Donald W. Pratt, Jr. Don Pratt is responsible for all worldwide finance, legal, facility and information systems functions at Ellacoya. Don has 25 years of financial leadership experience. Most recently he was VP of Finance for the Switching Division of Tekelec, which acquired Taqua, Inc. in early 2004 where Don was CFO since 1998 and held both CEO and CFO positions in 2001 and 2002. During his tenure at Taqua, a provider of next generation Class 5 packet switching platforms for telecom service providers, the company raised in excess of $120 million from top-tier venture capital firms prior to its acquisition. Before Taqua, Don was CFO of Crosby Valve Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of FMC where he had worldwide finance responsibility. He also served as CFO for Boston Whaler, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Reebok International Ltd., providing leadership and direction to the company during its acquisition by MacAndrews & Forbes in 1992. Don began his career at Texas Instruments where he held several positions of increasing responsibility from 1981 to 1986. Don holds a Master of Business Administration Degree and Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting, both from Babson College.

Danny Parker has lead Tekelec's strategic planning, business development and merger and acquisition activity since October 2000. Mr. Parker brings to Tekelec over 20 years of management experience in the telecommunications industry. Prior to joining Tekelec, Mr. Parker spent 14 years at Northern Telecom Inc., holding executive management positions in Customer Service, Product Development and Verification and Product Line Management. Mr. Parker joined Tekelec as Senior Director, Customer Service for the Network Switching Division in November 1994 . Prior to assuming his current responsibilities, Mr. Parker held various executive management positions in the Company's Network Signaling Division and the Network Diagnostics Division, including Vice President and General Manager, Network Diagnostics Division.

William H. Everett joined Tekelec as a result of Tekelec’s acquisition of Steleus in October 2004. He has had significant experience as both a chief financial officer and a general manager working with a variety of multi-national technology companies during the past 20 years. At Steleus, Mr. Everett served as executive vice president and CFO and was responsible for the worldwide finance and administration functions of the Company. Prior to Steleus, Mr. Everett was vice president of finance and administration and CFO of Chemfab Corporation, a publicly traded manufacturer. He also has held executive and senior finance positions at several high technology companies, including Epsilon Data Management, Eastman Software and Wang Software.

Dave Rice joined Tekelec as Senior Vice President, Operations in 2006. Dave has over 20 years of operations experience in the telecommunications equipment industry. Most recently serving as Vice President, Global Materials Management at Nortel where he was responsible for global supply chain planning, fulfillment execution to support revenue assurance, delivery performance and inventory management. Previously at Nortel he also served in a number of senior management roles including Vice President, Wireline & Optical Supply Chain Operations and Plant Manager, Wireless GSM Access.

Scott Weidenfeller leads Tekelec's global marketing organization, including strategic marketing, marketing communications and product marketing. Following Tekelec's 2003 acquisition of a majority interest in Santera, Mr. Weidenfeller served as vice president of business development. Before joining Santera Systems in 2000 as vice president of product line management, marketing and business development; he held various global sales, marketing and research and development leadership positions and line positions at Nortel Networks.

Mr. Buckly joined the Company as Senior Vice President, Corporate Affairs and General Counsel in April 2007. From January 2004 until December 2006, Mr. Buckly served as Senior Vice President, Corporate Affairs and General Counsel of Tekelec, a telecommunications equipment manufacturer. He has also served as the Company s Corporate Secretary since its formation in May 1997.

Gregory Rush was appointed Corporate Controller in May 2005; he now serves as principal accounting officer of the Company. He comes to Tekelec from Siebel Systems, Inc, where he served as Senior Director of Finance, External Reporting & Acquisitions. Previously, he was Senior Director, Business Analysis and Financial Reporting for Quintiles Transnational Corp. Mr. Rush began his career in public accounting, serving numerous high technology companies at Ernst & Young and PricewaterhouseCoopers, where he most recently was a Senior Manager.

Mr. Ravi Ravishankar, Director, Product Marketing, Tekelec has over 26 years of telecom and networking experience working in Europe, Asia and Americas. During his career, he has held leadership positions in marketing, product management, business development and strategic planning. He is a pioneer architect of several successful Telecom and Networking solutions including LAN/WAN, ISDN, stand alone STP, Number Portability, IP Signaling, Softswitch and has 18 patents plus multiple patents pending. He is one of the founding-members of the International Softswitch Consortium (now named the IMS Forum) and was elected to serve on its Technical Advisory Council (TAC). He was actively involved in defining Industry standards, has chaired panels and spoken at numerous industry events and his work has been published in a variety of industry reports and trade journals. He holds a master degree in electrical engineering from Indian Institute of Technology, Madras.

Frank Plastina was appointed President and CEO of Tekelec in February 2006. He brings more than 19 years of senior executive and management experience in the telecommunications industry with companies including Proxim Corporation, Warburg Pincus LLC and Nortel Networks Corporation. Prior to joining Tekelec, Mr. Plastina was executive in residence at Warburg Pincus, where he was responsible for evaluating potential investments and providing executive support to its portfolio companies. Previously, Mr. Plastina was executive chairman of Proxim, a provider of Wi-Fi and broadband wireless access products. During Mr. Plastina’s 15-year career at Nortel, he held a series of executive-level positions in the company’s Wireless, Internet Service Providers, Signaling Solutions, Mergers & Acquisitions and Finance Groups. Most recently, he was president of Nortel’s multi-billion dollar Metro and Enterprise Networks business unit, in which he led the successful development and marketing of the company’s VoIP products to service providers, enterprises and government entities.

Mr. Rager has been a director of the Company since May 1997 and served as the Company's Chief Financial Officer from June 1997 to March 2000. From 1975 until his retirement in 2006, Mr. Rager was a practicing accountant with, and President of, RBDM Rager Meyer Accountancy Corporation (and its predecessors). Mr. Rager also serves as a member of the Board of Directors for several privately-held companies.

Mr. Floyd has been a director of our Company since October 2004, was appointed as Vice Chairman of the Board in February 2006 and became Chairman of the Board in January 2007. Mr. Floyd served as the Chief Executive Officer and President of Entrisphere, a telecommunications equipment manufacturer, from August 2002 until its sale to Ericsson in February 2007. Mr. Kaplan has been a director of our Company since June 2003. Mr. Kaplan has served as a director of JDS Uniphase Corporation, a telecommunications equipment manufacturer, since October 1997 and as its Chairman of the Board since May 2000. He has also served as a director of Superconductor Technologies Inc., a telecommunications equipment manufacturer, since December 2002. Mr. Kaplan also served as a director and Chairman of the Board of Santera Systems Inc. from February 2001 until June 2003 when Tekelec acquired a majority interest in that company. Mr. Adams has been a director of our Company since December 1991. Since September 1999, Mr. Adams has served as President and Chief Executive Officer of RV Adams Capital Management, a private venture capital investment company. From 1989 until September 1999, Mr. Adams served as Chief Executive Officer and President of Xerox Technology Ventures, a venture capital company responsible for identifying, developing and managing new business opportunities for Xerox Corporation.
