Cary H. Thompson serves as a director of our company. He served as a director of FIS from February 2006 until the spin-off date. Mr. Thompson served as a director of old FNF from 1992 until the merger between FIS and old FNF in November 2006. Mr. Thompson currently is a Managing Director with Banc of America Securities LLC. From 1999 to May 2008, Mr. Thompson was a Senior Managing Director with Bear Stearns & Co. Inc. Prior to that, Mr. Thompson was a director and Chief Executive Officer of Aames Financial Corporation, from 1996 to 1999. Mr. Thompson also serves as a director of FNF and SonicWall Corporation.

Guy A. Lampard is responsible for Aperio's marketing. Guy is a former Partner at Montgomery Securities and Senior Managing Director at Banc of America Securities where he worked for 16 years. During his career at Montgomery and Banc of America, his responsibilities included Director of the International Department, Deputy Head of Institutional Sales, Director of Marketing, including membership on the Equity Management and Commitment Committees. Guy is currently on the board of the India IT Mutual Fund where he is also Chairman of their Audit Committee. Additionally he is a Trustee of the California Historical Foundation, board member of Heyday Institute, board member of the Angel Island Association, and a former Chairman's Council member of Conservation International. He is the co-author of the book Giving From Your Heart, A Guide to Volunteering. Guy received his BA from the University of California, Berkeley.

John Gachora Mburu is a Managing Director at Banc of America in Charlotte, NC, where he heads the Asset Backed Securities structuring and analytics group.

Mark Adley has served as a director of the company since 1991. Since March 2002, Mr. Adley has been a Managing Director of Mergers & Acquisitions at Banc of America Securities LLC, a global investment banking firm. From 1996 to 2001, Mr. Adley was a Managing Director at Credit Suisse First Boston Corporation, an investment banking firm.

Mr. Engels is a Managing Director of Banc of America Equity Partners-Latin America, based in Sao Paulo, Brazil, responsible for sourcing, valuation and management of portfolio companies in Latin America. Previously, Mr. Engels was a founding partner in Hard Communications, a media and communications company in Argentina. Prior to that, he held a variety of senior management positions with YPF, including general manager for YPF in Peru, where he was responsible for the start-up of that company's operations and the development and implementation of the business plan. He also represented YPF in the Board of Directors of La Pampilla S.A., the largest Peruvian refinery. Before joining YPF in 1994, Mr. Engels had be en a division manager for Santista Textil SA (Brazil), in charge of a full business unit - sales, marketing, production and administration. Prior to that, he was a junior consultant for Booz, Allen & Hamilton in Sao Paulo, Brazil. Currently, Mr. Engels is a Director of Econ Supermercados SA (Brazil), Service Care Participacoes (Brazil), Maxcom Telecomunicaciones S.A. de C.V. (Mexico) and Geoplan Ltd (Brazil). Mr. Engels earned an MBA from the Harvard Graduate School of Business Administration and received a BS in mechanical engineering from MIT.

J. Travis Hain has served as Director since November 2006. He is the managing partner of Banc of America Capital Investors and was one of its founders in 1993. He has been with Bank of America and its predecessor for more than twenty years. Mr. Hain is presently a director or the equivalent of Eurofresh and FlexSol Packaging Corporation.

Mr. Gliksberg is a founding member of Banc of America Equity Partners ? Latin America, having joined Banc of America Equity Partners in connection with the Continental Bank merger in 1994. Mr. Gliksberg joined the former Continental Bank in 1980 and served in a variety of positions in international, corporate, and investment banking. He was among the group responsible for launching Continental's operations in Chile in the early 1980s and later, the bank's Corporate Finance Department in Chicago, which specialized in highly leveraged transactions, buyouts, and restructurings. He is currently Managing Partner of Banc of America Equity Partners ? Latin America, a private equity fund with assets of approximately $500 million and focusing on high growth opportunities throughout the region. Mr. Gliksberg is Chairman of the Board of Structured Intelligence Inc., President of BankAmerica International Investment Corporation, a director of Difusion Panoramica (Mexico), Maxcom Telecomunicaciones S.A. de C.V. (Mexico), Organizacion Rescarven C.A. (Venezuela), Vesper (Brazil) and VeloCom, Inc. Mr. Gliksberg holds an MM from the J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University, and a BA in Economics and Political Science from the University of Rochester.

Scott R. Poole has served as a Director since November 2006. He is a partner with Banc of America Capital Investors. Prior to joining Banc of America Capital Investors in 1995, he was an analyst at First Union Capital Partners, the principal investment group of the former First Union Corporation. Mr. Poole is presently a director of National Seating and Mobility, Inc. and OrthoNet Holdings Inc.

Jishnu Guha has been with Banc of America Securities for just under one year as a manager and compliance lawyer within the firm's Research Compliance division. Prior to this he spent a year as a consultant at accounting firm BDO Seidman LLP working on anti-fraud and anti-money laundering matters. Jishnu holds a B.S. in Business Administration and Political Science from Carnegie Mellon University, and a Juris Doctor from Yeshiva University's Cardozo School of Law, and is admitted to the bar in both New York and New Jersey. Prior to attending Cardozo, Jishnu worked as a paralegal at Hogan & Hartson LLP, a law firm in Washington, DC, and a technology consultant at MicroStrategy, a Northern Virginia software company.

Scott A. Martin is Principal and Senior Compliance Manager at Banc of America Securities in Charlotte, North Carolina. By God's grace Scott and his wife Suzanne are the parents of three boys and a girl, each adopted from South Korea. Scott understands the critical importance of raising and training children according to Scriptural principles, "teach[ing] them diligently to your sons...when you sit in your house and when you walk by the way and when you lie down and when you rise up" (Deut 6:7). Scott's desire is that Gethsemane International will be used by God to minister physically and spiritually to parentless children in underprivileged areas of the world, as well as to encourage godly couples to expand their families through adoption.

One of the newest members to the recruiting team, Richard joined LPL Financial Institution Services in May of 2007 as a recruiting officer covering the Southern Midwest territory. Harvey brings eight years of experience in the financial services industry, which is highlighted by a four-year tenure at Questar Capital. During which, Harvey polished his recruiting and sales experience as a supervisory principal. In addition to holding positions with CSFB Direct and Banc of America Investment Services, Harvey is a graduate of Appalachian State University where he earned a degree in marketing and a minor in international business. He also holds series 7,24,63,65, and insurance licenses through UVEST Financial Services.
