Robert M. Dutkowsky, a director and Chief Executive Officer, joined Tech Data in October 2006. His career began in 1977 with IBM where during his 20 year tenure, he served in several senior management positions including executive assistant to former IBM CEO Lou Gerstner and vice president, Distribution – IBM Asia/Pacific. Prior to joining Tech Data, Mr. Dutkowsky served as Chairman, President and CEO of Egenera, Inc., since February 2004. Prior to that, Mr. Dutkowsky served as President and Chief Executive Officer of J.D. Edwards & Co., Inc. since January 2002. He earned a bachelor’s degree in labor and industrial relations from Cornell University.

Néstor Cano, President, Europe, joined the Company (via the Computer 2000 acquisition) in July 1989 as a Software Product Manager and served in various management positions within the Company’s operations in Spain and Portugal from 1990 to 1995, after which time he was promoted to Regional Managing Director. In March 1999 he was appointed Executive Vice President of U.S. Sales and Marketing, and in January 2000 he was promoted to President of the Americas. He was promoted to President, Worldwide Operations in August 2000. Mr. Cano holds a PDG (similar to an Executive MBA) from IESE Business School in Barcelona and an Engineering Degree from Barcelona University.

Jeffery P. Howells, a director since 1998, joined the Company in October 1991 as Vice President of Finance and assumed the responsibilities of Chief Financial Officer in March 1992. In March 1993, he was promoted to Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer and was promoted to Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer in March 1997. From 1979 to 1991, he was employed by Price Waterhouse. Mr. Howells is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a B.B.A. degree in Accounting from Stetson University.

Alain Amsellem, Senior Vice President, European Finance and Operations, joined the Company in 1994 through Tech Data's acquisition of French distributor, Softmart International, S.A. Mr. Amsellem was promoted to Senior Vice President in August 2004 and is currently responsible for European Finance and Operations. Prior to his promotion, Mr. Amsellem was Tech Data's Director of French Operations. Mr. Amsellem is a Chartered Accountant and holds a degree in management and chartered accountancy from Paris Dauphine University.

Charles V. Dannewitz, Senior Vice President, Tax and Treasurer, joined the Company in February 1995 as Vice President of Taxes. He was promoted to Senior Vice President of Taxes in March 2000, and assumed responsibility for worldwide treasury in July 2003. Prior to joining the Company, he was employed by Price Waterhouse for 13 years, most recently as a Tax Partner. Mr. Dannewitz is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from Illinois Wesleyan University.

Robert G. O'Malley has over 25 years of industry experience in the technology industry. Before joining InFocus, he served as Senior Vice President of marketing at Tech Data Corporation, a $21B global distributor of IT hardware, software, and services, and was responsible for leading all aspects of marketing and product management in the U.S. Prior to Tech Data, O'Malley held senior executive positions in various technology firms including IBM. He also served as CEO of Immersion and Pinacor, and was President of Intermec Technologies and MicroAge. O'Malley currently serves InFocus as Chief Executive Officer and a member of the Board of Directors. He holds a BS degree in aerospace engineering from the University of Minnesota, an MBA from Arizona State University and, during his career, has been an active board member for a variety of professional, industry and civic organizations.

Joseph B. Trepani, Senior Vice President and Corporate Controller, joined the Company in March 1990 as Controller and held the position of Director of Operations from October 1991 through January 1995. In February 1995, he was promoted to Vice President and Worldwide Controller and to Senior Vice President and Corporate Controller in March 1998. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Trepani was Vice President of Finance for Action Staffing, Inc. from July 1989 to February 1990. From 1982 to 1989, he was employed by Price Waterhouse. Mr. Trepani is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from Florida State University.

Charles E. Adair (age 60) has been a director since April 2003. His term expires in 2010. He is also a director of Performance Food Group, Inc., Tech Data Corporation, and PSS World Medical, Inc. Principal Occupation: Partner, Cordova Ventures, Montgomery, Alabama, a venture capital management company since December 1993.

Lawrence W. Hamilton, Senior Vice President, Human Resources, joined the Company in August 1993 as Vice President, Human Resources and was promoted to Senior Vice President, Human Resources in March 1996. Prior to joining the Company, he was employed by Bristol-Myers Squibb Company from 1985 to August 1993, most recently as Vice President Human Resources and Administration of Linvatec Corporation (a division of Bristol-Myers Squibb Company). Mr. Hamilton holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science from Fisk University and a Masters of Public Administration, Labor Policy emphasis from the University of Alabama. Mr. Hamilton currently serves on the Board of Directors of HomeBanc Mortgage and is chairman of the compensation committee.

Harry J. Harczak, Jr. was appointed to the Board of Directors in June 2008. Mr. Harczak was an executive at CDW Corporation from 1994 until 2007, serving his last five years as Executive Vice President and as an Executive Committee member. He was also CDW’s Chief Financial Officer for seven years. Prior to CDW, Mr. Harczak served as an audit partner of PriceWaterhouseCoopers where he worked for 16 years serving public and private clients in the retail, distribution and financial services community. Currently, Mr. Harczak serves on the board of directors of U.S. Cellular Corporation, where he is the designated financial expert of the Audit Committee. Mr. Harczak also serves on the boards of the Goodman Theater of Chicago and Junior Achievement. Mr. Harczak is a Certified Public Accountant (inactive) and holds a B.S. degree from DePaul University and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Chicago.

James (Jim) Cracchiolo has been Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Ameriprise Financial since September 2005, when the company, American Express Financial Advisors, completed its spin-off from American Express. Cracchiolo has more than 25 years experience in financial services. Prior to his current role, he held a number of senior-level positions at American Express. Cracchiolo is a member of the Business Roundtable, the Financial Services Roundtable, the Minnesota Business Partnership and the American Council of Life Insurers. He also serves on the Board of Advisors to the March of Dimes Foundation. Jim holds a bachelor's degree in accounting and economics and a master's of business administration degree in finance, both from New York University Stern School of Business. He is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in New York State. He is also Series 7 and 24 certified in the United States.

Thomas I. Morgan, age 54, served as chief executive officer of Hughes Supply, Inc. ( Hughes ), a diversified wholesale distributor of construction, repair and maintenance-related products, from May 2003 until his retirement in March 2006. Mr. Morgan also served as president of Hughes from March 2001 through April 2003. He is also a director of Rayonier, Inc., Waste Management, Inc. and Tech Data Corporation. Mr. Morgan has been a Director of ours since May 2006.

Maximilian Ardelt, a director since 1998, has been owner and Managing Director of ConDigit Consult GmbH (a strategic consulting firm) since December 2002. From 1994 to June 2000, Mr. Ardelt was a member of the Board of Management of Viag AG (a group of companies engaged in energy, telecommunications, logistics and industrial activities), responsible for the Telecommunications and Logistics Division and Information Systems. After the merger of Viag AG and Veba AG to form E.ON AG he continued in this function as Chief Executive Officer of E.ON AG subsidiary Viag Telecom AG up to December 2002. Mr. Ardelt is a member of the Supervisory Boards of the following companies: Mannstaedt GmbH & Co KG, CeWeColor AG & Co. OHG, Getmobile Europe plc., Stulz GmbH, Funkwerk AG and Berkenhoff GmbH. Mr. Ardelt is also Chairman of the Advisory Board of the Bavarian Elite Academie and board member of the Technical University Graz/Austria. In addition, he has served during the last 5 years as a chairman or member of the supervisory boards of several companies in Europe including RHJ AG, Klockner & Co. AG (former majority shareholder of Computer 2000 AG, Computer 2000 AG was acquired by Tech Data in 1998), Georgsmarienhutte Holding GmbH, Computer 2000 AG, and Tech Data Germany AG. Mr. Ardelt holds a master's degree in Engineering from Technical University Berlin.
