Barry Russell is head of the firm's London Finance Group. He has also acted as special counsel to institutional investors in numerous secured and unsecured cross-border private placements and other financings involving UK, Irish and other European issuers such as adidas AG, Scottish & Newcastle plc, Tele 2, Endesa, S.A. and Travis Perkins plc.
