Mr. Wille became the President and Chief Executive Officer of Unify in Oct. 2000. Under his leadership, Unify has weathered crises, achieved a successful turnaround is now enjoying stability, innovation and expansion. Mr. Wille was named Best Turnaround Executive in America by the American Business Awards, also known as Stevie Awards, in June 2008. Mr. Wille received the award due to the vision, drive and perseverance he demonstrated while returning Unify to profitability in 2007. He is a seasoned business and financial executive with over 25 year’s experience. Prior to rejoining Unify, Mr. Wille served as Senior Vice President of Operations and CFO, and Vice President of Finance for FRx Software where he was responsible for corporate marketing, client services, operations, and finance and administration. Mr. Wille is a Certified Public Account. He received a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Wartburg College in Waverly, Iowa with concentrations in Accounting, Finance and Management Information Systems.

Mr. Bonham joined Unify in 2005 and oversees accounting, investor relations, human resources and administration. Prior to joining Unify, he served for eight years as the CFO for LexisNexis Examen, a recently acquired subsidiary of LexisNexis. Prior to LexisNexis Examen, Mr. Bonham spent eight years with Foundation Health Corp., a Fortune 500 publicly traded managed care insurance company, having served as the Vice President of Finance for the California Health Care and Specialty Services divisions. Mr. Bonham, a licensed Certified Public Accountant, has a B.S. degree in accounting from California State University, Sacramento.

Mr. George is responsible for Unify’s Technical Services Group which includes product development, customer support, consulting, training, documentation, quality control and assurance. Mr. George has been in the information technology and engineering industries for over 25 years. He began his career as an engineer with the Department of Defense managing the acquisition and implementation of Computer Aided Design and Manufacturing (CAD/CAM) systems. He eventually moved into software development, customer support and project management with an emphasis on customer satisfaction. Mr. George joined Unify in 1995 and has been a core member of the support, consulting and product development teams. He earned his B.S. in engineering from Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah.

Mr. Verardi is responsible for the North and South America sales territories. Mr. Kane joined Unify in January 2007 and is responsible for driving market adoption for the Company's service-oriented architecture (SOA) product portfolio. He brings demonstrated sales success in growing top-line revenue for several enterprise software companies. Most recently he served as the global sales director for Sacramento, Calif.-based Meridian Systems, selling SOA applications to the construction industry. At Meridian, he lead strategic sales initiatives that resulted in reduced sales cycles, increased close ratios and new product revenue growth of 450 percent. Additionally, Mr. Kane has lead sales organizations at industry leading software companies, which were then acquired, including VIEO, now Cesura; Dazel Corp., acquired by Hewlett Packard; Tivoli Systems, acquired by IBM; Beyond Software, acquired by NEON Systems; and Sterling Software, acquired by Computer Associates. Mr. Kane received his bachelor’s degree in business management from Saint Mary’s College of California.

Steve Whiteman has served as a director of the Company since May 1997. Mr. Whiteman currently serves as the President and CEO of Intesource, an Internet-based procurement service specifically for the food industry. From June 2000 to October 2000, Mr. Whiteman served as acting chief executive officer and acting chief financial officer of Unify. Previously, Mr. Whiteman served at different times as president, chief executive officer and director, and chairman of the board of directors of Viasoft, Inc. ("Viasoft"), a publicly traded software products and services company. Mr. Whiteman is also a director of Intesource, Actuate Corporation, and Netpro.

Rob is an experienced chief executive officer of private and public companies and an accomplished technology investor. He was the CEO of CAMAX Systems (acquired by Electronic Data Systems, NYSE: EDS), Ultradata (acquired by John Harland, NYSE: JH), and Citadon. He is the managing partner and founder of Treehouse Capital, an investment firm that blends value and growth investment disciplines to make active investments in later-stage technology companies. Prior to Rob's experience as an investor, he was a merchant banker with Investment Advisors, Inc., where he worked with many of the Coral Team members, and an attorney with Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom.
