Chad Loeven is responsible for leading Sunbelt's global business development and provides strategic direction for the company's partner alliances and technology licensing initiatives with existing and new OEMs. Before joining Sunbelt, Chad served as vice president of business development for Montreal-based email security vendor Vircom, where he held international channel and business development responsibility; signing the largest OEM deal for Vircom during his tenure. Prior to Vircom, Loeven held various executive management positions at The Messaging Architects, overseeing the daily operations and international channel networks, and IndustryHub where he was responsible for technology direction, product strategy, and sales and marketing. Additionally, Chad co-founded Zenon Systems and grew the company to be the largest Microsoft Solution Partner and Advanced Product training center in eastern Canada at that time. While with Zenon, Chad received the prestigious Ernst and Young's Entrepreneur of the Year and Profit100 awards. The Zenon group was acquired by Telus in 2000. Chad graduated with a Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from Concordia University in 1989.

Michael is responsible for managing and spearheading Sunbelt's threat research initiatives and leading development efforts to deliver cutting-edge detection methods that that not only combat today's complex types of viruses, spyware and malware, but also respond to emerging malicious threats. Michael is widely regarded as one of the foremost experts on malware and its malicious mechanisms, and has authored a number of technical papers and publications, as well as participates regularly as a noted speaker at industry conferences. Michael comes to Sunbelt from FRISK Software, makers of F-Prot Antivirus, where he was a senior antivirus architect and company spokesperson. Prior to FRISK Software, he was a senior virus researcher with ESET s.r.o., where he worked on the NOD32 antivirus product. Previously, he was with Comodo Security, where he managed the team responsible for the Comodo firewall and antivirus products as executive director in Chennai, India. His expert opinion on computer security topics is frequently quoted in major newspapers, online media and television channels. Michael has a long history of innovation and experience in complex, low-level programming, starting with assembler programming for the Sinclair ZX-Series and later for Commodore platforms, where he wrote Air Combat Emulator (Plus/4) and Hexen (C64); and for the Amiga, the Amiga Basic Compiler and Amiga Chess. It was during his development of Amiga software that he and Manfred Leidorf wrote one of the first antivirus programs for bootsector scanning in the world.

Stu Sjouwerman joined Sunbelt Software in 1988. At that time, Sunbelt was the first and largest distributor of Digital Equipment's VMS System Management tools in Europe. Stu helped build the company to approximately $5 million per year in revenues and in 1993 co-founded and opened the US location in Clearwater, FL. Noticing the emerging Windows NT market, in mid-1995, Sunbelt tailored its product offering around this new market and the company's success catapulted. Sunbelt's revenues were $8 million in 1998 and $13 million in 1999. In 2002, total revenues were $18M and Sunbelt had made it into the Inc. 500 Magazine list of the five hundred fastest-growing, privately-held companies. Stu serves as the company's VP of Marketing and International and is responsible for managing the company's marketing initiatives and international sales operations which includes Europe, Asia/Pacific and Latin America. He plays a key role in crafting corporate messaging strategies, creating the company's product vision and working with the entire company to implement that vision. In addition to being chief operating officer of Sunbelt Software, Stu publishes the WServerNews E-Newsletter once a week and has co-authored three books about Windows System Administration-the first being "Windows NT Power Toolkit." Released in October 1999, this book reached #4 on Amazon.com's USA bestseller list the first week of its release and #1 in the UK. The second and third books also reached Amazon's Top 10 List. In 2003, a new book about Windows XP was published. Stu has been active in the computer industry since 1979 and his years of industry experience have helped mold his expertise in the Windows NT4/2000/2003 arena.

Eric Howes is responsible for spearheading Sunbelt's threat research initiatives and manages the talented efforts of Sunbelt's threat research team. Formerly an instructor and researcher at the University of Illinois, Eric has been studying spyware behavior for over five years. Widely regarded as one of the foremost experts on spyware and its malicious mechanisms, Howes has served as a panelist at the CNET Antispyware Workshop and is an active and well-known participant in many of the security forums dedicated to spyware research including SpywareWarrior.com and DSLReports.com/BroadbandReports.com.He regularly updates and maintains a number of spyware block lists, including the IE-SPYAD Restricted sites list for Internet Explorer, to supply internet users with resources to protect their privacy and security on the internet. In recognition of this work, Microsoft awarded him its MVP (Most Valued Professional) Award. Howes holds a B.A. in English Literature from the University of Virginia, an M.A. in English Literature, and is completing his M.S. in Library Information Science at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.

John-Erich is responsible for expanding Sunbelt's global sales and distribution efforts internationally. John-Erich will be responsible for driving Sunbelt's customer acquisition strategy, increasing international market share, developing brand awareness and extending Sunbelt's portfolio of channel partners globally with focus on channel development in EMEA, APAC, and LATAM by appointing distributors and representatives to effectively cover direct and indirect channels. John-Erich comes to Sunbelt most recently from Bertelsmann AG following his tenure at Corel Corporation (formerly Jasc Software) where he oversaw Jasc's flagship graphic image manipulation software, Paint Shop Pro. At Jasc, Mantius ran the international sales organization which at one point represented 40% of the total company revenue. Prior to his role with Bertelsmann, Mantius led ACD Systems' OEM relationships and efforts in Japan and was responsible for growing US channel sales. Earlier in his sales career, Mantius worked for RCA managing security products across the globe as their International Sales Manager for central Europe based in Germany. Mantius is a long-time software industry veteran, who has spent over 15 years in executive sales and marketing roles. He is a graduate of the Franklin and Marshall College.
