- DULLES, Va. -- AOL announced today that it has completed its acquisition of TACODA, a company that specializes in behavioral targeting solutions for advertisers and publishers. AOL originally announced its intention to acquire TACODA on July 24, 2007. TACODA will operate as a wholly owned subsidiary of AOL.
