positions with The Marmaxx Group and with Chadwick’s of Boston and Hit or Miss, former divisions of TJX. Ms. Meyrowitz is also a director of Amscan Holdings, Inc. and Staples, Inc.

Chief Executive Officer of Staples since February 2002 and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Staples since March 2005. Prior to that, he served in various capacities since joining Staples in March 1989, including President from November 1998 to March 2005, Chief Operating Officer from November 1998 to February 2002, President-North American Operations from October 1997 to November 1998, and President-Staples Contract & Commercial from June 1994 to October 1997. Mr. Sargent is a Director of The Kroger Co., and Mattel, Inc.

Mr. Parneros has served as President - U.S. Stores since April 2002. Prior to that, he served in various capacities since joining Staples in October 1987, including Senior Vice President of Operations from March 1999 to March 2002, and Vice President of Operations from September 1996 to February 1999.

Brian T. Light, Executive Vice President & Chief Information Officer Brian T. Light Brian is the Executive Vice President and Chief Information Officer for Staples, responsible for the information systems supporting the company’s home office, U.S. retail and North American delivery operations. He was appointed to his current position in November 2005. From 2002 to 2005, Brian was Executive Vice President, Business Delivery for Staples, leading the catalog and e–commerce business in the U.S. and Canada. He also led Staples’ New Business Development organization, identifying growth vehicles and partnership opportunities. Brian joined Staples in 1998 as Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer. Before joining Staples, Brian served as an associate partner in the Los Angeles office of Accenture. He was a leader in Accenture’s Food & Consumer Packaged Goods practice, and evaluated information systems and processes for several Fortune 500 companies. He began his career there in 1986. Brian sits on the Board of Directors at Borders Group, Inc. Born and raised in California, he graduated from the University of California at Irvine. Brian’s favorite office product is his HP all–in–one printer.

Shira Goodman, Executive Vice President, Human Resources Shira Goodman Shira is Executive Vice President of Human Resources, responsible for Staples’ global HR strategies and programs that advance the company’s commitment to be the world’s best office products company. Shira joined Staples in 1992 and has served in a number of leadership roles across the company. She recently served as Executive Vice President of Marketing responsible for Staples’ marketing, advertising, public relations and charitable giving programs and led the company’s global business integration efforts following Staples’ acquisition of Corporate Express in 2008. She previously held senior executive positions in the company’s delivery business units which serve business customers of all sizes. Shira came to Staples from Bain and Company where she was a Manager. Staples was one of her clients and she helped develop the strategy to launch Staples’ catalog business. Shira sits on the Board of Directors of CarMax, Inc. A native of Chicago, she was raised in Minneapolis. She holds a Master of Management Science degree with a concentration in strategy and marketing from MIT’s Sloan School of Management, a J.D. from Harvard Law School and a bachelor’s degree from Princeton University. Shira's favorite office product is the Staples® One–Touch™ stapler.

Ms. Campbell is Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary, responsible for the strategic management of the company's Legal group, including corporate governance, regulatory compliance, ethics and environmental affairs. She previously served as deputy general counsel, managing the legal team in its support of business and functional groups throughout the company. She has also been responsible for Staples' international legal matters in Europe, Asia and South America. Ms. Campbell joined Staples in 1993 as real estate counsel.

Ron Gerace is an experienced Merchandiser and Business Development professional. As Vice President of Merchandising Services and Partnership Development for Staples.com , Mr. Gerace established vision, identified partners and negotiated deals ranging from co-branding to multi-million dollar strategic investments. Mr. Geraces team was responsible for developing the strategic plan for services merchandising utilizing a bricks and clicks strategy. His team was recognized by Cahners InStat, MediaMetrix and SmallBizTechnology for outstanding business service strategy. As Director of Corporate Pricing Strategy for Staples, Mr. Gerace developed pricing strategies for retail store, mail order business and e-commerce units. Mr. Geraces team developed and implemented a price elasticity analytical tool which predicted the economic impact of various pricing scenarios. The use of this tool contributed an incremental $5 million to the profit margin of the corporation. Prior to Staples, Gerace was with W.R. Grace and Co. where he spearheaded marketing for high growth and new product lines. Mr. Gerace was responsible for P&L for two different product lines generating worldwide sales of $125 million combined. Through emphasis on distribution and channel marketing, Mr. Gerace achieved 20% revenue growth and increased market share by 10%. Under Geraces leadership he reorganized the marketing staff and returned the business unit to profitability from a 5 year break-even position. Mr. Gerace graduated from Bentley College with a Masters Degree in Business Administration and with a Bachelors of Science Degree from the University of Massachusetts in Amherst. At the University of Massachusetts he served as the President of the Chemical Engineering Student Body. Mr. Gerace is a member of the American Marketing Association and the American Institute for Chemical Engineers.

Anna is currently an Interactive Designer at Staples Corporate. She graduated from Northeastern University in 2006, with a degree in Multimedia Studies/Graphic Design. She approached NWHP with a proposal to redesign their website as part of her Senior Honors Project. Additionally, Anna is currently working on NWHP website updates. I was born and raised in Corpus Christi. Lived in Austin for 5 years and attended Austin Community College. I have a 22 month old precious son named Caleb who is my pride and joy! I enjoy the outdoors and spending time with my family. I am fresh in the medical field but look forward to learning the business and future expansion with this company. Currently Crystal is the receptionist at the Staples based clinic. The clinic runs smoothly under the close eye of Crystal Roschetzky.

As president of Desktop Solutions, Frank is responsible for overseeing the strategic direction of all major projects. He is also designs many of the database architectures that drive our more complex applications. Frank?s wide array of programming knowledge is also invaluable in legacy integration projects. Mr. Imburgio has over 20 years experience in programming and database development. Before founding Desktop Solutions in 1996 he held the position of Senior Database Administrator for Long Island Savings Bank and Assistant Vice President at Dean Witter Financial Services, where he was responsible for designing, developing and supporting custom software. Frank has extensive knowledge and training in Sybase, Oracle, SQL Server, Data Analysis, C++, Linux, Microsoft platforms, E-Commerce Deployment, PHP, and Object Oriented Design and Analysis. Frank holds a B.S. in Communications (Television/Radio) from Ithaca College. Frank is also the author of a software package sold at CompUSA, Office Max, Costco, Staples, and Radio Shack. He is an active speaker, appearing at the Long Island Venture Capital Group, Object Expo, and the Borland Programmer?s Conference, among others. Frank has also appeared in many publication including The New York Times, LAN Times, PC Week, Long Island Business News, Newsday and numerous television programs. He is currently serving as the IT Chairman for the Long Island Mid-Suffolk Business Alliance (LIMBA). Mr. Imburgio has been honored with many awards over the years including Huntington Technology Company of the Year, Netscape Gold Awards (Best Product or Service), Ziff-Davis Shareware Awards, Website Awards of Long Island, and Long Island Software awards.

John Semcken joined Majestic Realty Co. in February 1996 as Vice President and was responsible for the development of the $400 million Staples Center for the Los Angeles Lakers, Kings, Clippers, Sparks and Avengers. He has recently completed a $30 million renovation of the Pacific Palms Conference Resort. In addition, John is the development partner for a 310 acre industrial development totaling greater than 6 million square feet in Riverside, California. He is also active in identifying new opportunities for Majestic's vast commercial real estate portfolio. He is currently developing projects in Los Angeles, Redlands, San Bernardino, Riverside, Houston, Texas and Tijuana, Mexico. Overall Semcken's projects, which include industrial, office, hospitality and retail development total more than 10 million square feet. Prior to Majestic, John's real estate experience centered on office development and leasing with the prominent Los Angeles and National real estate firms Smith & Hricik Urban Development, Inc., Gerald Hines Interest and the Charles Dunn Company. Mr. Semcken is a 1978 graduate of the United States Naval Academy where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in Aerospace Engineering. After graduation from the Academy he attended Naval Flight training and was selected to fly fighters at Miramar Naval Air Station in San Diego, California. He was selected to attend and graduated from the prestigious Navy Fighter Weapons School "TOPGUN" in June, 1983. His military career included eight years as a Navy Fighter Pilot, completing more than 250 carrier landings and 1,130 flight hours in the F-14 TOMCAT and other military aircraft. He was selected by the Navy to act as the technical advisor and Navy liaison for the motion picture "Top Gun". Mr. Semcken is extremely active in community and charitable organizations. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Los Angeles Area Chamber of Commerce where he also serves on its Executive Committee, the Los Angeles Sports and Entertainment Commission, the Los Angeles Metropolitan YMCA, the Los Angeles Area Council Boy Scouts of America, Downtown Los Angeles Mobility Partners, the Civic Alliance, the Sports Business Institute Advisory Board, and the US Naval Academy Foundation Board of Trustees. John, his wife Mee Hae, and his two sons, Reed and Jack, reside in San Marino, California.

Paula was named Vice President of Fulfillment & Distribution for Pacific Uniforms in 2001. Paula's career began in the late '80s with Distron, a division of Burger King. In 1987, Paula shifted to King Provision, Burger King's top distribution facility, where as vice president and general manager she managed multiple accounts for Burger King's worldwide distribution and fulfillment. Paula brings 27 years of warehousing and distribution experience to Pacific Uniforms and has become an integral part of our relationship with Staples, Subway, Rite Aid and others. Paula and her husband, Larry, reside in Douglasville, Georgia.

Mr. Srinivasan is the co-founder of the India Development Center in Chennai and has successfully implemented software development projects for EWC. Mr. Srinivasan, utilizing the development staff in Chennai, has developed an eCommerce product called SmartMerchantSM which has been successfully deployed by numerous U.S. based clients. He has a bachelor's degree in electronics and telecommunications engineering from (and has done graduate studies at) the University of Madras in India and has a master's degree in computer science from the University of Kentucky. With more than 20 years experience in software design, development and delivery, Mr. Srinivasan has implemented key projects for Staples, Teradyne, Compaq, Digital Equipment, NEC Technologies, and Fidelity Investments. He has extensive "hands-on" experience and a broad based knowledge of the latest software tools and methodologies covering web architecture, databases, and Microsoft technologies. Mr. Srinivasan specializes in leading out-sourced projects at client sites and off shore locations. Mr. Srinivasan is also the co-founder and director of AllNet Systems Pvt. Ltd. in Chennai, India. Through this affiliation, EWC can provide total computer and Internet related products and services ranging from web client/server solutions, B2B portals, eCommerce platform and services and off shore IT services for U.S. companies and international clients.

Scot Plotnick is a Senior Employment and Labor Counsel at Staples, Inc. Staples is the world's largest office products company, with approximately 65,000 associates. Scot has been with Staples since November 2001. He handles all types of employment and labor matters in the U.S. and Canada, including employment discrimination cases, employment counseling, and labor relations. Scot received his BA degree from The George Washington University and his law degree from New York Law School. He is also a community activist, serving on boards of several other non profits.

Valezra Earl is Perr&Knight's Finance & Administration Manager, where she ensures that the company's activities meet with and exceed requirements for quality management. Valezra is also responsible for the accounting and reporting of financial data per company and regulatory guidelines. Prior to joining Perr & Knight, Valezra spent over six years with Marsh Risk & Insurance Services where she assisted the Head of the Southwest Zone who was responsible for 5 offices and more than 800 employees. Her responsibilities included coordinating client meetings, executive retreats and acting as liaison for Staples Center, Dodgers Stadium and Hollywood Bowl as it pertained to client entertainment.

Vivek Kashyap, cofounder & COO, at Velcro brings with him a wealth of experience in Technology Marketing and Business Development. Vivek started his career with event management and moved on to work with IT start-ups in various functions like Product Management, Business Development and Marketing. He has vast experience consulting Fortune 500 clients like Wells Fargo, Toyota ,Staples etc.Prior to joining Velcro Vivek worked for Tesco PLC which is #1 retail giant in UK and #3 in world, where he was responsible for the implementation of the overall operational framework across Tesco worldwide locations. He also worked for start-ups like Euclid as Sr. Product Manager for their Business Service Management suite of products , Goldreed Innovations, a software services and consulting company and Arvee Associates, Software consulting company.

Owner and Chief Executive Officer of Samtex (USA), Inc., a holding company engaged in the production of apparel and textile products, since October 2003. Prior to that, Mr. Trust was Senior Advisor to Limited Brands, a retailer of apparel and personal care products, from August 2001 to October 2003. Mr. Trust is also a director of Virtusa Corporation.
