Phiroz is an Executive Vice President and Head of Corporate Affairs at Tata Consultancy Services (TCS). He has worked for TCS for 25 years and today has global responsibility for Public Relations and Communications, Administration, Infrastructure, Legal and Corporate Governance as well as Business Development and Long Term Strategy. Phiroz led the TCS initiative to enter the UK Financial Services BPO market. He is a member, and former Chairman, of NASSCOM and a member of the National Council of Confederation of Indian Industry; and has taken over as the Co-Chair of the Indo-British Partnership (IBP) from the Indian side, for the year 2007-8.

Joined Tata Consultancy Services in April 1993 as an Assistant Systems Analyst. He has worked on projects for GE (Industrial Systems), Parametric Technologies, Trintech Technologies on Level II Automation, CAD/PLM and Internet Products using number of operating systems, RDBMSs and is very well versed in Application Software Analysis, Design and Development. He has worked on porting proprietary messaging software to NT and a number of unices. Most recently he worked on porting GE-TOSHIBA, USA (Metals division) Level-II Automation Software from NT to Linux. He is a Consultant in Axis/Struts/JSP/taglibs for an American Financial Company. He has been training java for last 2 years and devised a special Assignments Based training Program to teach "Spirit of Java".

S.Nagarajan is the co-founder and Chief Operating Officer of 24/7Customer and is based in India. Nags (as he is known in the industry) leads 24/7 Customer's 7000 strong workforce in the delivery of offshore-based services for Fortune 500 companies. Through a consistent focus on operational excellence Nags has been instrumental in building 24/7Customer into a strong player in the ITES/BPO space. Prior to 24/7 Customer, he co-founded the US based Business Evolution (BEI), a provider of integrated customer interaction technology. Nags played an active role in the development and marketing of BEI's products from the company's inception. Nags has also held various technical and senior management positions in the US, Europe, and India at companies such as Comsys Technical Services, Churchill Insurance Co. and Tata Consultancy Services. While at Tata Consultancy Services, he led the development of various versions of the popular financial accounting software EX. At Churchill Insurance in London, he led the development of customer communication software. Nags has a Master's Degree in computer applications from PSG College of Technology, Coimbatore, a professional degree in statistics from Loyola College Chennai, and more than 15 years of experience in offshore based services.

Mr. Vikram Shah - Advisor is an MS from University of California, Berkeley, USA, with B. Tech (Electronics) from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani. Mr. Shah has over two decades of rich and professional experience in renowned IT companies like Tata Consultancy Services Ltd., Tata Infotech Ltd., Tata-IBM Ltd., wherein he held Senior Management positions. Until recently, he was the Managing Director of Novell Software Development (India) Ltd., subsidiary of Novell Inc. USA. He advises the company on technologies and business strategies.
