Scott C. Donnelly is President and Chief Operating Officer of Textron Inc. Donnelly oversees Textron’s business units as well as the corporation’s Mergers and Acquisitions, Information Technology, Six Sigma, Engineering and Global Sourcing functions. In addition to chairing the company’s Operating Committee, he serves on Textron’s Transformation Leadership Team and Management Committee.
Donnelly joined Textron in July 2008 as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer and was promoted to his current position in January 2009. Donnelly was previously president and CEO for General Electric (GE) Aviation, the world’s leading producer of large and small jet engines for commercial and military aircraft and a major provider of flight management, actuation and power management systems. Prior to that, he served as senior vice president and director of GE Global Research, the world’s largest and most diversified industrial research organization.
Donnelly joined GE in 1989 as manager of Electronics Design Engineering for GE’s Ocean Systems Division in Syracuse, NY. He went on to serve in a variety of leadership roles for the company, including engineering management positions with then-GE division of Martin Marietta in both Australia and the United States. In 1995, he moved to GE’s Industrial Control Systems business, where he held various management positions. Donnelly was named a vice president of GE in 1997, responsible for Global Technology Operations at GE Healthcare.
Donnelly received a BS degree in electrical and computer engineering from the University of Colorado at Boulder. He serves on the Engineering Advisory Committees at the University of Colorado and Cornell University, where he is an Honorary Emeritus member. He also serves as vice chairman for the Aerospace Industries Association, and is a member of the Board of Trustees at Siena College.

Gary Cantrell is the Vice President and Chief Information Officer for Textron Corporation including Textron Information Services (TIS). Gary’s responsibilities include directing the day-to-day activities of TIS including managing TIS executive staff members and business unit Chief Information Officers (CIO’s). Gary oversees Textron’s Information Management Council and manages Textron’s information technology outsourcing relationships. Gary also serves as the Executive Sponsor for the Procurement Council. Gary has more than 20 years of leadership experience managing advanced technology product development, supply chain management, sales & marketing, finance and information technology.
Prior to joining Textron, Cantrell held management positions with Bank of America as Senior Vice President, Enterprise Access and Technology Services, and Senior Vice President, Supply Chain Management for Technology and Operations. In these positions, Gary oversaw the distributed computing activities for all banking centers, call centers and network operations including end user support. Gary’s supply chain scope included $1.5B of annual technology related spend and strategic sourcing initiatives.
Before joining Bank of America in 2001, he spent 15 years at Honeywell International where he held a variety of information systems, program management, finance and engineering positions. Gary also spent 5 years at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base supporting early research and advanced development initiatives.
Gary earned a B.S. degree in Management and Finance from the University of Dayton and an M.B.A. from the University of Phoenix. He is a certified Green Belt and has completed numerous leadership forums with previous organizations. Gary is a licensed private pilot, and master scuba diver.

John D. Butler is executive vice president administration and chief human resources officer of Textron Inc. He oversees Textron's worldwide human resources function as well as administrative services, corporate real estate, community affairs, and the company's aviation department. Butler serves on Textron's Transformation Leadership Team and Management Committee.
Prior to joining Textron in July 1997, Butler was vice president of human resources for General Motors (GM) International Operations based in Zurich, Switzerland, where he was responsible for the strategic planning and direction of all GM human resource activities outside North America. He was also a member of the Adam Opel A.G. Supervisory Board. Butler joined GM in 1969, and during his 28-year career with the company, he assumed assignments of increasing responsibility in the areas of manufacturing operations, labor relations, employee benefits and human resource management in the United States, Europe, Asia, Latin America and the Middle East.
Butler received a BS degree as well as a Master's degree from Michigan State University, and was an instructor at the University of Michigan Graduate School of Business. He is also a graduate of the Advanced General Management Program at Harvard University, a Trustee and Fellow of the National Academy of Human Resources (NAHR), and a Director of the Human Resources Policy Association (HRPA).

Ken C. Bohlen is executive vice president and chief innovation officer for Textron Inc. Before assuming his current position in April 2000, Bohlen was senior vice president and chief information officer, a position he held since joining Textron in 1999.
Prior to joining Textron, Bohlen spent four years with AlliedSignal Inc., where he served as vice president and chief information officer of the company's Aerospace Group. He also held several other senior positions, including vice president of supply chain and chief information officer for AlliedSignal Engines; vice president of Six Sigma; and director of supply chain and business process improvement for AlliedSignal Inc.
Before joining AlliedSignal, Bohlen spent 20 years with Deere & Company. While at Deere, he held numerous information and manufacturing technology-related positions, culminating in his final position as head of information services for the John Deere Waterloo operations.
Bohlen received his BS in computer science from Iowa State University and his MBA from the University of Iowa. He is a member on the IBM Advisory Board, a member of the American Production Inventory Control Society, a senior member of the Society of Manufacturing Engineers' Computer and Automated Systems Association and a member of the Society for Human Resource Management. Bohlen is Textron Green Belt certified.

Mary L. Howell is executive vice president for Textron Inc., a position she has held since August 1995. Howell oversees Textron's government, strategy development and international, investor relations and corporate communications functions. She serves on Textron's International Advisory Council, Transformation Leadership Team and Management Committee.
Howell joined Textron in 1980. In her current role, Howell is actively involved in formulating long-term global business strategies, developing business opportunities for Textron business units in growth markets overseas and establishing marketing and communications initiatives. She chairs the Textron Marketing & Sales Council, an organization of senior executives from Textron Corporate and business segment operations who develop and implement initiatives to improve the Textron enterprise's ability to focus on and meet the objectives of its government and commercial customers. She also directs the Washington, DC-based marketing and government affairs activities for Textron and its business units. In 2008, approximately 24% of our consolidated revenues were generated by or resulted from contracts with the U.S. Government. In addition, she oversees internal and external communication of Textron's strategy and performance to key constituencies such as investors, employees and the media.
Howell serves on the board of directors of the National Association of Manufacturers, a leading organization representing the American manufacturing sector. She also serves on the board of directors of FM Global, the world's largest commercial and industrial property insurance and risk management organization. In addition, Howell is a board member of the Atlantic Council of the United States, a non-partisan network of leaders committed to enhancing U.S. leadership through foreign policy projects. She was president of the Business-Government Relations Council and is a member of several other Washington-area professional organizations. Howell is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts at Amherst.

Terrence O'Donnell is executive vice president and general counsel of Textron Inc. O'Donnell oversees Textron's legal, ethics and compliance, and environmental health and safety functions, as well as Textron Innovations, Inc., the enterprise intellectual property management and licensing organization. He is also a member of Textron's Transformation Leadership Team and Management Committee. O'Donnell joined Textron in March 2000. He is a senior partner in the Washington, DC-based law firm of Williams & Connolly where, prior to joining Textron, he was a member of the firm's executive committee and chairman of the hiring committee. Among his other responsibilities at Williams & Connolly, he worked closely with Textron on government contract, regulatory, and other matters prior to joining Textron. From 1989 to 1992 he served as general counsel of the Department of Defense under Secretary Cheney. From 1972 to 1977, he served on the White House staff as deputy special assistant to President Nixon and as special assistant to President Ford. O'Donnell also served as an officer in the U.S. Air Force from June 1966 to May 1972. O'Donnell graduated in 1966 from the Air Force Academy, and received his J.D. in 1971 from Georgetown University Law School. He is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court, the local and federal courts of Washington, DC, the United States Court of Federal Claims and the United States Court of Appeals for the Armed Forces. He is a member of the advisory committee of the United States Court of Federal Claims. O'Donnell serves on the boards of the Gerald R. Ford Foundation, the Air Force Academy Falcon Foundation, IGI, Inc. and ePlus Inc. He also served as assistant counselor to the President of the United States Olympic Committee, Chairman of the Air Force Academy Board of Visitors and member of the United States Administrative Conference. As general counsel of the Department of Defense, O'Donnell was awarded the Department of Defense Medal for Distinguished Public Service for his contributions to the national defense and the Attorney General's Distinguished Service Award for his contributions to law enforcement.

rnold M. Friedman was appointed vice president and deputy general counsel of Textron in July 1984. He is responsible for managing the Corporate legal staff with primary responsibility for overseeing all legal matters other than litigation, including mergers and acquisitions, SEC, Corporate finance, antitrust, compliance, international, intellectual property, government contracts and real estate. Friedman is a member of the enterprise-wide Legal and Engineering & Technology Councils and leads the enterprise-wide Legal Council Working Group.
Friedman joined Textron in 1975 as a staff attorney. In 1977, he became assistant general counsel, and in 1983, he was named deputy general counsel. Prior to joining Textron, Friedman was with the Boston firm of Widett & Widett.
Friedman received his A.B. from Cornell University. He did post graduate work at Harvard University. Friedman received his L.L.B. from Harvard Law School. He is a past participant in the Textron Executive Development Program.

Cathy Streker is vice president human resources for Textron Inc. She is responsible for Textron’s global human resources strategy to support domestic and international growth opportunities across the company. Streker also plays an integral role on the company-wide Human Resources Leadership Team, comprised of the top human resources executives of Textron’s business units, and is a member of Textron’s Strategy Council.
Since joining the company in 1986, Streker has held positions of increased responsibility spanning various aspects of information technology and human resources, including global employee benefits and planning, supplier management and operation. She also led the Program Management Office of “HR Invent”, one of the company’s most transformational human resource programs. For the past three years, Streker has served as executive director, Human Resources, where she has helped drive growth initiatives across the company, partnering with Customer Leadership/Marketing, International Business Development, Investor Relations, Government Affairs, Corporate Communications and Strategy to assess, organize and develop the company’s talent to position the company for future success. She also provided strategic human resource support to the company’s India and Shanghai offices, aiding Textron’s international expansion efforts.
Streker earned a bachelor’s degree from Rhode Island College, and a master’s in Business Administration from Bryant University. She also is a certified Textron Six Sigma Green Belt and has completed numerous Textron-sponsored certificate programs at the American International School of Management, Center for Creative Leadership, Ohio State University and the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. She also was selected for the prestigious “Leadership Rhode Island” program, which she completed in 2001.

Douglas Wilburne was appointed vice president, investor relations in April 2000. John R. Curran was appointed vice president of mergers and acquisitions for Textron in October 2000. Curran is responsible for overseeing and managing business development activities, including mergers, acquisitions and strategic partnerships for Textron. Mary F. Lovejoy was appointed vice president and treasurer of Textron in April 2000. She is responsible for overseeing the company's financing activities, global treasury operations, the investment of pension fund assets and Textron's insurance programs. In addition, she serves on Textron's enterprise-wide Finance Council. During her career with Textron, Lovejoy has held key positions in the field of investor relations and communications. Michael A. Gardner was named vice president Textron audit services February 2003. He is responsible for all internal audit activities at Textron and at its business units, with reporting responsibilities to Textron's audit committee of the board of directors. Prior to joining Textron, Gardner was vice president and chief risk officer from 2002 to 2003 and director and vice president internal audit from1995 to 2002 at Hillenbrand Industries. Gardner also held various positions in the controllers and internal audit departments at Ameritech from 1986 to 1995 and was a faculty member in the School of Business at Indiana State University from 1984 to 1986. Prior to that, Gardner was audit supervisor at Coopers & Lybrand CPA firm (Pricewaterhousecoopers) from 1981 to 1984 and senior internal auditor at Eli Lilly Pharmaceuticals from 1979 to 1981.
Gardner received his B.A. in political science & economics and his M.B.A. from Indiana University. Gardner is currently on the Board of Governors and adjunct faculty of the Institute of Internal Auditors, and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Gardner is also a certified public accountant, internal auditor, information systems auditor and certified fraud examiner.

Robert Rowland was appointed vice president, government affairs in December 2003. His responsibilities include managing the Washington-based government affairs activities of Textron. Specifically, he is responsible for corporate strategies and activities that maximize Congressional and Executive Branch support for programs and issues of interest to Textron and its business units. He is also involved in business development for Textron's international operations and is a member of the Textron Customer Leadership Council.
Rowland joined Textron in 1997 and previously held the position of director, government affairs. His primary responsibility was to maximize the opportunities for U.S. government programs vital to Textron.
Prior to joining Textron, Rowland spent 25 years in the U.S. Marine Corps, where he earned the rank of colonel. He has fourteen years of experience in Washington-based government affairs, defense and aviation matters.
Rowland is a graduate of The University of North Texas with a BBA, as well as an MS in Management from Troy State University and an MS in National Security Affairs from the Naval War College. He is a member of the Textron Global Leadership Team and has participated in the Executive Leadership and Management Program at the Wharton School, Ohio State University, and the Thunderbird School of International Management. He has also attended the Center for Creative Leadership.

Susan M. Tardanico was appointed vice president, communications in 2004. She oversees all of Textron's internal and external strategic communications, corporate reputation management, executive communication support, marketing communications and brand management. She chairs the company's enterprise-wide Communications Council, comprised of communications leaders from Textron's business units, such as Bell Helicopter, Cessna Aircraft, E-Z-GO, Jacobsen and others that make up the $11 billion corporation. Tardanico joined Textron in 1988, and during her 16-year tenure has held positions of increased responsibility, most recently serving as executive director corporate communications for the company. Prior to joining Textron's corporate office in 1994, she spent six years at the company's Lowell, MA-based Specialty Materials division in various communications roles, culminating as director of communications and market development. In 2000, Tardanico assumed a special assignment in London for Textron. Prior to joining Textron, Tardanico was manager of corporate public relations and marketing communications for Hopkinton, MA-based EMC Corporation. Previously, she was a broadcast news reporter and assignment editor at two Boston-area television stations. Tardanico graduated summa cum laude from Boston College with a bachelor's degree in Communications and English. She has also completed executive leadership programs at Harvard University, University of Chicago, the Center for Creative Leadership, University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School, and the Garvin School of International Management at Thunderbird.

Mr. Brophy oversees the operation of multiple Tradesmen offices and approximately 1,100 employees primarily located in the country's central states. Prior to being appointed to RVP in 2003 he served as General Manager for the company's Kansas City office. He has strong operational, sales and marketing expertise having previously served as Chief Operating Officer for the Golf and Turf Company and as a Branch and Territory Manager for E-Z-GO, a Textron Company. Perhaps most valuable to Tradesmen International clients is his hands-on experience as a developer/builder. As owner of Brophy Custom Homes, a builder of custom homes in the Greater Kansas City area, he gained invaluable experience including direct management of craftsmen and subcontractors, material planning and purchases, cost/risk analysis, budgeting and project management. Mr. Brophy has a Bachelor of General Science degree from the University of Kansas and an Advanced Degree from Penn State in Executive Development.

Lothar Rosenkranz is president and chief executive officer of Kautex Textron Inc. Headquartered in Bonn, Germany, Kautex produces plastic fuel tank systems and steel fuel filler assemblies, camshafts, clear vision systems, blow-molded functional components and packaging products for the automotive and packaging industries.
