Mr. Pfeiffer co-founded Sunrise Telecom in October 1991 and has served as a Director since that time. Mr. Pfeiffer also serves as the Vice-Chairman of the Board. Mr. Pfeiffer served as interim Vice President of Engineering from April 2006 to November 2006 and as Vice President of Engineering from October 1991 to December 1999 and our Chief Technology Officer from December 1999 until March 2001.
