Richard L. Peranton , age 60, has been President of CareerStaff Unlimited, Inc., our medical staffing subsidiary, since 2004. From 2001 to 2004, Mr. Peranton was the President and Chief Executive Officer of EMSI, Inc. a leading medical information services provider related to risk management services. From 1994 to 2001, he was the President and Chief Executive Officer of Nursefinders, Inc., one of the nation's largest providers of temporary staffing services. From 1981 to 1994, he served in various capacities, most recently as President Southern Division, with Olsten Kimberly Quality Care, a provider of supplemental health care staffing.

Tony M. Astorga , age 63, has served as a member of our Board of Directors since 2004. He has served as the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Arizona, a health insurance company, since 1988. From 1976 to 1987 he was a partner in the firm of Astorga, Maurseth & Co., P.C., a certified public accounting firm. Mr. Astorga previously served on the board of directors of Regency Health Services, Inc., which at the time he served as a director was a publicly held long-term care operator.

Terri Kern Since December of 1997, serving as senior vice president, business development and communications for Sun Healthcare Group, Inc. headquartered in Irvine, California. Prior employment in long term care with Kindred Healthcare (4 years) and Procter and Gamble (9 years). Served in United States Marine Corps from 1979 through 1997. Education includes Executive MBA from Bellarmine College, Louisville, KY, Masters Degree from Central Michigan University and B.S. from Indiana State University.

Angelo Maragos is a member of the firm and serves as the Chairman of the firm's health care law practice. Attorney Maragos is admitted to practice in both the States of Connecticut and New York, and his practice concentrates on federal and state health care issues. He advises long term health care providers, sub-acute facilities, physician practice groups, and other health care industry providers in the areas of Medicare, Medicaid, compliance, reimbursement, public codes and licensure, appeals, vendor disputes and litigation. He also assists individual physicians and their practice groups in their managed care and provider contracts. He regularly appears before the Connecticut Department of Health and Department of Social Services. Attorney Maragos is a member of the American Health Lawyers Association, and the Association of Long Term Care Finance Managers. He has written numerous articles for the Association of Long Term Care Finance Manager's Newsletter and conducted numerous in house corporate seminars on health care issues. Attorney Maragos represents stand alone facilities and national chains including Sunbridge Healthcare Corporation, Haven Healthcare Management, Lexington Healthcare Group, Inc., Notre Dame Convalescent Home, Inc, National Healthcare Associates, Inc., Sunscript Pharmacy Corporation, and Respiratory Associates of Norwalk. In addition to his healthcare expertise, Attorney Maragos has over thirteen years of experience in a variety of complex commercial and personal injury litigation matters and has actually tried numerous cases before juries, courts, and conducted arbitration proceedings. Attorney Maragos graduated from Washington & Lee University School of Law and the University of Connecticut (with honors). He also speaks fluent Greek which allows him to assist many Greek clients in business transactions working with the firm's attorneys.
