Anne M. Mulcahy is chairman of the board and chief executive officer of Xerox Corporation. She was named CEO of Xerox on August 1, 2001, and chairman on Jan. 1, 2002. Mulcahy most recently was president and chief operating officer of Xerox from May 2000 through July 2001. Prior to that, she was president of Xerox’s General Markets Operations, which created and sold products for reseller, dealer and retail channels. She began her Xerox career as a field sales representative in 1976 and assumed increasingly responsible sales and senior management positions. From 1992-1995, Mulcahy was vice president for human resources, responsible for compensation, benefits, human resource strategy, labor relations, management development and employee training. Mulcahy became chief staff officer in 1997 and corporate senior vice president in 1998. Prior to that, she served as vice president and staff officer for Customer Operations, covering South America and Central America, Europe, Asia and Africa. Mulcahy earned a bachelor of arts degree in English/journalism from Marymount College in Tarrytown, N.Y. "Derica W. Rice became senior vice president and chief financial officer of Lilly in May 2006. He is also a member of the company’s executive committee and operations committee. Rice had been the vice president and controller since July 2003.
Born in Decatur, Alabama, he received a bachelor of science degree in electrical engineering from Kettering University (formerly the GMI Engineering & Management Institute) in 1988 and a master's degree in business administration in 1990 from Indiana University.
Rice joined the company in 1990 as an international treasury associate. He held various assignments as a sales representative, manager of global financial planning and analysis for the medical devices division, and global planning manager for pharmaceuticals. In 1995, he became finance director and chief financial officer for Lilly Canada. In 1997, Rice was promoted to executive director and chief financial officer for European operations based in London. In 2000, he was the general manager of Lilly United Kingdom and Republic of Ireland.

On 1 July 2005, Mr Solomon (“Sol”) Trujillo joined Australia’s leading
telecommunications company, Telstra Corporation Limited (Telstra) as its
Chief Executive Officer. Mr Trujillo is one of the world’s few CEOs with
executive experience spanning 3 continents. At the age of 32, Mr Trujillo was
the youngest Officer in the history of AT&T.
From 1992-95 Mr Trujillo was President and CEO of US West Dex Inc. From
1995-1998 Mr Trujillo was President and CEO of US West Communications.
From 1999-2000 Mr Trujillo was CEO and Chairman of US West Inc. At US
West Mr Trujillo led the deployment of a series of innovative
telecommunications products including: affordable high-speed digital access
to Internet for business and consumers, incorporating the first “plug and
play” DSL; the first “one number” voicemail for home, mobile and office lines;
and, digital video over copper wires. At the end of his time at US West,
innovation was the by-word for the company amongst its 30 million
customers. These combined achievements led to the former US Presidential
Science Advisor, Jay Keyworth, to term Mr Trujillo, “the nation’s first digital
telecom CEO”.
Mr Trujillo was the first native born Hispanic-American to serve as CEO of a
Fortune 150 company.
Following his role at US West Mr Trujillo was CEO of the hi-tech company
Graviton.
Then in 2001 Mr Trujillo joined the Board of Orange SA, the London-based
multinational wireless company with 50 million customers in 19 countries in
2
Europe, Africa and the Middle East. Two years later, at the request of the
Board. Mr Trujillo was appointed CEO of Orange, becoming the first
American to lead a CAC-40 company.
Mr Trujillo has held board memberships in a number of international and
domestic companies including: PepsiCo, Target, EDS, Gannett and, the Bank
of America. Mr Trujillo was also a member of the Chairman’s Advisory
Council of Alcatel between 2000-2003.
Mr Trujillo has provided policy, trade and economic advice to international
and domestic governments, academic institutions and think-tanks including:
Governor of the World Economic Forum, trustee of Boston College and UCLA’s
School of Public Policy, director of the Tomas Rivera Policy Institute, and
trade policy advisor to the Clinton and Bush administrations.
Mr Trujillo has demonstrated his commitment to increasing the breadth and
depth of management experience in all companies he has led by raising the
levels of ethnic, gender and industry diversity. At Telstra he has quadrupled
the number of women Group Managing Directors since he started.
Mr Trujillo graduated from the University of Wyoming with a Bachelor of
Science (Business) and later an MBA in finance. Mr Trujillo was granted
honorary doctorates from both the University of Wyoming and the University
of California.
