Alexei Chadovich joined TenFold in October 1997, and served in his current capacity since March 2002. In the course of his years with the company, Alexei worked in various technical and management capacities on the company's technology, including Vice President of Development, Director of Development, and technical Architect. He has managed several software development teams, designed, and implemented major parts of TenFold technology. Between 1990 and 1997 Alexei worked in various development and architect positions with WordPerfect Corporation, Novell, Inc., and Corel, Inc. where he significantly contributed to the companies' main products. Before he moved to the U.S. in 1990, Alexei gained 10 years of technical and management experience in Moscow, Russia with several major government research institutes and a private software development company that he co-founded. Alexei earned his M.S. in Computer Science from the Moscow Institute of Electronic Technology in Russia.

Samer Diab joined TenFold in 1994 and has served in his current capacity since March 2004. Over the last decade, Mr. Diab has developed unusually broad and deep experience having successfully held both technical and executive roles across virtually every operating division of TenFold. Between 1994 and 1998, Mr. Diab served as a manager of Development, where he directed creation of the first version of many EnterpriseTenFold components and authored the patent for TenFold's revolutionary approach to applications testing. Between 1998 and 2002, Mr. Diab pioneered TenFold's Solutions organization, helping to create and document the unique industry-changing project processes that our technology makes possible while leading multiple customer projects to success. During this time, Mr. Diab also established and ran TenFold's Guru program, training and leading a team of elite TenFold consultants with highly regarded technology and project leadership skills. Between 2002 and 2004, Mr. Diab served as Operations Chief of Staff and a member of our executive leadership team, overseeing our largest applications projects and managing operating activities such as facilities, vendor negotiations, and recruiting. Today, Mr. Diab brings his leadership to our Customer Services organizations, TenFold University and TenFold Support, which deliver training and support services to our customers. Mr. Diab is also spearheading the design and building of TenFold's own 21st Century applications - the applications we use to run our business. Prior to joining TenFold, Mr. Diab served from 1989 to 1994 in various technical, architectural, and managerial capacities in the Applications Division of Oracle Corporation, including Development Manager of Oracle Payables. Mr. Diab holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from the California Institute of Technology.

Sally White was the former Senior Vice President for Sales and Marketing at Mrs. Fields Cookies. She has over 20 years experience in sales and marketing including Vice President of Sales Strategies for Provant, Inc, a performance improvement training services organization to Fortune 1000 companies.

Ralph W. Hardy, Jr. has served as a member of TenFold s Board of Directors since February 1998. Mr. Hardy is the principal operating officer, director and a stockholder of First Media Corporation, which is the ultimate parent of First Media TF Holdings, LLC, a stockholder of TenFold. Through other subsidiaries, First Media Corporation owns investments in commercial broadcasting stations and in various other private entities. First Media Corporation, which is substantially owned by the Richard E. Marriott family, also owns, through a subsidiary, stock of various publicly held companies such as Host Hotels and Resorts, Inc. and Marriott International, Inc. Mr. Hardy has served as a member of the law firm of Dow Lohnes PLLC, Washington, D.C., since 1974. Mr. Hardy holds a BS in political science from the University of Utah and a JD from the University of California at Berkeley School of Law (Boalt Hall).

Robert E. Parsons, Jr . has served as a member of TenFold s Board of Directors since September 2004. Mr. Parsons is Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Exclusive Resorts. Prior to joining Exclusive Resorts in 2004, Mr. Parsons had 23 years of experience with both Marriott and Host Marriott Corporation, and served for the last seven years as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Host Marriott. Prior to the division of Marriott Corporation in the early 1990s (into Marriott International, Inc. and Host Marriott Corporation), Mr. Parsons was Vice President and Assistant Treasurer of Marriott Corporation. Mr. Parsons has also served as Chairman of the Hotel Development Committee of the Urban Land Institute, a member of the National Advisory Counsel of the Graduate School of Management at Brigham Young University, and was a Director of CNL Hotels and Resorts (until April 12, 2007 when CNL Hotels and Resorts was sold).
