TelCove

Mr. Oolman has served as Senior Vice President of Service Delivery since January 2004. He is responsible for the Company's order entry, provisioning, collections, and customer care functions a centralized department that he created since joining the Company in 2001. Mr. Oolman's organization also includes TelCove's Network Operations Center, National Repair Center, and Centralized Warehouse Department. Mr. Oolman has over 24 years of experience in the telecommunications industry. He has held various senior-level and executive management positions within other CLEC and RBOC entities in the areas of sales, customer service, network planning, and engineering. Mr. Oolman holds a Master of Science Degree in Industrial Administration from Carnegie Mellon University and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Southern California.

Mr. Drinkhall has held several distinct positions with various corporations, which deepened his background in product/life-cycle management in telecommunications and software technologies and supplied a proven track record in building partnerships and launching products to sales channels. From July 2006 to March 2007 Mr. Drinkhall served as Senior Vice President, Product Delivery & Emerging Opportunities for Level 3. This appointment followed the acquisition of his previous employer, TelCove by Level 3. While at TelCove he held several key positions. He was appointed to the position of Senior Vice President Product Development and Engineering in January 2004 until the sale of the company to Level 3 in July 2006. Mr. Drinkhall joined TelCove in December 2000 as Director of Data Services. He then served as Senior Director of Product Development commencing in August 2001 and assumed the additional responsibilities of Director of Information Technology in April 2002.He led his own Internet applications company, BurbNet, Inc., as President & CEO from June 1996 until November 2000. Prior to BurbNet, Mr. Drinkhall served as Director of Business Development & Product Marketing and held the position of General Manager for the Network Integration Business at Computerm Corporation. Mr. Drinkhall also developed a strong telecommunications background holding various key positions while employed at ACS, Inc. A 1982 Pennsylvania State University graduate with a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, Mr. Drinkhall is a strategic thinker accustomed to adopting and implementing corporate strategies to promote company growth and expansion.

Mr. Donahue currently serves as Senior Vice President of Sales and Operations for TelCove, a position he has held since January 2004. He is responsible for all sales, field operations, and related revenue generating activity for the Company. Previously, Mr. Donahue was Regional Vice President for TelCove's Northeast region, responsible for sales, operations, and customer care. Before joining TelCove in 1999, Mr. Donahue held a variety of positions within Adelphia Communications Corporation, including Director of Voice and Data Services, responsible for the rollout and sale of high speed Internet services, long distance services, and paging applications. Mr. Donahue holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Speech and Communications from Emerson College.

Mr. Means has served as Vice President and General Counsel of TelCove since June of 2005. Mr. Means directs all of the Company's legal and regulatory matters. Mr. Means has been with the organization since 1998. At TelCove, he has served in roles as both an operational/regulatory attorney, as well as a corporate attorney, and has been a key participant in TelCove's successful acquisition and integration of select markets and assets from other telecom entities. With extensive experience in local exchange carrier relations, federal, state and local regulatory matters, M&A transactions, as well as general and telecom-specific contract development, Mr. Means has also practiced as an associate with Rothman, Gordon, Foreman & Groudine, P.C., specializing in telecommunications law. Additionally, he has held several other in-house positions in the telecommunications industry. Mr. Means received his Juris Doctorate from Duquesne University and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Gannon University.

Doug Teitelbaum is co-owner and a managing partner of Bay Harbour Management, LC. Mr. Teitelbaum served on NextG's Board of Directors for four years and continues to be actively involved. Bay Harbour is an SEC registered Investment Advisor providing investment management services to various domestic and offshore institutional and private investors. Bay Harbour invests in mispriced securities and seeks capital appreciation, value creation and, in some cases, current income through the management of a diversified portfolio of event-driven distressed, private equity and special situation investments. Specifically, within the telecommunications sector, Doug Teitelbaum and Bay Harbour have had active investment roles in companies such as TelCove, Inc. (formerly Adelphia Business Solutions), NextWave Communications, Motient Corporation, MSV Investors, and NEON Communications, among others. Aside from his various business interests, Doug Teitelbaum is an active fund raiser and supporter of medical research foundations and community advancement organizations, and in 2004 raised over $1.4 million net for the Ovarian Cancer Research Fund to establish a grant in his wife's mother's name.

After working at RD Smith and Company and its successor company BDS Securities, Mr. Teitelbaum became a partner in the Los Angeles distressed investment boutique of Dabney/Resnick. While at Dabney/Resnick, Mr. Teitelbaum was one of three individuals who oversaw the direction of the firm's research department. In 1994, Mr. Teitelbaum joined Bear, Stearns as a managing director in the high yield and distressed securities department. Mr. Teitelbaum resigned his position at Bear, Stearns and joined Bay Harbour Management in 1996 as a principal and co-portfolio manager. Mr. Teitelbaum currently serves on the board of directors of Barneys New York, Planet Hollywood, and TelCove.

Mr. Stout joined Steven Van Dyke at Bay Harbour's predecessor firm in 1990, just prior to the launch of the company's flagship investment fund. Mr. Stout is responsible for directing the Bay Harbour funds' asset gathering efforts, the overall firm marketing efforts, and investor communications. He also oversees the overall management of Bay Harbour's operations. Mr. Stout graduated in 1989 from Eastern Kentucky University with a Bachelors of Business Administration degree in Marketing and is a member of the Association of Investment Management Sales Executives.

Mr. Van Dyke began his investment career in 1981 in Louisville, KY, at First Kentucky Trust, a progressive institution in the banking and trust management industry. As a Senior Investment Officer managing several private family trust accounts, Mr. Van Dyke made his first investment in the distressed securities market in 1982 through a participation in the certificates of liquidation in Braniff Airlines. The investment in Braniff returned several-fold during the following years and prompted Mr. Van Dyke's transition from a traditional financial manager to a distressed and special situations securities expert. Mr. Van Dyke currently serves on the board of directors of Barneys, Inc., Buckhead America, U.S. Banknote Corporation, Globix, and TelCove. Mr. Van Dyke graduated from the University of Kentucky in 1981 with his Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance. Mr. Van Dyke is a Chartered Financial Analyst and a member of The Financial Analysts Society of Central Florida, the Association for Investment Management and Research, and the Society of International Business Fellows.
