Director since October 2007. Mr. Rosebrough was named by the Board of Directors as President and Chief Executive Officer of STERIS Corporation effective October 1, 2007 and was elected to the Board of Directors of STERIS effective that same date. Mr. Rosebrough has spent more than 20 years in the healthcare industry in a variety of senior management positions. Mr. Rosebrough has served as President and Chief Executive Officer of the Hill-Rom Company, a wholly owned subsidiary of Hillenbrand Industries, Inc., a leading, worldwide manufacturer and provider of medical technologies and related services for the healthcare industry, including patient support systems, non-invasive therapeutic products for a variety of acute and chronic medical conditions, medical equipment rentals, and workflow information technology solutions. Mr. Rosebrough was also President and Chief Executive Officer of Vasocor, Inc., a Credit Suisse First Boston-funded start-up healthcare company that focused on the development of a non-invasive medical device to enable early detection of atherosclerosis. Mr. Rosebrough joined STERIS after serving as President and Chief Executive Officer of Coastal Hydraulic, Inc., a private company which provides hydraulic and pneumatic systems, equipment and services used in industrial, marine and mobile equipment applications.

Robert E. Moss serves as Group President, STERIS Isomedix Services. He served as Vice President and General Manager of Isomedix Services from 1999 until April 2003. Mr. Moss joined the Company in 1990 serving as Vice President Operations until 1999. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Moss held senior leadership positions with Cardinal Health and Divisions of the American Hospital Supply Corporation.

Michael J. Tokich was named Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of STERIS Corporation on March 14, 2008. As chief financial officer, Mr. Tokich has primary responsibility for financial reporting and planning, investor relations, tax and treasury and continues to serve as the Company’s principal accounting officer. He joined the Company in May 2000 as Assistant Corporate Controller and became Corporate Controller in December 2000. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Tokich was employed by OfficeMax, Inc., a retailer of goods and services to business customers and consumers, from July 1994 to May 2000, serving most recently as Divisional Vice President, Assistant Controller.

Peter A. Burke serves as Senior Vice President and Chief Technology Officer. He became Senior Vice President in March 2002. Dr. Burke joined the Company in March 2001 as Vice President and Chief Technology Officer. Prior to joining STERIS, Dr. Burke was employed by Carter-Wallace, Inc., a manufacturer and distributor of consumer and pharmaceutical products, from January 1996 to March 2001, serving most recently as Vice President, Research and Development.

Senior Vice President, General Counsel, and Secretary Mark D. McGinley serves as Senior Vice President, General Counsel, and Secretary. He joined the Company in March 2002. Prior to joining STERIS, Mr. McGinley was employed by Noveon, Inc., an international specialty chemicals manufacturer. Mr. McGinley also served as Associate General Counsel of The Glidden Company and was employed by the BF Goodrich Company from 1990 to 2000 in various legal capacities, including General Counsel of BF Goodrich Sealants, Coatings and Adhesives Group.

William L. Aamoth serves as Vice President and Corporate Treasurer. He joined the Company in March 2001. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Aamoth was employed by Hayes Lemmerz International, a manufacturer of automotive wheels, brakes, and related systems, from January 2000 through January 2001, serving as Treasurer. From May 1992 to December 1999, Mr. Aamoth was employed by TRW, Inc., a manufacturer and service provider of automotive, aerospace, and information technology products, serving most recently as Assistant Treasurer, International.

Carol Bartnett is a senior scientist in the R&D Microbiology Laboratory at STERIS Corporation, where her current focus is microbiological testing related to research and development of antimicrobials for the Life Sciences and Healthcare markets. Prior to joining STERIS, she worked as a microbiologist at GlaxoSmithKline and Mallinckrodt Diagnostics. She has over 20 years of experience in the field of pharmaceutical microbiology including quality assurance, quality control, plant troubleshooting, environmental monitoring and disinfection of cleanrooms, USP microbiological and sterility testing, preservative effectiveness testing, purified water systems, Good Manufacturing Practices, and FDA regulations. Ms. Bartnett has a B.S. in Microbiology and is a NRM Specialist Microbiologist in Consumer and Industrial Microbiology.

Gerard J. Reis serves as Senior Vice President and Group President, Government and Administration. He assumed this role in March 2008, He served as Senior Vice President and Group President, Life Sciences, from February 2005 until March 2008 and Senior Vice President and Group President, Defense and Industrial, from April 2003 until February 2005.

Mr. Blackmore joined STERIS in 2004 and was named Senior Vice President and Group President, Life Sciences, in December 2008. Mr. Blackmore is responsible for STERIS’s Life Sciences segment, a leading provider of capital equipment, cleaning chemistries and service solutions to global pharmaceutical companies and private and public research facilities. Mr. Blackmore also has responsibilities for the Company’s global Service organization. Prior to joining STERIS, Mr. Blackmore was employed by General Electric Company (GE). During his more than 20 years with GE, he served in such roles as general manager of the Central Atlantic service region of GE Medical Systems, General Manager of GE Medical System’s Global Ultrasound Service Team and President of Services for GE Information Technology Solutions.

Timothy L. Chapman, was named senior vice president and group president, Healthcare, on February 5, 2008. Mr. Chapman is responsible for the STERIS’s Healthcare segment, a leading provider of infection prevention and surgical equipment, consumables and services to customers such as acute care hospitals and outpatient surgical centers. Mr. Chapman also has responsibility for the Company's business strategy functions including Information Technology, Global Supply Chain, Business Development and Strategic Planning. Prior to joining STERIS, Mr. Chapman was employed by McKinsey & Company in the firm’s Cleveland, Ohio office. During his more than 20 years with McKinsey, he led the Purchasing and Supply Management Practice, Operations Practice, and for 15 years, the Healthcare Practice. Before his career at McKinsey & Company, Mr. Chapman worked for General Electric Credit Corporation and Continental Illinois Bank and Trust Company.

Cynthia L. Feldmann, retired CPA currently serves as member of the board and chair of the audit committee of STERIS Corporation, a company engaged in the development, manufacture and marketing of sterilization and decontamination equipment, consumables and services for healthcare, scientific, research, industrial and governmental customers throughout the world, and is also a member of the board and the nominating & governance committee and chair of the audit committee of Hayes Lemmerz International Inc., a worldwide producer of aluminum and steel wheels for passenger cars, trucks and trailers and a supplier of brakes and powertrain components. Previously, Ms. Feldmann served as Business Development Officer at Palmer & Dodge LLP, a Boston-based law firm, with a specialty in serving life sciences companies. From 1994-2002, she was a Partner at KPMG LLP, holding various leadership roles in the firm's Medical Technology and Health Care & Life Sciences industry groups. Ms. Feldmann also was National Partner-in-Charge of Coopers & Lybrand's Life Sciences practice from 1989-1994, among other leadership positions she held during her 18-year career there. Ms. Feldmann was a founding board member of Mass Medic, a Massachusetts trade association for medical technology companies, where she also served as treasurer and as a member of the board's Executive Committee during her tenure from 1997-2001.

Frank Samuel is Science and Technology Advisor to Ohio Governor Bob Taft. In this role, he chairs the Technology Action Board, which manages the Technology Action Fund and advises the governor on science and technology issues. He also chairs the Biomedical Research and Technology Transfer Commission, which was appointed by Governor Taft to oversee expenditures from the Biomedical Research and Technology Transfer Trust Fund established by the governor and legislature to receive a portion of Ohio's tobacco settlement revenue. Prior to that, Samuel was president of Edison Biotechnology Center, Inc. He earlier held a variety of federal government and trade association positions involved with health and medical technology and practiced law with specialization in food and drug regulation and health care reimbursement. Samuel is a former board member of a dozen public and privately held companies, including STERIS Corporation and Acordia of Northwest Ohio. He is also finance chair of Providence Hospital in Washington, DC., and a member of the Advisory Council of Catalyst Ventures in Baltimore, as well as the Center for Innovative Medical Therapy at the Massachusetts General Hospital. In addition, he is a member of the Community Liaison Program of the Air Force Material Command. Samuel is a graduate of Hiram College and Harvard Law School.

Dr. Kosecoff is CEO, Prescriptions Solutions (RxS), UnitedHealth Group. She is responsible for United’s PBM, Specialty Pharmacy, and Consumer Health Products. UnitedHealth Group is a diversified health and well-being company, serving approximately 70 million Americans. Dr. Kosecoff joined UnitedHealth Group as part of its acquisition of PacifiCare Health Systems in 2005. At PacifiCare, Dr. Kosecoff served as Executive Vice President with responsibility for its specialty businesses, including its PBM, the Medicare Part D Drug Program, PacifiCare Behavioral Health (PBH), PacifiCare Dental & Vision (PDV), and Women’s Health Solutions. Prior to joining UnitedHealth Group-PacifiCare, Dr. Kosecoff was founder, President and Chief Operating Officer of Protocare (now Constella Health Strategies and Radiant Research), a firm whose lines of business included the clinical development of drugs, devices, biopharmaceutical and nutritional products and health services consulting. Dr. Kosecoff was co-founder and Co-CEO of Value Health Sciences (VHS), a wholly owned subsidiary of Value Health, Inc. (NYSE: VHI). VHS was the first company to combine medical sciences and information technology to reengineer the utilization review and approval process, saving payors millions while improving the quality of care. Dr. Kosecoff served as Professor of Medicine and Public Health at the University of California, Los Angeles, where she still holds a Research Professorship. In addition to her accomplishments as an entrepreneur, Dr. Kosecoff is a recognized expert in the areas of clinical and health services research, quality of care and technology assessment, disease management, and organization of the health care delivery system. She has published extensively in such journals as the New England Journal of Medicine, Journal of the American Medical Association, and the Annals of Internal Medicine. She has served as a consultant to the World Health Organization’s Global Quality Assessment Programs, on the Institute of Medicine’s Board of Health Care Services, the RAND Graduate School’s Board of Governors, and the Board of Directors for ALARIS (NYSE: AMI) now part of Cardinal Health. Currently, Dr. Kosecoff sits on the board of directors for City of Hope, Pharmaceutical Care Management Association (PCMA), Sealed Air Corporation (NYSE: SEE), STERIS Corporation (NYSE: STE), and the Alliance for Aging Research and serves on the Catalyst Western Region Advisory Board. Dr. Kosecoff holds a BA from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA), an MS in Applied Mathematics from Brown University, and a doctorate in Research Methods from UCLA.

Director since July 2000. Mr. McMullen is Chairman of the Board, Chief Executive Officer, and President of OMNOVA Solutions Inc., a major innovator of decorative and functional surfaces, emulsion polymers, and specialty chemicals. Mr. McMullen was Vice President of GenCorp Inc., a technology-based manufacturer with leading positions in the aerospace and defense, polymer products, and automotive industries, and President of GenCorp’s Decorative & Building Products business unit from September 1996 until GenCorp’s spin-off of OMNOVA in October 1999. Mr. McMullen was Vice President of OMNOVA and President of its Decorative & Building Products unit from September 1999 until January 2000, was President and Chief Operating Officer of OMNOVA from January to December 2000, became Chief Executive Officer and President of OMNOVA in December 2000, and became Chairman of the Board of OMNOVA in February 2001. Before joining GenCorp, Mr. McMullen held the position of General Manager of the Commercial & Industrial Lighting business of General Electric Corporation, a diversified services, technology, and manufacturing company, from 1993 to 1996.

Mohsen Sohi is the President and CEO of Freudenberg-NOK. Prior to joining Freudenberg, Mr. Sohi was employed by NCR Corporation from 2001 until 2003. Mr. Sohi s last position with NCR was as the Senior Vice President, Retail Solutions Division. Before serving NCR in this position, Mr. Sohi spent more than 14 years at AlliedSignal, Inc. and its post-merger successor, Honeywell International Inc. From July 2000 to January 2001, he served as President, Honeywell Electronic Materials. From August 1999 to July 2000, Mr. Sohi was President, Commercial Vehicle Systems, at AlliedSignal. Prior to that, from 1997 to August 1999, he was Vice President and General Manager, Turbocharging Systems, and from 1995 to 1997, he was Director of Product Development and Technical Excellence at AlliedSignal. Mr. Sohi is a director of STERIS Corporation, a developer of products and services to prevent infection and contamination, and Harris Stratex Networks, Inc., a developer of microwave communications equipment. Mr. Sohi received his Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering from the University of Missouri, a Doctor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Washington University and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Pennsylvania s Wharton School of Business.

A co-founder of Candlewood Partners and South Franklin Street Partners, Ray has 25 years experience in building and managing private equity firms. He is Chairman of the Investment Committees and CEO of South Franklin Street Partners. From 1995 through 2000, he served as Managing Partner of Kirtland Capital Partners, a Cleveland, Ohio-based private equity firm. With two partners, he raised $300 million to invest in portfolio companies. Ray was founder and Managing Partner of Key Equity partners, having been recruited by KeyCorp to establish its presence in the leveraged buyout, private equity market. There he built a high-profitable business that continues today as Blue Point Capital Partners. From 1985-89, he served as the Managing Partner in a venture capital subsidiary of Norstar Bancorp, established to invest in early and mid-sized high-technology companies. This subsidiary was acquired by Fleet Bancorp and became a part of Fleet Partners. Ray also is the former Chief Financial Officer of Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and has served on over 20 boards of directors, six for which he is currently a director.

Mr. Breeden was elected a Director in September 2007 and then elected Chairman of the Board in November 2007. Mr. Breeden has served since 2005 as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Breeden Capital Management LLC, the manager of a series of affiliated investment funds. He has also served since 1996 as Chairman of Richard C. Breeden & Co., LLC, a professional services firm specializing in strategic consulting, financial restructuring and corporate governance advisory services. Mr. Breeden is a former Chairman of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). He currently serves as a director of Banco Bilbao Vizcaya Argentaria, S.A., of Spain and as a director of Applebee's International, Inc., a casual dining restaurant chain. In September 2005 Mr. Breeden was appointed by the Office of the U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of New York to serve as its representative in monitoring KPMG LLP under the terms of a Deferred Prosecution agreement. Mr. Breeden also serves as Special Monitor of the Sun-Times Media Group Inc., formerly known as Hollinger International, Inc., as part of a Consent Order entered into by Hollinger with the SEC in January 2004. He is also the former Corporate Monitor of WorldCom, Inc. Mr. Breeden is Co-Chairman of the Finance Committee and a member of the Governance and Nominating Committee

Director since April 2008. Mr. Fields is a Partner and Managing Director of Breeden Partners and serves as one of five members of the firm’s Investment Committee. Mr. Fields is also responsible for all of Breeden Capital Management’s research and trading operations. Prior to joining Breeden Capital Management in January 2006, Mr. Fields was a securities analyst with MFP Investors LLC, a private investment firm. Previously, Mr. Fields served as a Senior Auditor with Arthur Andersen LLP. He received a Masters in Business Administration from The Wharton School of Business.
