Michael Day is Vice President of Asset Management Resources (AMR), a Division of TEKsystems, Inc. Michael was an original principal in AMR, founding the company in 1990. As Vice President, he has been an integral part of establishing AMR as the North American leader in Fixed Asset Inventory and Reconciliation (FAIR) services. He has been instrumental in developing and delivering a uniquely differentiated approach for organizations that are focused on physically validating fixed assets for a variety of financial objectives, including efforts to support personal property tax compliance and mitigation. Additionally, Michael has over thirty-one years of business experience in the banking, leasing, and asset management industries. Michael holds a Bachelor's degree from Eastern Michigan University and a Master's degree in Business Administration from the University of Detroit.

Jeb Stolicker is the Director of Operations for Asset Management Resources (AMR), a Division of TEKsystems, Inc. Jeb has more than ten years experience in the asset management arena and extensive knowledge in database transition and property tax logistics. He ensures that the overall processes and procedures from project start to finish are completed to client satisfaction and corporate standards. Jeb also oversees the preparation and delivery of final database deliverables. He is seasoned in all aspects of asset management including pre-planning and physical inventory management, database reconciliation and enhancement, and tax preparation. Initially IT driven, his expertise includes coordinating projects for leading corporations in the pharmaceutical, automotive, furniture and food processing industries. Jeb has a Bachelor of Business Administration from Walsh College of Accountancy.

Scott Broughton is the Director of Information Technology for Asset Management Resources (AMR), a Division of TEKsystems, Inc., and has sixteen years experience in asset management and property taxation. Scott and his team have developed a wide range of tools to aid in the collection, quality, and reconciliation of inventory data. In addition to these tools, Scott has managed large inventory projects, consulted customers on property tax compliance and worked with assessors during the audit process. Scott has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from John Brown University.
