Carol Kline is responsible for driving TeleTech’s IT strategy and operations, including the launch of the company’s next generation of technology innovation. Kline has more than 20 years of experience in managing dynamic technology environments and global operations teams. Her cross-departmental expertise, teambuilding skills, and global leadership capabilities enable her to galvanize TeleTech knowledge workers from around the world to develop new, innovative technology tools that are readily available to the company’s Global 1000 client base. Before joining TeleTech, Kline served as executive vice president of operations at EchoStar, providing oversight of DISH Network's customer management centers and installation service networks. Prior to joining EchoStar, Kline was the chief information officer and executive vice president for America Online and senior vice president of worldwide operations for Qwest Communications. Kline holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Ohio Northern University in Ada, Ohio, and an MBA in marketing and business policy from Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland.

As TeleTech’s senior vice president of global finance, John Troka is also currently serving as the interim chief financial officer. Troka performs as a strategic partner to other functions within the organization, providing the financial infrastructure and analytical support necessary to meet the company’s ongoing vision. Troka works closely with the leadership team to ensure that the company’s global cost structure allows TeleTech to offer its clients competitive products and services. In addition, Troka ensures that TeleTech continues to financially operate in accordance with the diverse governmental rules and regulations that direct its global operations. In January of 2002, Troka came to TeleTech from Qwest Communications, formerly US WEST Communications, where he was vice president of finance. He worked at Qwest Communications for thirteen years in a variety of financial and audit roles. Prior to Qwest Communications, he was employed at Commercial Federal Bank, currently known as Bank of the West, where he worked in the internal auditing department in Omaha, Nebraska. Troka began his career with the global accounting, tax, and business advisory firm of Grant Thornton in Denver, Colorado. Troka received his undergraduate degree in business administration with concentrations in accounting and business information systems from Colorado State University and his MBA from the University of Denver.

As TeleTech’s executive vice president of human capital delivery, Mike Jossi manages all aspects of the company's global human capital. Jossi, who joined TeleTech in January 2005, executes TeleTech’s strategy for building and managing the Company’s comprehensive global human capital platform. This integrated platform allows us to deliver a highly skilled, motivated, and scalable workforce that aligns with our business process outsourcing (BPO) clients’ objectives. With over 15 years of business experience in training and development, Jossi has built a world-class, global e-learning, and knowledge management organization that has enabled TeleTech to better serve, grow, and retain our clients’ customer base. Jossi has been a key contributor to the continuous evolution and improvement of the human capital strategy to better align our specialists with our clients' business objectives. Prior to TeleTech, Jossi led organizations that have provided products and services to companies such as Microsoft, SkillSoft, Deloitte, United Rentals, and several Fortune 500 companies. As CEO of Active Education, Jossi was awarded the Deloitte Fast 50 Award for leading one of the fastest growing companies in Colorado for five consecutive years. Throughout his career, Jossi has excelled as an innovative strategist, demonstrating his ability to create, manage, and lead senior teams who execute the corporate vision. Jossi holds an undergraduate degree in marketing from Arizona State University.

As general manager for TeleTech in Australia and New Zealand, Daniel Borris is responsible for managing the profitability and growth of the region. Mr. Borris ensures that TeleTech's strategic growth initiatives enhance its position as an industry leader while driving value for customers, partners, and shareholders. His industry expertise supports aggressive expansion of the sales pipeline and the winning of new business for the region. Daniel Borris brings over 20 years experience in the business process outsourcing, telecommunications, and automotive marketing services. He is a results-oriented, change executive who most recently held the position of executive vice president and chief operating officer of Minacs Worldwide Inc., a business process outsourcing company.

Since 2001, Mr. Barlett has been vice chairman of TeleTech Holdings, Inc. where he works directly with the company's four regional general managers in North America, Asia Pacific, Europe, and Latin America. Mr. Barlett is also responsible for Percepta, TeleTech's joint venture with Ford Motor Company. Mr. Barlett was chairman, president and chief executive officer of Galileo International until October 2001. From 1994 to 1997, he was president and chief executive officer of Galileo International, where he acquired the online travel provider, Trip.com. Earlier in his career, Mr. Barlett served as vice chairman of Cirrus, Inc., directing the development, implementation, and operation of the Cirrus International automated teller switching system. He also managed the redevelopment of core banking systems during his tenure with NBD Bancorp. Currently, Mr. Barlett is a director of Celanese Corporation. Mr. Barlett earned a master’s of business administration, and his bachelor’s degree from the University of Akron.

Ruth C. Lipper was elected to the board of directors of TeleTech in May 2002. Ms. Lipper has spent more than 25 years working in various financial and philanthropic leadership roles. From 1987 to 2000, Ms. Lipper was senior vice president and treasurer for Lipper Analytical Services, Inc. Founded in 1973, Lipper Analytical Services was analyzing nearly 40,000 mutual funds through offices in the United States, London, and Hong Kong at the time of its sale to Reuters Group PLC in 1998. Ms. Lipper is currently a volunteer chairperson for the Lipper Family Foundation.

Shirley Young is President of Shirley Young Associates, LLC, a business advisory company for companies interested in business development in the China market. She also serves as senior adviser to General Motors-Asia Pacific. From 1988 until December 31, 1999, she served as corporate Vice President of General Motors Corp involved in development of GM's $1.5 billion joint venture in Shanghai. Her most recent assignment as Vice President for China Strategic Development and Asia Pacific Counselor included operational responsibility for marketing, distribution and sales in China. Earlier, she served as Vice President for Consumer Market Development at General Motors' headquarters, working across the various marketing divisions of the company. Prior to that, she spent over 20 years at Grey Advertising working in a wide range of industries with many of the world's leading marketers. In addition to her expertise in brand development and consumer marketing, Shirley Young has served on the Board of Directors of the Bank of America, Bell Atlantic/Verizon Corporation, Dayton-Hudson Corporation, Holiday Inn/Promus/Harrah's and the Bombay Company. She also served as Vice Chairman of the Nominating Committee of the New York Stock Exchange. Ms. Young was appointed to the President's Commission on Executive Exchange and was a member of the Business Advisory Council for the U.S. State Department Agency for International Development. She is governor and founding Chairman of the Committee of 100, a national Chinese American leadership organization, and serves as Chairman of the Committee of 100 Cultural Institute whose objective is to bridge the cultural gap between the U.S. and China through the arts and education. In China, Ms. Young is an honorary professor of Tsinghua University, Beijing; Tongji University, Shanghai; and Huazhong Technology University, Wuhan; and honorary trustee of Jiao Tong University in Shanghai. In the U.S., she is a trustee of Interlochen Center for the Arts and has served as a trustee of Wellesley College and on the Board of Directors of the Associates of the Harvard Business School, and Phillips Academy in Andover, Massachusetts, as well as the Detroit Symphony Orchestra, the Detroit Institute of Arts, and Shanghai Symphony Orchestra. She is a founding member of the Committee of 200, an international organization of leading businesswomen. Ms. Young has received many awards for outstanding efforts in marketing and advertising. She was named Advertising Woman of the Year by the American Advertising Federation and received the Women's Equity Action Award for Achievement in Advertising. In 1998, Northwood University named her Outstanding Business Leader. Catalyst magazine awarded her the Catalyst Award for Outstanding Corporate Director and the Chinese-American Planning Council named her Woman of the Year. She received a Director's Choice Award from the National Women's Economic Alliance. Born May 25, 1935, in Shanghai, China, Ms. Young is a 1955 graduate of Wellesley College, Phi Beta Kappa, and is a recipient of the Wellesley College Alumna Achievement Award. She has three sons — David Hsieh, William Hsieh and Douglas Hsieh.

Shrikant Mehta was elected to the board of directors of TeleTech in June 2004. Mr. Mehta is president and chief executive officer of Combine International, Inc., a wholesale manufacturer of fine jewelry since 1974. He also serves on the board of directors of Distinctive Devices, Inc., Caprius, Inc. and various private corporations.

William A. Linnenbringer was elected to the board of directors of TeleTech in February 2003. In his 32-year career with PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), Mr. Linnenbringer held numerous leadership positions, including managing partner for the U.S. banking and financial services industry practice, chairman of the global financial services industry practice, and a member of the firm’s policy board and world council of partners. Mr. Linnenbringer retired as a partner of PwC in 2002.
