Robert "Bob" Reed is interim Senior VP of Human Resources for Sterling Commerce, responsible for managing human resources and organizational development. Reed is currently vice president of Diversity & Inclusion for AT&T and has managed Human Resources for major corporations in the healthcare, hi-tech, manufacturing, wireless communications, and consumer goods industries for more than 20 years. Today, he supports AT&T's business units through initiatives that integrate inclusion and diversity into all aspects of its operations. An active professional, Reed is a featured in "Who's Who in Black America" in 2002, 2003, 2004 and 2005. He is a Council Member for Diversity Best Demonstrated Practices and a Board member for the American Institute for Managing Diversity. He received a bachelor's degree in business labor relations and personnel from Ohio University.

David Adams is responsible for delivering all customer-facing systems and networks. Before joining Sterling Commerce, Adams worked in the technology and customer delivery industry for 22 years in a variety of technology management positions.

Joel Reed is the Senior Vice President of Corporate Marketing and Strategic Alliances for Sterling Commerce, responsible for driving global strategic alliances, including the AT&T strategic relationship, and all corporate marketing and communications. With over 25 years experience directing hardware and software technology companies, Reed has a successful track record of building and growing organizations with a focus on delivering strong business results. Philip Galati is Senior Vice President, Customer Delivery Services for Sterling Commerce, responsible for all global activities of the Service Delivery organization including Professional Services, Managed Services, and Education Services. Previously, Galati held senior positions for both IBM and Ernst & Young, and served as Director of Managed Service-North America for Dell, Inc., where he improved financial controls and streamlined operational capabilities. He joined Sterling Commerce in 2006, chartered with building and leading our Managed Services. The business has since more than doubled in revenue and extended our customer base to include a number of Global 1000 companies. With an Executive Belt in BPI and Six Sigma, Galati holds a Bachelor's of Science in business administration (MIS concentration) and a computer science minor from the University of Albany.

Steven Aulds is Senior Vice President of Engineering for Sterling Commerce, Inc., an AT&T subsidiary that helps 80% of the FORTUNE 500 thrive in a global economy by solving complex business process challenges. As the top Engineering Executive, Mr. Aulds manages nine product development centers across the globe for product development for all Sterling Commerce product lines, including Managed File Transfer, Business to Business Integration, Sterling Collaboration Network, and Supply Chain Applications. Mr. Aulds has 26 years of experience in software systems for manufacturing and logistics. Mr. Aulds joined Yantra Corporation in 1999 as Senior Vice President of Engineering and subsequently Yantra was acquired by Sterling Commerce in January 2005. In June 2006, he was named Senior Vice President of Engineering for Sterling Commerce. Prior to Yantra and Sterling Commerce, Mr. Aulds was Vice President of Engineering at Fastech Integration, CIO of Digital Equipment Corporation Semiconductor and Interconnect Technologies Division, and held several managerial positions in companies such as Unisys, National Semiconductor, and General Electric. Mr. Aulds received his Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Arkansas and has attended graduate courses in Computer Science at the University of Cincinnati and University of Virginia. He is a graduate of the world renowned General Electric Manufacturing Management Program. He is a member of the Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals (CSCMP).

As Vice President of Applied Research and Technology for Sterling Commerce, Brian K. Gibb identifies the applicability of emerging standards and technologies to Sterling Commerce solutions. Gibb also represents Sterling Commerce strategic technical direction within customer, industry and standards bodies. Gibb joined Sterling Commerce in 1997 and most recently served as Architecture Director for the Connect product line. Prior to that, his positions included Development Director and Software Development Manager. Gibb has 10 years of experience teaching computer science and technology courses and is a frequent speaker on B2B e-commerce and Internet security. He is a co-author of the 2003 Wiley publication, "ebXML Concepts and Application," which provides insight into the progressive B2B standard. Before joining Sterling Commerce, Gibb worked in the software development industry for 13 years in a variety of management and technical positions with Raytheon and E-Systems. Gibb holds a bachelor of science degree in computer science from Western Illinois University and a master of science in engineering management from Amber University.

Jim Hendrickson is Vice President of Corporate Development for Sterling Commerce, responsible for strategy, business development, corporate intelligence, and standards and strategic technology. During his tenure at Sterling Commerce, he also has held positions running Product Management and one of Sterling Commerce product lines. Prior to joining Sterling Commerce, Hendrickson was a Senior Managing Director, Strategic Initiatives, for one of the top five financial institutions in the United States. Working with the investment management company of the bank, he worked closely with the business units to provide technology strategy and planning in support of corporate growth. Hendrickson is on the curriculum advisory board of Columbus State Community College, in Columbus, Ohio, and has served on the business advisory boards of Intraware Corporation of Orinda, Calif., Document Finishing, LLC of Indianapolis, and the Armada Group in Columbus, Ohio. Hendrickson holds a bachelor's of business degree in information systems from Belmont University and a master's degree in management from National-Louis University.

John Stelzer, Director of Industry Development with Sterling Commerce, has been providing EDI, electronic commerce, and e-business education and consulting since 1985. Stelzer's presentations are drawn from his experience coaching over 20,000 business and IT professionals in a wide range of industries. A gifted and lively speaker, his presentations are punctuated with real-world "war stories" that drive home his messages and lend context and justification to new collaborative initiatives. Stelzer is a highly regarded educator, speaker, writer, and consultant whose work in Electronic Commerce includes seven educational videos and hundreds of custom courses, white papers and published articles. He is particularly well-known in the retail and CPG industry for his expertise in data synchronization and supply chain management. Stelzer has presented at conferences and delivered educational programs in the United States, Canada, Mexico, Great Britain, Germany, Japan, China, Korea, Australia, and New Zealand.

Ronald Teijken is industry marketing manager, manufacturing, EMEA at Sterling Commerce, a subsidiary of AT&T Inc. (NYSE:T), that helps customers thrive in a global economy by connecting their business communities, processes, people and technology. Ronald began his career by working within manufacturing and planning at Fokker Aircraft in the Netherlands. He also worked for Global ERP provider, Baan, and subsequently at Infor for eight years. Whilst at Infor, Ronald managed pre-sales, management of an EMEA Solution Centre, global product management and product marketing positions for the Supply Chain products. Prior to joining Sterling Commerce, Ronald held the position as supply chain manager for an international manufacturer of hydraulic systems. Ronald has extensive knowledge and experience in logistics and production. He has worked in product strategy and marketing activity; managed relations with leading market influencers such as analysts; trained sales organisations; and supported sales teams. He studied logistics and is an active member of the Association for Logistics Management in the Netherlands.

Todd Lee, age 52, is originally from Richmond, Indiana and he now resides in Columbus, Ohio where he's employed with Sterling Commerce in Dublin, as a Software Engineer. He has three adult children and one granddaughter. Todd has over 15 years of racing experience in Masters and category 1/2/3 races, with several top ten finishes.
