Mr. Murai joined SYNNEX in March 2008 and serves as the President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO). As a seasoned executive, Mr. Murai has more than 19 years of distribution channel experience with focused expertise in global management, operations, information technology and customer relationships. Prior to SYNNEX, Mr. Murai was President and Chief Operating Officer of Ingram Micro. During his nineteen-year tenure at Ingram Micro, he held a series of senior management positions in all aspect of the Company's operations and was responsible for the integration of Ingram Micro's former U.S. and Canadian regions as a single management team. Mr. Murai holds a Bachelor of Applied Science, Engineering degree from the University of Waterloo in Ontario.

Mr. Carroll joined SYNNEX in March 2008. Previously, he served as co-founder and president of New Age Electronics, Inc. before its acquisition by SYNNEX Corporation. Mr. Carroll has more than 25 years of experience in the consumer technology industry. Mr. Carroll played a key role in positioning New Age as a leader in channel management solutions with top consumer electronics manufacturers including Hewlett-Packard, Kodak and Panasonic. His expertise ranges from manufacturing and distribution to logistics and product recovery. Mr. Carroll product knowledge stems from an extensive background in consumer electronics, office products and supplies. Prior to founding New Age, Mr. Carroll worked at Entertainment Marketing, a computer peripherals distributor, and Stanlee Distributors - Zemex Corporation, a national consumer electronics distributor.

Mr. Martin was appointed President of Merisel Canada and with the subsequent acquisition by SYNNEX, became President, Broadline Division for SYNNEX Canada Limited in September 2001. Prior to this, he joined the Products department in 1989 where he was instrumental in moving many of the industry's largest suppliers to a two-tiered distribution system, and held a number of sales and marketing management positions within the reseller channel. Mr. Martin graduated from York University in Toronto with a Master's degree in Business Administration, with emphasis in the areas of product marketing and product management.

Peter Larocque is our President, U.S. Distribution since July 2006 and previously served as Executive Vice President of Distribution since June 2001, Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing from September 1997 until June 2001. Mr. Larocque is responsible for our U.S. distribution business. Mr. Larocque received a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from the University of Western Ontario, Canada.

Mr. Gulmon joined SYNNEX in 1982. He has worked in various accounting, finance, and IS positions while successfully moving from manager to director and now, Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer (CIO). Mr. Gulmon graduated from San Jose State University in 1984 with a B.S. in Business Administration and Accounting with a minor in Math.

Mr. Dennis currently serves as Senior Vice President of Product Management for HP product offerings. Previously, Mr. Dennis served as Vice President of Product Management for the HP product lines. He has held a variety of sales and product management positions for the company since 1994. Prior to SYNNEX, Mr. Dennis held the position of Manager of Sales Operations for Conner Peripherals where his customers included top tier distribution accounts. Mr. Dennis graduated from California State University, Chico, in 1984 with a B.S. in Business Administration and Marketing.

Mr. Towns joined SYNNEX in March 2008. Previously, he served as Senior Vice President of New Age Electronics, Inc. before its acquisition by SYNNEX Corporation. With an extensive background in consumer technology including digital photography, home theater and digital convergence, Mr. Towns was instrumental in expanding distribution partnerships with Kodak and Panasonic and signing additional contracts with such vendors such as Sharp and Samsung. He was responsible for sales, marketing and operations supporting distribution, logistics and product recovery. In addition, Mr. Towns was responsible for web-based training tools and e-commerce initiatives to better support vendors and retailers within the consumer technology channel. Prior to joining New Age, Mr. Towns was a senior vice president at Panasonic, where he progressed through the company in a series of senior management positions. Mr. Towns has creatively designed and implemented new channel strategies, including executing dealer agreements polices, converting small direct dealers to distribution partners and creating on-line programs for internal and external training.

Mr. Palenbaum joined SYNNEX in 1999 and has held numerous positions with increasing responsibility during his tenure. In 2007, Mr. Palenbaum was promoted to Senior Vice President, Consumer Electronics. He is primarily responsible for cultivating and increasing SYNNEX' growing presence in CE distribution. With approximately 24 years of management experience and a comprehensive IT and CE industry knowledge base, Mr. Palenbaum is ideally suited for this role.

Mr. Van Gieson joined SYNNEX in 1997 as Assistant Vice President of Product Marketing and was promoted to Vice President of Tier One Product Management in 1999. He is responsible for developing and aligning strategies for U.S. sales and value-added services and also is responsible for sales and marketing for SYNNEX' key vendor partners. Mr. Van Gieson received a B.S. degree in Administrative Management from Clemson University in 1979 and has held several executive positions in the distribution industry, including Vice President of Sales and Vice President of Merchandising at Gates/Arrow Distribution and at Liuski International.

Mr. Stegner joined SYNNEX in September 2007 as Senior Vice President, Marketing, North America. He is responsible for all marketing efforts in the United States and Canada. With over 18 years of progressive channel marketing/sales management experience, Mr. Stegner is a seasoned professional whose marketing leadership has generated tremendous results throughout his career. Prior to joining SYNNEX, Stegner most recently served as Vice President of Worldwide Market Development for Ingram Micro Inc. Prior to that, at Ingram Micro, he was Vice President of North American Channel Marketing and U.S. Product Marketing, where he led the U.S. product marketing team in developing programs, goals and strategies. He was responsible for all channel programs focused on the small-to-medium business (SMB) and the Government/Education markets, as well as, reseller services.

Mr. Ichinaga joined SYNNEX in 1984 and has held a variety of Sales and Product Management positions within the company. In October, 1999, Mr. Ichinaga was promoted to Vice President of Business Development, focusing on manufacturing and outsourcing relationships and was promoted in 2001 to Senior Vice President, Systems Integration focusing on our System Builder and OEM customer segment. In 2006, Mr. Ichinaga was promoted to Senior Vice President and General Manager, System. Mr. Ichinaga manages the Product Management, Marketing, Sales, and Design and Integration departments for this division. Mr. Ichinaga received a B.S. in Managerial Economics from the University of California - Davis.

Mr. Caldwell joined SYNNEX in 2004 as Vice President, Emerging Business, from the EMJ Data Systems, Ltd. purchase in Canada, and has been instrumental in assisting SYNNEX in its build-out of value-add services and business model diversification. During his tenure with SYNNEX, Mr. Caldwell was responsible for overseeing the integrations of EMJ in Canada and launching EMJ in the US, financial operations in Canada, the consumables sales operations for the US, and handling third-party logistics vendors. From 1988 2000, Mr. Caldwell was President and CEO of Coral Tech, a systems integration business. He has received numerous rewards and recognition for his entrepreneurial approach to business.

Mark Nathan Lee, is a native of New Jersey and moved to Oregon in the late 80's. He attended OSU while in the US Navy and his field of study was Nuclear Engineering. He and his partner live in Orenco Station a Traditional Neighborhood Development. Mark is a manager at SYNNEX, the third largest IT Distribution in the US, which is based out of California. Over the years Mark has volunteered at Cascade AIDS Project (on the AIDS hotline) and help raise money for charities such as Our House and Multiple Sclerosis Society (his niece is affected by MS). He is currently the Board Co-Chair and Chairs the Resource Development committee.

Lily (Xian) Cao came to the U.S. in 2000 from Shanghai, China. She graduated from UCLA with Business Economics major and Accounting minor. She is now working at Synnex as a Global Support Coordinator, managing tasks transferred to China. In her own words,

Prior to his retirement, Duane Zitzner was Executive Vice President of the Personal Systems Group, HP, leading the organization responsible for the development and manufacturing of HP's business and consumer clients which include desktop and notebook PCs, handheld products, personal storage appliances, as well as workstations. In addition, he drove the company's combined commercial and enterprise channel partners' team, managing HP's close relationships with its distributors and resellers. His organization had co-responsibility for the Digital Entertainment initiative within HP's consumer business. Previously, Zitzner served as president of HP's Computing Systems organization with the responsibility for computer products and enterprise systems. In that role, he helped elevate HP's enterprise solutions with the introduction of the Superdome high-end server. Zitzner was appointed an HP Vice President by the HP Board of Directors in 1996 and held that position until his retirement. He is a retired officer of Hewlett-Packard Company. Zitzner joined HP in 1989 as a manager in the Roseville Networks Division in California. Before joining HP, Zitzner held various management and technical jobs in software and architecture at IBM (International Business Machines). Previous to that he was a programmer at Univac. Zitzner was born in Viroqua, Wisconsin. He holds a bachelor's degree in mathematics from the University of Wisconsin in Madison, and did graduate studies in computer science at the University of Minnesota. Zitzner serves on the boards of Entone and Firetide, is an advisor to Datacatch, and is a business advisor to the National ICT of Australia.

Dwight Steffensen has served as a member of our board of directors since February 2002. Mr. Steffensen served as the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Merisel, Inc. from February 1996 until August 2000. Prior to joining Merisel, Mr. Steffensen served as President and Chief Operating Officer at Bergen Brunswig Corporation, a healthcare company. Prior to the merger of Bergen Brunswig Corporation and Synergex Corporation, he served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Synergex. Mr. Steffensen received a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from Stanford University and is a certified public accountant.
