Chairman & CEO, Asure Software Corporation that provides productivity solutions to businesses. Mr. Snyder is also the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Corum Cove Consulting, LLC, a consulting firm specializing in providing strategic guidance to high technology businesses. Previously at Hewlett-Packard, Mr. Snyder served as Group General Manager for the $3 billion inkjet printer business, where he created the Deskjet brand. As Senior Vice President and General Manager at Dell Computer, Mr. Snyder led the establishment of Dell's successful Internet sales model and was responsible for all operations of the $3.5 billion Americas Region. Mr. Snyder also served as Senior Vice President of Worldwide Sales, Marketing, Service and Support for Compaq Computer, where he held P&L responsibility for Compaq's $20 billion geographic sales regions. He also serves on the Boards of Symmetricom, Inc. and an early stage company, Assure Controls.

As Chief Financial Officer, Bill Slater is responsible for Saba's worldwide finance, investor relations, IT and facilities organizations. He brings more than 25 years of experience in financial management and operations at high-growth organizations to his position. Prior to joining Saba, Slater served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Symmetricom (NASDAQ: SYMM), a provider of precise time and frequency technology. During his tenure, he successfully built proactive, business-oriented accounting and financial organizations to drive profitability for the company. Before Symmetricom, Slater served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Computer Curriculum Corporation, an educational publisher and division of Viacom, where he oversaw strategies, business models and infrastructure that helped grow revenue, operating income and cash flow by more than 400 percent in eight years. Slater has also served as Vice President, Financial Planning, at Simon & Schuster and Vice President and Controller, Professional Products Group, for Revlon. He holds a B.A. in accounting from Queens College, City University of New York.

Mr. Spencer joined Symmetricom in September 2008 as Chief Financial Officer, bringing broad financial and operational experience. Prior to Symmetricom, Mr. Spencer served as Chief Financial Officer at Covad Communications overseeing financial, accounting, human resources and corporate development. Prior to Covad, he worked for Hewlett Packard, helping to build its service provider business. Mr. Spencer has held positions in product management, business strategy, finance and corporate development in several industries including chemicals, financial services, healthcare, technology and telecommunications. Mr. Spencer received a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Utah and a master’s degree in business administration from The Wharton School of Business.

Mr. Chermak joined Symmetricom in 2007, bringing a long track record of strategic account and market development for both hardware and software sales. Prior to joining Symmetricom, Mr. Chermak was the Senior Vice President and General Manager of the High Technology Group at I2 Technologies. He has also served as Managing Director, International, for ITM software, as Vice President of the Application Solutions Group at Silicon Graphics and in a variety of sales and marketing positions for Hewlett-Packard. Mr. Chermak holds a B.A. in Geo-Chemical Engineering from Gustavus Adolphus and an MBA in Business Administration from the University of Minnesota.

Mr. Minor joined Symmetricom in 2006, bringing over 25 years’ experience in human resources, business and finance. Prior to Symmetricom, Mr. Minor directed global human resource practices at Cypress Semiconductor Corporation. Previous to Cypress, Mr. Minor directed worldwide human resource strategies and programs for Lam Research Corporation. He also held senior-level human resource positions at KLA Instruments and the Electric Power Research Institute. Mr. Minor holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from California State University at Hayward, and a Masters in Business Administration from Notre Dame de Namur University.

Prior to Symmetricom, David was the CEO of Norwegian-based mobile search firm Stochasto ASA, and also co-founded and served as the president and CEO of BlueKite, a mobile Internet software company in the bandwidth optimization space. At BlueKite, David and his team raised over $50 million in venture capital funding and served customers that included British Telecom, Vodafone, Swisscom, Telia Sonera and Sprint PCS. He was also a partner in the Silicon Valley office of Danish venture fund 2M Invest and served as a consultant with McKinsey & Company, advising companies in the U.S., Mexico and SE Asia on issues of corporate strategy and organization. He previously served as a board director for Enable Semiconductor (acquired by Lucent) and currently serves on the board of directors for Covenant House California. David holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Texas and a Masters Degree in Business Administration from the Stanford University Graduate School of Business.

Dr. Armstrong joined Symmetricom in 2006 as vice president of engineering and now serves as the EVP & GM of the Telecom Solutions Division. Prior to joining Symmetricom, Dr. Armstrong was president of Movidis, Inc., a privately held company that develops high-performance networking equipment for OEM and enterprise markets. From 1998-2002, he served as vice president of software development at DIVA Systems, a provider of interactive, on-demand television products and services. Dr. Armstrong holds a Ph.D. in electrical engineering from Purdue University and a Bachelor of Science in electrical engineering and computer science from Princeton University.

Lisa has a broad background in the high tech instrumentation industry. Prior to joining Spectracom in August 2004, Ms. Withers served as Executive Vice President and General Manager of Symmetricom's Timing Test & Measurement Division. Prior to their merger with Symmetricom, Lisa served as President and CEO of TrueTime, a world leader in timing solutions for the Department of Defense. In addition to her many years in the time and frequency industry, Lisa's background includes operations management positions at ABB AMDATA and Delphian Corporation. Lisa holds a BS in Organizational Behavior from the University of San Francisco and has served as director on a number of corporate and non-profit boards.

Ms. Fetter was most recently the President, Chief Executive Officer, and Director of Jacent Technologies, a privately held supplier of on-demand ordering technology solutions for the restaurant industry. Ms. Fetter has been a director of the Company since October 2002. She was a director of Datum Inc., which was acquired by the Company in October 2002, from March 2000 to October 2002. Ms. Fetter is currently a board member of Quantum Corporation, a data storage company, and Ikanos Corporation, a provider of broadband equipment. Ms. Fetter was President, Chief Executive Officer and a director of QRS Corporation, a retail supply chain software and services company, from October 2001 through November 2004, when QRS was sold to Inovis Inc. She served as President, Chief Executive Officer and a director of NorthPoint Communications Group, Inc. from March 2000 to April 2001, after serving as a director since January 2000. Ms. Fetter previously was Vice President and General Manager of the Consumer Services Group at U.S. West, Inc. and also held various senior executive positions at Pacific Bell.

Dr. Oliver has been Chief Executive Officer of American Sentinel University and its predecessors since June 2000. He was formerly a professor of management at the Owen Graduate School of Management, Vanderbilt University.
