Bronwen Taylor was named vice president, internal audit and compliance, in November 2007. Ms. Taylor is responsible for the coordination of Stryker’s compliance programs and liability avoidance efforts worldwide. Ms. Taylor joined Stryker in March 2000 as chief financial officer for Stryker South Pacific. She subsequently served as vice president and chief financial officer and as director, operations, of Stryker South Pacific. In September 2005, she was named the Company’s chief compliance officer.
