Taylor NGL Limited Partnership owns and operates the RET Complex, the Harmattan Complex and the Joffre Extraction Plant, all in Alberta, and the Younger Extraction Plant in British Columbia. The Joffre and Younger plants are natural gas liquids (NGLs) extraction facilities that produce ethane, propane, butane and condensate. The RET Complex and the Harmattan Complex are natural gas processing facilities that provide services to oil and natural gas producers. The Partnership also owns two NGLs pipelines - the Ethylene Delivery System and the Joffre Feedstock Pipeline, both of which move products between Joffre, Alberta and Fort Saskatchewan, Alberta. The partnership also has an interest in Boston Bar Limited Partnership which owns and operates a seven megawatt hydroelectricity generation plant in British Columbia.

Bob Pritchard has been a Director of Taylor Gas Liquids Ltd., the general partner of Taylor NGL Limited Partnership, since December 2000. He is also Taylor's President and Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Pritchard was previously Vice President Business Development for Solex Energy Inc., the predecessor company to Taylor. He joined Solex in 1995 as the Manager of Business Development. During Mr. Pritchard's tenure, Solex purchased the Younger Extraction Plant located in Taylor, British Columbia. Solex subsequently took the asset public in 1996 as the Taylor Gas Liquids Fund, the predecessor of Taylor NGL Limited Partnership. Prior to joining Solex, Mr. Pritchard was employed by the Amoco Canada Petroleum Company in Whitecourt, Alberta as the Superintendent, West Whitecourt Area. In this position, he was responsible for the operation of the West Whitecourt Plant as well as the Windfall and Pine Creek gas fields. The West Whitecourt Plant is one of the largest sour gas processing facilities in Alberta with a licensed inlet capacity of over 400 MMscf per day. Over his 15 year career with Amoco, Mr. Pritchard held several management positions in Calgary, including Resource Manager, West Whitecourt Area and various Engineering Group Supervisor assignments in operations and reservoir engineering. Mr. Pritchard has also held positions at Amoco's research facility in Tulsa, Oklahoma and worked in the Edmonton and Elk Point, Alberta field offices, focusing on heavy oil production and reservoir engineering.

Terry Killackey is an officer of Taylor Gas Liquids Ltd. and Vice President of Business Development, responsible for leading Taylor's marketing efforts. He has worked in the oil and gas and petrochemical industries for over 20 years. Prior to joining Taylor, Mr. Killackey was the Director of Business Development at Westcoast Energy Inc., where he was involved in the development of greenfield gas processing plants as well as several major facility expansions in the British Columbia-focused Pipeline and Field Services Division. Mr. Killackey began his career at Dow Chemical in Sarnia. He subsequently held positions in the technical and account management areas at Alcoa and then UOP, a major licensor of refining, petrochemical and gas processing technologies. Mr. Killackey is a Toronto native who graduated with a degree in chemical engineering from the University of Western Ontario. He holds professional engineering designations in Alberta and British Columbia and is the past president of the Canadian Gas Processors Association, a predecessor of the Gas Processing Association Canada.
