Rob Blaskowsky was appointed Vice President and Chief Information Officer in August 2005. Blaskowsky is responsible for setting worldwide information technology initiatives and developing processes to support our global employee, vendor and customer base. His organization provides the development and maintenance of all business application systems used throughout the enterprise. He has responsibility for worldwide information technology infrastructure including computing services, voice, data, and video networks, local area networks, and desktop services. Blaskowsky brings to Tektronix 19 years experience in information technology management, most recently as Vice President and CIO for Merant/Serena where he was responsible for Meranta s information technology infrastructure. Prior to joining Merant/Serena, he worked for Niku Corporation as Vice President and CIO, and for Tektronix, where he served as the Information Systems Director for the Color Printing and Video Networking Divisions from 1995-2000. Throughout his career, he has demonstrated leadership in delivering world-class information technology solutions that drive effective and efficient business results. He has extensive experience in building and leading teams in a high-performance environment. Tom Buzak was appointed a Tektronix Vice President in October 2004 and is also President and General Manager of Maxtek, a wholly owned subsidiary of Tektronix. In this role, Buzak has demonstrated a combination of business and technical depth. Buzak has been with Tektronix for a total of more than 16 years, during which time he has held several key leadership positions. In 1994, Buzak founded an R&D engineering firm and led that company to success as CEO. He returned to Tektronix in 2000 as Director of Business Development. Buzak holds a master's degree in Physics from the University of Utah, and is credited with 52 U.S. patents.

David N. Campbell has served as a Director of the Company since the consummation of the Company's Initial Public Offering. Mr. Campbell is currently a Managing Director of Innovation Advisors, an investment banking firm. Mr. Campbell served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Xpedior, Inc., from September 1999 through November 2000. Before that, from July 1995 to September 1999, he was President of BBN Systems & Technologies and its successor, GTE Laboratories and Technologies. Mr. Ames most recently served as President and Chief Executive Officer of MediaOne International, based in London, England, where he was responsible for developing and managing a global portfolio of sixteen broadband and wireless communication ventures. During the same period Gary also served as Chairman of Telewest, the UK's largest residential broadband company. Before joining MediaOne International in July 1995, Gary spent seven years as President and Chief Executive Officer of US West Communications, which encompasses residential and business telephone services in 14 western and Midwestern states. General Merrill A. McPeak served as President of McPeak and Associates, a management consulting firm, since 1995. General McPeak entered the U.S. Air Force in 1957 and served in various positions throughout his tenure. From October 1990 until October 1994, he was Chief of Staff of the U.S. Air Force. He also served as Commander-in-Chief, Pacific Air Forces, from 1988 until 1990, Commander, Twelfth Air Force, from 1987 until 1988 and Deputy Chief of Staff, Programs and Resources, from 1985 until 1987. He serves as director of Tektronix, Inc. (NYSE: TEK) and several private companies.
