Mr. Pickus joined SupportSoft as President and Chief Executive Officer and a member of the Board in April 2006. Mr. Pickus served as senior vice president and general manger of the Clarity Division of Computer Associates, an IT management software company, from August 2005 until April 2006. From November 1999 until August 2005, Mr. Pickus served in a number of executive positions at Niku Corporation, an IT governance software company, including president and chief executive officer from November 2002 until August 2005, chief financial officer, from April 2001 to October 2002, and president of vertical markets from November 1999 to March 2001. Mr. Pickus also serves on the Board of DemandTec, Inc., an on-demand software company focused on price optimization for retailers and consumer packaged goods companies. Mr. Pickus holds a Bachelor of Arts from Princeton University and a Juris Doctor from University of Chicago School of Law.

David Temlak has served as Senior Vice President Customer Service since joining SupportSoft in 2006. Temlak is responsible for the SupportSoft Expert Center, which delivers technology support services to consumers based on the SupportSoft technology platform. Prior to SupportSoft, Temlak served as the senior vice president of customer care at Time Warner Cable, the nation's second largest cable company. At Time Warner Cable, he was responsible for supporting over 14 million customers by guiding its Corporate Customer Care operations that helped service all TWC product lines, including Road Runner, the highly successful High Speed Internet Service Provider offering. Prior to Time Warner Cable, Temlak held customer care management positions at Continental Cablevision, Banyan Systems and Connolly Data Systems.

Mr. Sayer joined SupportSoft in May 2006. He was previously with Computer Associates, where he led worldwide sales for its IT Governance solution. Prior to Computer Associates, Mr. Sayer led worldwide sales for Niku, which was acquired by Computer Associates in 2005. Mr. Sayer's experience includes establishing the direct sales organization and indirect channels for Remedy Corporation in EMEA. Mr. Sayer has also led sales organizations for several other software companies and served as the chief executive of a venture capital-backed customer relationship management company. Mr. Sayer holds a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from the University of Herfordshire in the U.K.

Anne-Marie Eileraas joined SupportSoft from Intuit, where she served as the lead lawyer for its small business division. Previously, Ms. Eileraas was vice president and general counsel for Honeywell International's Process Solutions business, a licensing attorney at Wind River Systems, and a litigation partner at Howard Rice, a San Francisco law firm. She is a University of Chicago law school graduate and holds an architecture degree from Yale University.

Mr. Kovacs has more than 20 years of experience in the software industry and joins MSC.Software from SupportSoft, where he served as vice president of strategic sales and strategic partner development. Prior to SupportSoft, Mr. Kovacs held executive positions at Portal Software, including vice president of the IBM global strategic alliance, vice president and general manager of Australia and New Zealand, and vice president of corporate communications. Mr. Kovacs was the vice president of strategic alliances at EDS PLM Solutions and also held several executive positions at SDRC prior to its acquisition by EDS in 2001, including vice president of strategic business alliances, vice president of marketing, and vice president of sales and marketing of Asia Pacific. Prior to SDRC, Mr. Kovacs was director of corporate accounts for BasicComputer, a key IBM business partner.

Jim has 20 years of experience at the senior management level in enterprise software companies covering such areas of responsibility as Sales, Marketing, Professional Services, Customer Support, Business Development, and Alliances. Jim was most recently Executive Vice President and General Manager of Worldwide Field Operations at Broadvision. From the beginning of 1998 through 2000 revenues grew from $27 million to $414 million. Jim's area of responsibility grew during that time period from less than 50 people to approximately 1000 people. Prior to Broadvision, Jim was Senior Vice President of Worldwide Sales at Aurum Software, a leader in sales force automation business solutions. He played a role in leading Aurum to profitability and then going public before being acquired by Baan. Revenue grew from $6M to $74M during Jim's tenure at Aurum. Before joining Aurum in 1995, Thanos served as Vice President of Sales at Harvest Software. Prior to Harvest Software, he was Vice President of Sales Operations and Professional Services at Metaphor, Inc., a pioneer in business decision support systems, where he grew annual sales to $37 million before the company was acquired by IBM. Before Metaphor, Jim worked as Executive Vice President of Worldwide Field Operations at Informix, where he was responsible for expanding the company's revenues from $24M in 1987 to $103M in 1988. Jim was also the VP responsible for sales, marketing, and professional services at Dunn and Bradstreet Computing Services. Jim has a BA in Behavioral Sciences from the Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore, Maryland.
