Gregg W. Steinhafel is Chairman of the Board, Chief Executive Officer and President of Target. He has been Chief Executive Officer since May 2008 and President since August 1999. He became Chairman on February 1, 2009. He began his career at Target as a merchandising trainee in 1979. Since that time, he has held various management positions with Target. He is also a director of The Toro Co.

Michael R. Francis is executive vice president and chief marketing officer, for Target Corporation, an operator of Target-brand general merchandise discount stores and an online business, Target.com. Francis began his career with Marshall Field's department stores in 1985 and has been with Target Corporation since its acquisition of Marshall Field's in 1990. He previously served Target Corporation as senior vice president, marketing, from 2001 to 2003 and as senior vice president, marketing and visual presentation of the department store division from 1995 to 2001. Prior to that, he held a variety of positions within Target Corporation's advertising division. Francis holds a bachelor's degree in international studies from the University of Michigan. Francis currently serves on the boards of directors of the Advertising Council of America, University of Minnesota School of Journalism, Walker Art Center, Minneapolis Institute of Arts, United States Artists, Target Foundation and Cooper-Hewitt, National Design Museum and the Smithsonian Institution.

Anne M. Mulcahy is chairman of the board and chief executive officer of Xerox Corporation. She was named CEO of Xerox on August 1, 2001, and chairman on Jan. 1, 2002. Mulcahy most recently was president and chief operating officer of Xerox from May 2000 through July 2001. Prior to that, she was president of Xerox’s General Markets Operations, which created and sold products for reseller, dealer and retail channels. She began her Xerox career as a field sales representative in 1976 and assumed increasingly responsible sales and senior management positions. From 1992-1995, Mulcahy was vice president for human resources, responsible for compensation, benefits, human resource strategy, labor relations, management development and employee training. Mulcahy became chief staff officer in 1997 and corporate senior vice president in 1998. Prior to that, she served as vice president and staff officer for Customer Operations, covering South America and Central America, Europe, Asia and Africa. Mulcahy earned a bachelor of arts degree in English/journalism from Marymount College in Tarrytown, N.Y. In addition to the Xerox board, she is a board director of Catalyst, Citigroup Inc., Fuji Xerox Company, Ltd., Target Corporation, The Washington Post Company, and is the chairman of the corporate governance task force of the Business Roundtable.

Mr. Darden was Senior Vice President of U.S. Operations of United Parcel Service, Inc., an express carrier and package delivery company, from January 2000 until his retirement in 2005. He is also a director of Target Corporation, a retailer, and Cardinal Health Inc., a provider of products and services supporting the health care industry.

"Derica W. Rice became senior vice president and chief financial officer of Lilly in May 2006. He is also a member of the company’s executive committee and operations committee. Rice had been the vice president and controller since July 2003. Born in Decatur, Alabama, he received a bachelor of science degree in electrical engineering from Kettering University (formerly the GMI Engineering & Management Institute) in 1988 and a master's degree in business administration in 1990 from Indiana University. Rice joined the company in 1990 as an international treasury associate. He held various assignments as a sales representative, manager of global financial planning and analysis for the medical devices division, and global planning manager for pharmaceuticals. In 1995, he became finance director and chief financial officer for Lilly Canada. In 1997, Rice was promoted to executive director and chief financial officer for European operations based in London. In 2000, he was the general manager of Lilly United Kingdom and Republic of Ireland. Rice serves as a member of the Board of Directors for Target Corporation, Clarian Health North and The Center for Leadership Development. He also serves as a member of the Indiana University Board of Trustees and the Board of Governors of the Indianapolis Museum of Art. "

Mr. Tamke joined the Firm eight years ago and is now the Firm’s senior operating partner. He serves as chairman of Culligan and ServiceMaster, and chairman of the executive and governance committee of Hertz. He played an active role in CD&R’s investment in Kinko’s, Inc., serving first as chief executive officer and continuing as chairman, working closely with his successor to drive the transformation and growth into the corporate market. His efforts led to the company’s profitable sale to FedEx. Previously, Mr. Tamke served as vice chairman and co-chief executive officer of Emerson Electric Co., where he managed the company’s global expansion and diversification into non-traditional, higher-growth market segments. He also served as president and chief operating officer of Cullinet Software, Inc. and spent 17 years at IBM Corporation. He is currently a director of Target Corporation. Mr. Tamke holds a B.S. in chemical engineering from Vanderbilt University and an M.S. in management science from Stanford University.

Mary E. Minnick is a partner of Lion Capital, a private investment firm, a position she has held since May 2007. Prior to joining Lion Capital, she completed a 23-year career with the Coca-Cola Company, a manufacturer, marketer and distributor of nonalcoholic beverage concentrates and syrups, in February 2007. At Coca-Cola, she served in a variety of global executive positions ranging from general management to marketing. Most recently, she was Executive Vice President and President of Marketing, Strategy and Innovation.

Dick Kovacevich was named Chairman for Wells Fargo & Company in April 2001. He served as Chief Executive Officer of Wells Fargo from November 1998 to June 2007. He was named CEO of Norwest Corporation in 1993 and Chairman in 1995 after serving as President and COO since 1989. He joined Norwest in March, 1986, as Vice Chairman, COO and head of the Banking Group. Before joining Norwest, he was a group executive and member of the Policy Committee at Citicorp and a division general manager at General Mills. On 1 July 2005, Mr Solomon (“Sol”) Trujillo joined Australia’s leading telecommunications company, Telstra Corporation Limited (Telstra) as its Chief Executive Officer. Mr Trujillo is one of the world’s few CEOs with executive experience spanning 3 continents. At the age of 32, Mr Trujillo was the youngest Officer in the history of AT&T. From 1992-95 Mr Trujillo was President and CEO of US West Dex Inc. From 1995-1998 Mr Trujillo was President and CEO of US West Communications. From 1999-2000 Mr Trujillo was CEO and Chairman of US West Inc. At US West Mr Trujillo led the deployment of a series of innovative telecommunications products including: affordable high-speed digital access to Internet for business and consumers, incorporating the first “plug and play” DSL; the first “one number” voicemail for home, mobile and office lines; and, digital video over copper wires. At the end of his time at US West, innovation was the by-word for the company amongst its 30 million customers. Stephen W. Sanger is the retired Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board of General Mills, Inc., a consumer food products company. He served as Chief Executive Officer of General Mills from 1995 to September 2007, and as Chairman of the Board from 1995 to May 2008. He is a director of Wells Fargo & Company and Pfizer, Inc.
