Ali Marashi joined Switch and Data in 2005 to direct the IT and engineering organizations. Prior to joining Switch and Data, Ali served as Internap's Chief Technology Officer, helping define the corporate vision and lead the technology engineering and product strategy for the company. From 1997 to 2000, Ali was Lead Network Engineer for Networks and Distributed Computing at the University of Washington, where he was responsible for senior-level design, development, and technical leadership and support for all networking initiatives and operations. From 1995 to 1997 Ali was a co-founder and Vice President of Engineering for interGlobe Networks, Inc., a TCP/IP consulting firm, acting as senior technical and corporate liaison with a customer base including national ISPs, health, legal, and commercial retail companies.

George Pollock joined Switch and Data in 1999 and is responsible for all finance functions at Switch and Data including billing, accounting and business planning. George brings to Switch and Data more than 16 years of finance experience. Prior to joining Switch and Data, he served as Chief Financial Officer of the Merchant Banking Division of Communications Equity Associates, Inc. (CEA), an international investment and merchant bank specializing in the media, communications, and Internet industries. George was responsible for the financial and administrative functions for CEA's $600 million portfolio of private equity funds. Prior to CEA, he worked for Deloitte & Touche as a tax consultant. George is a Certified Public Accountant and he belongs to the AICPA (American Institute of Certified Public Accountants) and the FICPA (Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Adam manages the direct sales effort of the Southern Region, being promoted to that position following 3 years of successful direct sales efforts with Switch and Data. He brings 10 years of experience in sales and sales management to the company. Prior to joining Switch and Data, Adam served as National Account Manager for PAIX.net. His earlier held positions include Branch Sales Manager for OnSite Access and National Account Manager with WorldCom.

Clayton manages the legal function for Switch and Data and is the Corporate Secretary. Clayton joined Switch and Data in 2003 and brings over 14 years of legal experience with 10 years in a corporate legal environment managing all aspects of a full service legal department including compliance, mergers and acquisitions, contracts, and supervising litigation. Prior to joining Switch and Data, Clayton held various legal positions at Communications Equity Associates, Inc.; Tech Data Corporation; and Anchor Glass Container Corporation as well as having experience as an attorney in private practice. Clayton is a member of the Florida Bar Association and the Association of Corporate Counsel.

Glenn brings to Switch and Data over 20 years of engineering and construction management experience. Prior to joining the company, he was CEO of G. T. Property Services, Inc., a construction management company. There he led construction management, disaster recovery management, and valuations of hotels, apartment complexes, and commercial real estate projects, for numerous financial institutions. Prior to being promoted to his current position, Glenn served as Switch and Data's Director of Project Management for the construction of 28 of the company's colocation facilities.

Jeff manages the direct sales efforts for the Western Region for Switch and Data. He brings nearly 20 years of experience in sales management and telecommunications knowledge to the company. Jeff's extensive background in wholesale and strategic sales will help the company continue its growth and commitment to customers in this critical market. Prior to joining Switch and Data, Jeff served as Senior Director of Sales at AboveNet for the Western and Asia/Pacific regions. He also held management and senior sales positions with Williams, Qwest, Frontier, and IXC Communications.

Joan manages the personnel and payroll functions for Switch and Data. Joan joined Switch and Data in 1999 with over 15 years of human resources and management experience. Prior to Switch and Data, she served in a variety of management positions with Southern Wine & Spirits, Sports & Recreation, Inc (a/k/a Jumbo Sports), and Valenti Management. Joan is an active member of the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM) and the American Payroll Association (APA).

Matthew is responsible for all information systems at Switch & Data encompassing voice, data, backoffice, and software development. Matthew has over 14 years of experience in information systems architecture, design, implementation, and management. He has held key information technology positions with the Florida State University system, ITG, and the F1 Corporation spanning multiple industry sectors of IT technology application. Matthew has been responsible for call center, security, billing, CRM, LAN/WAN, VoIP/Circuit Switched and the Internet technologies across his career. Matthew is a CISSP (Certified Information System Security Professional).

Ross oversees site operations for Switch and Data's Western Region. He has over 30 years experience in technical management and business development positions. Before joining Switch and Data, Ross held positions in operations, network engineering, customer service, installation, training, and network planning, with Southwestern Bell Telephone, LDX net, and Worldcom.

Mr. Luby, a founding partner of Seaport, brings more than 20 years of private equity and merchant banking experience to Seaport. Mr. Luby is actively involved in formulating the investment process, defining the strategic direction, originating investments, and managing the investment activities of Seaport. In addition, Mr. Luby works closely with Seaport's portfolio companies. Prior to co-founding Seaport in 1997, Mr. Luby was a Managing Director of Chase Capital, the equity-investing arm of The Chase Manhattan Bank. In that position, he was responsible for the firm's investments in media and telecommunications, with a particular emphasis on wireless communications. Prior to joining Chase Capital, Mr. Luby was a Managing Director in Chase's Merchant Banking Group.

Mr. White is a Certified Public Accountant with more than 25 years of experience working with public companies. He was an audit partner with Deloitte & Touche LLP from 1987 until his retirement effective January 2005. During his career at Deloitte & Touche, Mr. White spent the majority of his time serving public companies and led the Sarbanes-Oxley effort for the North Florida practice of Deloitte & Touche at the time of his retirement. Mr. White is currently on the Board of Directors for Coast Financial Holdings, Inc. ("CFHI") where he serves as Chairman of the Audit Committee and sits on the Executive and Compensation Committees. Mr. White graduated with honors from the University of South Florida with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Accounting.

Art Matin, a former global business manager for IBM Corporation and senior executive of several technology companies, has joined digital-jukebox leader TouchTunes Music Corporation as president and chief executive officer. Matin was also named to TouchTunes' board of directors. Matin brings more than two decades of wide-ranging business experience to TouchTunes, with an emphasis on customer-focused sales, marketing, and product development. Prior to joining TouchTunes, Matin was chief executive of Softricity, a venture-backed software company acquired by Microsoft Corp. in 2006. He was executive vice president of worldwide sales for Veritas, a data and storage management company with annual revenues of more than $2 billion and more than 5,000 employees. As president of McAfee, best known for its anti-virus software, he accounted for revenues of $750 million annually and successfully established multiple channel initiatives and partnerships focused on accelerating customer adoption and market share expansion, especially in consumer segments. During his 20 years with IBM, Matin held a variety of management positions, including overseeing sales to large corporate customers in the Asia-Pacific region while based in Tokyo, as well serving as general manager of IBM's industrial sector in the Americas. A native of Albany, N.Y., Matin received a bachelor's degree in Biology from the University of Rochester (1978) and an MBA degree from the University of Chicago (1980).
