J. Bradley Freeman joined TRC in April 2008 as our Vice President of Operations and has been an executive officer of TRC since August 2008. Prior to joining TRC, he held the position of Vice President of Operations at R2 Technology, a medical device manufacturer. His responsibilities at R2 included supply chain management, operations, customer service and information technologies. Prior to R2, he worked at Siemens Medical, Ultrasound Division from April 2000 until April 2005, where he held positions as Chief Information Officer and Vice President of Strategic Purchasing. Mr. Freeman holds a BS in Political Science from Florida State University.

Cindy Kuhn: A co-founder of Technology Research Corporation (TRC), Cindy Kuhn has spent a majority of her career designing usable and useful hardware/software user interfaces. With a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from University of Illinois and a M.S. in Industrial Engineering (Human Factors/Project Management specialization) from University of Houston, Cindy has enhanced computer products and Internet sites for ten years. Cindy spent five years with Compaq Computer Corporation leading the usability effort for the Consumer product division including the Compaq Videophone, Internet keyboard and the AltaVista web portal redesign. She spent about a year at Edward Jones and another year at CyberSource Corporation before co-founding Technology Research Corporation. Besides her Human Factors experience, Cindy brings excellent organization and project management skills to the TRC team.

Melissa LeHardy: As a Senior Associate at Technology Research, Melissa is responsible for designing and deploying both qualitative and quantitative research primarily for the technology industry. Melissa approaches every project with expert marketing research knowledge and excellent client service, both based on over 13 years of marketing research experience. Melissa is an expert qualitative moderator with several hundred business-to-business and consumer focus groups under her belt. She's managed countless multi-country international studies for several Fortune 100 technology clients, involving qualitative and quantitative methods. She is experienced with high-level multivariate techniques including conjoint/discrete choice and segmentation. In addition to her high tech experience, she also has five years of client side experience in health care market research. Prior to TRC, Melissa was at Doxus as a Senior Researcher and Answers Research as Director of Client Services. In both firms, Melissa focused on all phases of research from design to analysis. She also moderated IT qualitative research and managed/implemented various quantitative studies. Prior to that, she worked client-side in the health care industry for five years. Melissa received a BA in Psychology from the University of Tennessee and attended the MBA program at Vanderbilt University. In addition, she is a Burke-trained moderator with both extensive business-to-business and consumer moderating experience. Geoff Fitzgerald: Geoff founded Technology Research Ltd. in 1991 to provide high value qualitative market research to the IT industry, specifically covering the mass of differing markets and cultures in Europe. The essence was to create a center of leading-edge technology and marketing research expertise, working with the end-user community, to deliver high quality and actionable data to its high-tech client base. Today, Technology Research Ltd. provides IT industry insight and analysis to assist clients in their product and marketing decision-making. Geoff began his career over 19 years ago after earning a B.S. (Honors) in Managerial Sciences from Bradford University in the UK. Since, he has developed a breadth of skills covering both qualitative and quantitative research, from both the client and agency side. This has included working for IBM (UK) in the System 36/38 division and Bull (UK) in market research. On the agency side Geoff worked for CAC Ltd. as a research analyst and program manager covering the European CAD/CAM market. For the last 13 years, as Research Director for Technology Research, Geoff has been working for a whole host of major IT clients covering new product development for servers, desktops, notebooks, LAN/WAN networking equipment, application development, groupware, knowledge management, systems management, etc. The core of this work has been based on IT focus group moderating and conducting expert IT interviews. In addition, a considerable amount of Geoff's time is dedicated to ad effectiveness research through focus groups.

PATRICK M. MURPHY joined the Board of Directors of Technology Research Corporation in May 2006. Mr. Murphy served as Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Paradyne Networks from August 1996 and Secretary from August 2000 until August 2005. He also served as a director and Chief Executive Officer of Paradyne Credit Corp. since July 2001 and as Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer from August 1996 to July 2001. From August 1996 to July 1998, he served as Vice President, Treasurer and Chief Financial Officer of GlobeSpan, Inc. From January 1987 to August 1996, he served as Chief Financial Officer of Continental Broadcasting, Ltd., a television and radio broadcast company. Mr. Murphy holds a B.S./B.A. in finance from John Carroll University and is a certified public accountant.
A. Donald Steinman currently serves as Director for Technology Marketing and Transition at Planning Systems Inc. Prior to joining Planning Systems Inc. he served as Managing Partner for Technology Development Associates, LLC (TDA) directing operations. Mr. Steinman was Vice President of Business Development and Government Programs for the Infinite Group where his primary efforts focused on capture and management of the company's military contract activities. An Executive Director of NASA's Northeast Regional Technology Transfer Center, The Center for Technology Commercialization, his responsibilities included technology transfer, technology scouting, license negotiation and partnership development. Mr. Steinman has a B.A. degree from Emory University and an M.B.A. from the University of Rhode Island. Mr. Steinman also serves on the Boards of Technology Research Corporation and the Metro Orlando Economic Development Technology Board. He has previously served as a member of NCMS' Strategic Technology Board.

David F. Walker has served as a director of our company since February 2006 and is chairman of our Audit Committee. Mr. Walker is the Director of the Accountancy Program and the Program for Social Responsibility and Corporate Reporting at the University of South Florida St. Petersburg, where he has been employed since 2002. Prior to joining the University of South Florida, Mr. Walker was with Arthur Andersen LLP, having served as a partner in that firm from 1986 through 2002. Mr. Walker earned a master’s of business administration from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business with concentration in accounting, finance and marketing, and a bachelor of arts degree from DePauw University with majors in economics and mathematics and a minor in business administration. Dr. Henry Huey is Director of Technology Research and Development, supporting the launch of new MILCOM affiliate companies and assisting the West Coast Business Development team. Dr. Huey has 25 years experience in wideband switching technologies, optical networks, network management, communications satellites and wireless systems. Most recently, Dr. Huey was the Director of Product Development in an optical start-up, Alidian Networks. Alidian Networks provides multi-protocol DWDM (Dense Wavelength Division Multiplexing) solutions for the metropolitan area environment. Dr. Huey spent 5 years with Lockheed Martin/Loral Western Development Labs in San Jose, California. At Lockheed Martin, Dr. Huey served as Chief Engineer of Telecommunications, a technical lead on the network design of a multi-billion dollar, multi-service, broadband satellite venture known as Astrolink.

Dr. Strong is currently an Associate Professor of Civil and Construction Engineering at Iowa State University and Director for Construction Management and Technology Research at the Center for Transportation Research and Education. He teaches the senior design capstone class on integrated design and construction. He earned his Baccalaureate degree in Civil Engineering from Iowa State University in 1980, a MBA from the University of St. Thomas in 1988, and a Ph.D. in Strategy and Organization Management from the University of Colorado in 1992. Before entering academia, Dr. Strong was a project manager for seven years involved with several design-build projects in Minnesota, Arizona, Montana, and Colorado, including several high-rise and mid-rise office buildings. Dr. Strong has sponsored research contracts with the Iowa Department of Transportation, the Minnesota Department of Transportation, the Midwest Transportation Consortium, the Associated General Contractors of America, the Transportation Research Board, and the DataBuilder Corporation. He has consulted for over two dozen companies in the design and construction industry in both commercial and transportation sectors. Dr. Strong is President of the Iowa Chapter of DBIA and was awarded a Distinguished Design-Build Leadership Award in 2007. He received his Design Build Professional Designation (DBIA) in 2006.
