Eric A. Nielsen became President, Terex Materials Processing and Mining in June 2008. Prior to joining the Company, and since 2000, Mr. Nielsen was President and Chief Executive Officer of Volvo Excavators and Volvo Group Korea. Previous to that, Mr. Nielsen was Chief Financial Officer and Chief Information Officer of Volvo Construction Equipment Korea. He began his tenure with Volvo in 1994 as Vice President, Business Control and Information Systems of their Volvo Construction Equipment Parts business. Prior to that, Mr. Nielsen held leadership positions at FMC Corporation, Omron Electronics and Amersham International. During his early career, Mr. Nielsen held various engineering and product marketing roles.

Richard Nichols was named President, Terex Cranes on January 16, 2008. At that time, Mr. Nichols had been serving as President, Terex Materials Processing & Mining since January 23, 2004. Prior to that, Mr. Nichols served as the Company’s Vice President and General Manager, Infrastructure since April 2003. Mr. Nichols previously held the position of Vice President and General Manager of Terex Mining Trucks since joining the Company in October 2000. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Nichols spent 15 years in the aerospace industry at Honeywell International Inc. in various senior management positions.

Timothy A. Ford became President, Terex Aerial Work Platforms on October 2, 2006. Prior to joining the Company, since 2005, Mr. Ford was Executive Vice President of The Toro Company, a lawn care and turf maintenance product and service provider. Previous to that, Mr. Ford held various senior executive positions with The Toro Company since 2001. Prior to that, he held various senior management positions with Honeywell International from 1998 through 2001. Mr. Ford began his career at General Electric in 1985, progressing through a series of positions in a variety of disciplines culminating in General Manager, GE Lighting from 1994 through 1997.

Thomas J. Riordan became President and Chief Operating Officer (“COO”) of the Company on January 3, 2007. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Riordan was Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of SPX Corporation, a diversified global industrial manufacturer. From 1996 to 2006, he held a number of positions of increasing responsibility at SPX, resulting in his appointment as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of SPX. Prior to joining SPX, he was President of Portland, Oregon based Consolidated Sawmill Machinery International. Prior to that, Mr. Riordan held a series of manufacturing and management positions of increasing responsibility with J.I. Case and Borg-Warner Automotive.

Katia Facchetti was named Senior Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer (a newly created position) on January 3, 2006. Prior to joining Terex, Ms. Facchetti was President of Fusion 5, a marketing innovation consultancy serving major Fortune 500 industrial and consumer clients, since 2004. From 2000 to 2005, she held a number of positions of increasing responsibility at Fusion 5. Prior to joining Fusion 5, Ms. Facchetti held senior marketing positions with Nabisco and Kraft/General Foods in both consumer and food service businesses from 1986 to 1999. Katia graduated from Cornell University with a BS in Hotel Administration and an MBA.

Phillip C. Widman was appointed Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the Company on September 16, 2002. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Widman served as Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer of Philip Services Corporation, an industrial outsourcing and metal services company, from 1998 to 2001, and as an independent consultant from 2001 to 2002. Prior to joining Philip Services, Mr. Widman worked at Asea Brown Boveri Ltd. ("ABB") for eleven years in various financial and operational capacities in the transportation, power generation and power distribution businesses. During his last two years at ABB, he served as Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Supply Management of its diverse businesses in the United States. Additionally, Mr. Widman's experience includes twelve years with Unisys Corporation in a variety of financial roles. Mr. Widman serves as a director of The Lubrizol Corporation.

Phillip C. Widman, age 54, has been Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Terex Corporation, a diversified global manufacturing business, since 2002. Prior to joining Terex, Mr. Widman served as Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer of Philip Services Corporation, an industrial outsourcing and metal services company, from 1998 to 2001, and as an independent consultant from 2001 to 2002. Prior to joining Philip Services, Mr. Widman worked at Asea Brown Boveri Ltd. (ABB) for 11 years in various financial and operational capacities in the transportation, power generation and power distribution businesses. During his last two years at ABB, he served as Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Supply Management of its diverse businesses in the United States. Additionally, Mr. Widman’s experience includes 12 years with Unisys Corporation in a variety of financial roles. Mr. Widman holds a B.B.A. in Accounting from the University of Michigan and an M.B.A from Eastern Michigan University. He became a Lubrizol director in November 2008.

Brian J. Henry was appointed Senior Vice President, Finance and Business Development on October 18, 2002. Mr. Henry previously held the positions of Vice President, Finance and Business Development, Vice President-Finance and Treasurer, and Vice President-Corporate Development and Acquisitions. Mr. Henry also served as the Company’s Director of Investor Relations. Mr. Henry has been employed by the Company since 1993. From 1990 to 1993, Mr. Henry was employed by KCS Industries, L.P. and its predecessor, KCS Industries, Inc., an entity that until December 31, 1993, provided administrative, financial, marketing, technical, real estate and legal services to the Company and its subsidiaries.

Eric I Cohen became Senior Vice President, Secretary and General Counsel of the Company on January 1, 1998. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Cohen was a partner with the New York City law firm of Robinson Silverman Pearce Aronsohn & Berman LLP (which firm has since merged with Bryan Cave LLP) since January 1992 and was an associate attorney with that firm from 1983 to 1992.

Kevin A. Barr was named Senior Vice President, Human Resources of the Company on January 3, 2006. Prior to that, Mr. Barr had been serving as Vice President, Human Resources of the Company since September 25, 2000. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Barr served as Vice President-Human Resources at DBT Online since 1998. From 1995 to 1998, Mr. Barr was at Nabisco, Inc. as Vice President-Human Resources, Asia/Pacific. Prior to that, Mr. Barr served as Vice President-Human Resources, Asia/Pacific and Latin America with Dun and Bradstreet Corporation from 1990 to 1995, and in various human resources executive positions at Chase Manhattan Bank, N.A. from 1981 to 1990.

Mr. Andersen was once referred to by the New York Times as one of the five most creative investment bankers on Wall Street. As a financier for over thirty years who has been involved in deals totaling over $100 billion in value, Mr. Andersen has been responsible for some of the most innovative and notable transactions in the investment banking and high yield bond industries, and he is widely recognized for playing an integral role in the creation of the high yield bond industry. Before founding G.C. Andersen Partners in 1996, Mr. Andersen served as Vice Chairman of PaineWebber from 1990 to 1995. At PaineWebber, he helped propel the bank to record corporate finance revenues and, with the acquisition of Kidder Peabody in 1994, launched the development of its international banking operations. Prior to PaineWebber, Mr. Andersen was head of the Investment Banking Group at Drexel Burnham Lambert Incorporated and one of the most senior executives of the firm. He served on Drexel's Board of Directors, Investment Banking Executive Committee, and Underwriting Assistance Committee (which reviewed, amended, restructured or approved an average of 600 transactions per year). Mr. Andersen began his career as a securities analyst in the trust department at the National Bank of Detroit, after which he became Vice President of Corporate Finance at Dominick & Dominick, Inc., Partner at Prescott Ball & Turben, and Partner at Wm. D. Witter. Mr. Andersen has been a guest lecturer and commentator at university forums around the world. He was a member of the faculty of the Saltzberg Seminar and has appeared on business television programs including CNN's "Money Line." Mr. Andersen has written articles for the New York Times and other newspapers and, for several years, authored a weekly column for Inc. Magazine. Mr. Andersen has been an active participant in academic and public policy circles in the United States and abroad, supporting educational programs and institutions worldwide. He was a founder and trustee of the Garn Institute at the University of Utah, a public service financial think tank designed to promote ideas in cooperation with the corporate and academic worlds and public policy makers. As a member of the Dean's Advisory Council at the University of Colorado, he endowed an assistant professorship in communications at the College of Business to promote effective communications skills throughout the curriculum. Both he and his wife sponsored a project of the Manhattan School of Music to build the 19-story recital hall and dormitory building; this new facility is the cornerstone of a project to solidify the school's position as a leading international conservatory of music. Mr. Andersen is a member of the Executive Committee for the Board of Directors of Junior Achievement of New York and Co-Chairman of the Endowment Campaign. Mr. Andersen is Chairman of the Board of Millennium Cell, Inc. (NASDAQ: MCEL) as well as lead director of Terex Corporation (NYSE: TEX). His previous board memberships include United Waste Systems and United Artists Theatres. Mr. Andersen received a BS from the University of Colorado and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management. He is also a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).

Laura Kiernan was appointed Director, Investor Relations of Terex Corporation in May 2008. Ms Kiernan previously held the position of Vice President of Investor Relations at Playtex Products, Inc. which was acquired by Energizer in October 2008. Prior to joining Playtex, Ms. Kiernan directed Investor Relations for Revlon and also held various positions of increasing responsibility with Revlon and Altria Group's Philip Morris and Kraft divisions. She is a Certified Public Accountant and a New York University Stern Scholar. She holds an MBA in Finance and Strategic Marketing.

Vice Chairman and Chief Financial Officer, Qwest Communications International, Inc. Oren G. Shaffer was the Vice Chairman and Chief Financial Officer of Qwest Communications International Inc. from 2002 to 2007. Prior to joining Qwest, Mr. Shaffer was President and Chief Operating Officer of Sorrento Networks, a maker of optical products, beginning in 2000. From 1994 to 1999, he was Chief Financial Officer of Ameritech Corporation, a telecommunications provider that was acquired by SBC Communications Inc. in 1999. Mr. Shaffer serves on the boards of directors of Belgacom SA and Intermec, Inc.

Ms. Cholmondeley is a private consultant on Strategic Planning. She served as the Vice President and General Manager of Specialty Products for Sappi Fine Paper, a subsidiary of Sappi Limited from April 2000 until January 2004, and prior to that from January 1998 until April 2000, she was a private consultant on Strategic Planning and Mergers and Acquisitions. From 1992 until January 1998, Ms. Cholmondeley held various management positions with Owens Corning, including General Manager of Residential Insulation.
