Frank Samuel is Science and Technology Advisor to Ohio Governor Bob Taft. In this role, he chairs the Technology Action Board, which manages the Technology Action Fund and advises the governor on science and technology issues. He also chairs the Biomedical Research and Technology Transfer Commission, which was appointed by Governor Taft to oversee expenditures from the Biomedical Research and Technology Transfer Trust Fund established by the governor and legislature to receive a portion of Ohio's tobacco settlement revenue. Dr. Kosecoff is CEO, Prescriptions Solutions (RxS), UnitedHealth Group. She is responsible for United’s PBM, Specialty Pharmacy, and Consumer Health Products. UnitedHealth Group is a diversified health and well-being company, serving approximately 70 million Americans. Dr. Kosecoff joined UnitedHealth Group as part of its acquisition of PacifiCare Health Systems in 2005. A co-founder of Candlewood Partners and South Franklin Street Partners, Ray has 25 years experience in building and managing private equity firms. He is Chairman of the Investment Committees and CEO of South Franklin Street Partners. From 1995 through 2000, he served as Managing Partner of Kirtland Capital Partners, a Cleveland, Ohio-based private equity firm. Mr. Fields is also responsible for all of Breeden Capital Management’s research and trading operations. Prior to joining Breeden Capital Management in January 2006, Mr. Fields was a securities analyst with MFP Investors LLC, a private investment firm. Previously, Mr. Fields served as a Senior Auditor with Arthur Andersen LLP. He received a Masters in Business Administration from The Wharton School of Business.
