Edward Rosenfeld, formerly Executive Vice President of Strategic Planning and Finance, has been a member of the executive management team since joining the Company in May 2005. Mr. Cooper's broad cased experience spans strategic advisory assignments as well as capital markets and merger and acquisition transactions. These include buy and sell side assignments, private financings and restructurings. In his 20 years as an investment banker, he has concentrated on retail, apparel, consumer products and outsourcing. Mr. Cooper represented Kasper/Anne Klein in its sale out of bankruptcy to Jones Apparel Group. In addition, Mr. Cooper advised an acquisition group in the purchase of a retailer where he also assisted in arranging the financing.
