Prior to joining Taleo, Michael Gregoire served as executive vice president of Global Services for PeopleSoft, an enterprise software company in nearby Pleasanton. Mr. Gregoire has also served as executive director of the EDS New York Information Solutions Organization, based in New York City. The Information Solutions Organization business was a $500M+ in annual revenue unit focused on aligning technology and operations with business strategy. Gregoire has a Master's degree from California Coast University and holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Wilfred Laurier University in Ontario, Canada. He has been named one of Consulting Magazine's "Top 25 Most Influential Consultants."

Mr. Campa serves as chief marketing officer, responsible for the global direction of Taleo marketing strategy, brand management, corporate communications, demand generation, and product marketing. Mr. Campa has been a technology executive and entrepreneur for more than 20 years, establishing leadership in the business analytics, open source, and enterprise software markets. Prior to joining Taleo, he was the founder and CEO at JasperSoft which led the creation of the open source business intelligence market, and he was part of the founding team at Bravanta, an on-demand provider of enterprise incentive and recognition applications. Mr. Campa has also served as vice president of Marketing at Actuate, where he helped drive the company from a startup to a public company, and he was also a integral part of the management teams at Sybase and Sun Microsystems. Mr. Campa started his career at IBM after receiving his Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Stanford University and Masters in Business Administration from Harvard Business School.

Ms. Murray serves as Taleo's chief financial officer, reporting directly to Taleo President and CEO Michael Gregoire. As CFO, Ms. Murray is responsible for Taleo's worldwide financial operations. Ms. Murray brings nearly 15 years of combined accounting/financial and executive management experience to Taleo. Most recently, she served as CFO of EXL Services, Inc., a leading provider of value-added offshore business process outsourcing solutions. Prior to EXL, Ms. Murray served as executive vice president and CFO at i2 Technologies, a multinational supply chain management software company, where she spent nearly eight years. Prior to i2 Technologies, Ms. Murray worked for more than four years at Paymentech, the largest U.S.-based processor of internet transactions as a Director of Accounting.

As Taleo's executive vice president of Global Services, Mr. Gauvin is responsible for overseeing the company's global services organization, by providing ongoing support to Taleo's global customer base through the industry's leading professional services teams. Mr. Gauvin built and managed Taleo's professional services, education and training, implementation, integration, and other key service areas. Before joining Taleo in August 1999, Mr. Gauvin was vice president of global services at Baan Supply Chain Solutions. At Baan, he headed the consulting, education, and technical support teams worldwide. Mr. Gauvin earned his Bachelor's degree from Laval University. He is a member of the APICS and OIQ Associations.

As executive vice president of worldwide field operations, Mr. Hudspith is responsible for North America, EMEA and Asia Pacific sales operations, customer success and global alliances, reporting to Taleo President and CEO Michael Gregoire. Mr. Hudspith brings more than 25 years of leadership experience in the IT industry. Mr. Hudspith spent the majority of his career with IBM, starting out as a pivotal member of the Lotus leadership team running EMEA, during which the UK served as the largest subsidiary outside of North America. Mr. Hudspith also held a variety of management positions at IBM throughout the company’s operations in the Middle East, serving as a regional manager for the company’s business development efforts throughout the Middle East, India, Greece, Turkey and Israel. Mr. Hudspith went on to run IBM/Lotus development for the Asia Pacific region managing more than 1,300 employees and a revenue stream in excess of $320 million USD. Mr. Hudspith has also held executive management positions at Vitria and Commerce One.

Paul Pronsati serves as Taleo's group vice president, Operations. In this role, he is responsible for ensuring operation excellence through the management of the company's global internal systems, processes, and operations. Mr. Pronsati also oversees Taleo's global IT organization. Prior to Taleo, Mr. Pronsati served as group vice president, Global Operations at PeopleSoft, where he was responsible for running all systems and processes for the company's Sales and Services organization. While at PeopleSoft, he also served as vice president of Global Operations where he was responsible for PeopleSoft Consulting, Education, and Hosting. Prior to PeopleSoft, Mr. Pronsati served in various capacities at J.D. Edwards and Main Hurdman, Rorer Pharmaceuticals, and Johnson Matthey. Mr. Pronsati is a graduate from Drexel University where he received his B.S. in Mathematics.

Serving as Group Vice President of People and Talent, Mr. Lee oversees the global Human Resources function at Taleo Corporation. Mr. Lee brings more than 28 years of experience in workforce management to Taleo. Before joining Taleo, Mr. Lee was vice president of Human Resources at BigBand Networks, Inc, a provider of network solutions to broadband service providers. He previously held the position of Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Micromuse, Inc, a provider of network management software, which was later acquired by IBM. His experience also includes Human Resources executive management positions at Borland Software and Niku Corporation, and senior Human Resources positions at Apple Computer and Autodesk, Inc. Mr. Lee is a graduate of the University of San Francisco, where he received a Bachelor's degree in Human Relations and Organizational Behavior.

As group vice president of Applications and Technology, Mr. Burlington oversees R&D, product strategy, product management, technology, and solution release management at Taleo Corporation. Mr. Burlington brings more than 20 years of R&D, technology, engineering, and global solutions development experience to Taleo. Before joining Taleo, Mr. Burlington was senior vice president of Product Development at Comergent Technologies, a demand chain management software company. He was also president of SomethingNow, an enabler of eCommerce financial service products, and before that general manager and vice president of PeopleSoft's Enterprise Performance Management product line. Prior to PeopleSoft, Mr. Burlington was senior director of business development at Gap Inc. Mr. Burlington is a graduate of Santa Clara University, where he received a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science.

Mr. Blessing serves as group vice president and general manager of the Taleo small and medium business (SMB) segment. In this role, he is responsible for all aspects of the Taleo Business Edition™ product line, including sales, marketing, services, support, development, and strategy. Prior to Taleo, Mr. Blessing was the regional vice president for the small and medium business (SMB) unit at Oracle with management responsibility for a number of U.S. and Canadian regions. Mr. Blessing has a deep technical background and understanding of product development and product lifecycles through more than a decade of experience in consulting at both PeopleSoft and Price Waterhouse. Mr. Blessing has a degree in economics from the University of Michigan along with minors in psychology and computer science.

As a group vice president for corporate business development, Mr. Boese is responsible for identifying and building new market opportunities to help Taleo capitalize on industry trends that will continue to advance corporate growth. With 15 years of strategic corporate development experience, Mr. Boese has worked with some of the industry's largest and most recognized technology companies. Most recently, Mr. Boese served as vice president, corporate strategy at SAP, where he was responsible for driving the company's corporate strategy, operational, and organizational initiatives within the office of the CEO. Before joining SAP, Mr. Boese served as vice president of corporate business development at PeopleSoft. Prior to PeopleSoft, Mr. Boese held multiple positions leading corporate and business development initiatives at Quantum Corporation, Oracle and Booz Allen Hamilton. He holds an MBA from Duke University and a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Washington.

Michael Tierney is the Chief Executive Officer of Seneca Investments, LLC, a financial holding company that owns major stakes in several U.S. and European marketing services and technology companies. Mr. Tierney was previously a senior executive with Omnicom Group, Inc., a $10 billion public company (NYSE:OMC) that owns hundreds of the leading advertising and marketing services companies around the world, including many in the pharmaceutical and healthcare sector. Mr. Tierney sits on the boards of directors of several companies. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Maryland and his law degree from the University of Chicago.

Terri has over 10 years of experience in Contingent Workforce Management. She is currently a National Account Manager for Taleo; a premier Talent Management Solution Software company. In her current role she oversees the Managed Services Program for Contingent Labor for a Fortune 100 client. This includes developing effective methodologies and value add consultative services to ensure this program is managed effectively. Terri has also worked as a Contingent Staffing Specialist with The Walt Disney Company and was responsible for managing and facilitating the procurement of all IT contract staffing for the Information Technology Division.

Eric B. Herr brings over 25 years of senior management experience in a variety of industries including software, media, finance, and consulting industries. Mr. Herr has held a variety of senior level executive and consulting positions at a variety of industry leading organizations, most recently with Autodesk, Inc. and Sun Microsystems. While at Autodesk, Inc., the fifth largest PC software company in the world, Herr served as President and Chief Operating Officer. There, he was responsible for the product development, service, manufacturing, sales, education and training, marketing operations and operating results for the corporation. Mr. Herr also served as Chief Financial Officer during his time at Autodesk, during which time revenues increased nearly $600 million and profits rose sharply. Prior to joining Autodesk, Mr. Herr served as Vice President of Finance and Planning, Worldwide Field Organization at Sun Microsystems where he was responsible for building a successful customer program and leading the strategic restructuring of the sales organization. He also held senior executive positions at other reputable and successful companies including strategic consulting company Michael Allen Company, McGraw-Hill Publications, Lionel D. Edie investment counselors, and Data Resources. Mr. Herr has served as a Board Member and Chair for a variety of companies including several non-profit organizations such as the American Red Cross, Whole Village Family Resource Center, and Project Adventure. He also served as an Executive-in-Residence, teaching the capstone course for MBA students at the University of New Hampshire.

Patrick A. Gross, founder of American Management Systems, and more recently, the Lovell Group. Pat serves on the Board of Directors of Capital One, Waste Management, Taleo Corporation, Liquidity Services, and several smaller companies in which he has invested in the last several years. Pat also serves on the Board of Directors of the Aspen Institute.

James D. Maikranz has served as a non-executive director of IONA since July 2001. Mr. Maikranz was employed by J.D. Edwards & Company, a provider of collaborative software solutions, from October 1998 to March 2001, most recently as Senior Vice President of Worldwide Sales. Prior to joining J.D. Edwards & Company, Mr. Maikranz was employed by SAP AG, a provider of e-business software solutions, from January 1992 to September 1998, most recently as Senior Vice President of Sales. Mr. Maikranz has also served in senior executive positions for Computer Application Specialists, a software company specializing in the oil and gas industry, and Info Services, a company providing human resources based software applications. Mr. Maikranz was a founder and member of the board of directors of the Chaptec Solutions Company, a management consulting firm. Mr. Maikranz has been an advisory board member for i2 Technologies, Inc., a supply chain optimization company, and currently serves on the board of directors of Servigistics, Inc., a global service parts management solutions company, Taleo Corporation (formerly known as Recruitsoft, Inc.), a provider of on demand talent management solutions, and DataSynapse, Inc., a grid computing software application company.
