Don Hawk, Co-Founder and President, leads TechTarget’s product innovation efforts. Joe Levy is responsible for all of TechTarget’s CIO Decisions media, including CIO Decisions, a monthly magazine that is delivered to 60,000 CIOs, senior IT managers and their business colleagues; The CIO Decisions Conference, an event that attracts top IT executives; and SearchCIO.com, the leading Web site for senior IT decision-makers. In addition, Levy leads TechTarget’s efforts in addressing the information needs of IT professionals in the Small/Medium Business sector, specifically, SearchSMB.com. Levy joined TechTarget in 2004 to capitalize on the company's momentum in the SMB and CIO markets. The first issue of CIO Decisions was published in April 2005. Levy spent 30 years at International Data Group (IDG), holding leadership roles in sales and management. Levy joined IDG as an executive with its research subsidiary, International Data Corp (IDC), and quickly rose to become IDC’s first vice president of marketing. In 1987 he founded CIO Publishing (later CXO Media) and launched CIO magazine. In 1999, Levy added the titles of president and CEO of IDG Communications to his duties. Under his leadership, CIO and CIO.com won nearly 200 awards for excellence, among them “Magazine of the Year” and 32 other awards for Editorial Excellence from the American Society of Business Publication Editors, eight Jesse H. Barsam and her team of advertising agency veterans and consultants act as a seamless extension of TechTarget’s clients’ marketing departments by providing expertise on campaign strategy, media selection and results analysis. Kevin Beam is responsible for the strategic direction and performance of TechTarget's media groups, which include all TechTarget Web sites, events and magazines. He has over 20 years of experience in IT publishing and technology sales and marketing. Kevin joined TechTarget in 2000 as vice president, responsible for developing the market strategy for the company’s portfolio of targeted IT Web sites. In later years, he assumed responsibility for the largest and most successful media units in the company as executive vice president and publisher of TechTarget's Storage, Security and Windows Media groups.
