Mr. Murai joined SYNNEX in March 2008 and serves as the President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO). As a seasoned executive, Mr. Murai has more than 19 years of distribution channel experience with focused expertise in global management, operations, information technology and customer relationships. Prior to SYNNEX, Mr. Murai was President and Chief Operating Officer of Ingram Micro. During his nineteen-year tenure at Ingram Micro, he held a series of senior management positions in all aspect of the Company's operations and was responsible for the integration of Ingram Micro's former U.S. and Canadian regions as a single management team. Mr. Murai holds a Bachelor of Applied Science, Engineering degree from the University of Waterloo in Ontario.

Mr. Carroll joined SYNNEX in March 2008. Previously, he served as co-founder and president of New Age Electronics, Inc. before its acquisition by SYNNEX Corporation. Mr. Carroll has more than 25 years of experience in the consumer technology industry. Mr. Carroll played a key role in positioning New Age as a leader in channel management solutions with top consumer electronics manufacturers including Hewlett-Packard, Kodak and Panasonic. His expertise ranges from manufacturing and distribution to logistics and product recovery. Mr. Carroll product knowledge stems from an extensive background in consumer electronics, office products and supplies. Prior to founding New Age, Mr. Carroll worked at Entertainment Marketing, a computer peripherals distributor, and Stanlee Distributors - Zemex Corporation, a national consumer electronics distributor.
Mr. Martin was appointed President of Merisel Canada and with the subsequent acquisition by SYNNEX, became President, Broadline Division for SYNNEX Canada Limited in September 2001. Prior to this, he joined the Products department in 1989 where he was instrumental in moving many of the industry's largest suppliers to a two-tiered distribution system, and held a number of sales and marketing management positions within the reseller channel. Mr. Martin graduated from York University in Toronto with a Master's degree in Business Administration, with emphasis in the areas of product marketing and product management.

Mr. Caldwell joined SYNNEX in 2004 as Vice President, Emerging Business, from the EMJ Data Systems, Ltd. purchase in Canada, and has been instrumental in assisting SYNNEX in its build-out of value-add services and business model diversification. During his tenure with SYNNEX, Mr. Caldwell was responsible for overseeing the integrations of EMJ in Canada and launching EMJ in the US, financial operations in Canada, the consumables sales operations for the US, and handling third-party logistics vendors. From 1988 2000, Mr. Caldwell was President and CEO of Coral Tech, a systems integration business. He has received numerous rewards and recognition for his entrepreneurial approach to business.

Mark Nathan Lee, is a native of New Jersey and moved to Oregon in the late 80's. He attended OSU while in the US Navy and his field of study was Nuclear Engineering. He and his partner live in Orenco Station a Traditional Neighborhood Development. Mark is a manager at SYNNEX, the third largest IT Distribution in the US, which is based out of California. Over the years Mark has volunteered at Cascade AIDS Project (on the AIDS hotline) and help raise money for charities such as Our House and Multiple Sclerosis Society (his niece is affected by MS). He is currently the Board Co-Chair and Chairs the Resource Development committee.

Prior to his retirement, Duane Zitzner was Executive Vice President of the Personal Systems Group, HP, leading the organization responsible for the development and manufacturing of HP's business and consumer clients which include desktop and notebook PCs, handheld products, personal storage appliances, as well as workstations. In addition, he drove the company's combined commercial and enterprise channel partners' team, managing HP's close relationships with its distributors and resellers. His organization had co-responsibility for the Digital Entertainment initiative within HP's consumer business.
Previously, Zitzner served as president of HP's Computing Systems organization with the responsibility for computer products and enterprise systems. In that role, he helped elevate HP's enterprise solutions with the introduction of the Superdome high-end server.
Zitzner was appointed an HP Vice President by the HP Board of Directors in 1996 and held that position until his retirement. He is a retired officer of Hewlett-Packard Company.
Zitzner joined HP in 1989 as a manager in the Roseville Networks Division in California. Before joining HP, Zitzner held various management and technical jobs in software and architecture at IBM (International Business Machines). Previous to that he was a programmer at Univac.
Zitzner was born in Viroqua, Wisconsin. He holds a bachelor's degree in mathematics from the University of Wisconsin in Madison, and did graduate studies in computer science at the University of Minnesota. Zitzner serves on the boards of Entone and Firetide, is an advisor to Datacatch, and is a business advisor to the National ICT of Australia.
