The Group, Inc. was founded in 1976 by twelve real estate professionals that wanted to create a real estate company owned equally by its sales associates and staff. Our goal was to create a company that would attract and keep the best and brightest real estate people and create an environment where we could work together as a team to provide value to our customers. Today, The Group, Inc. consists of over 250 owners located in seven offices throughout Northern Colorado. Real Trends Magazine consistently ranks The Group, Inc. as one of the top 200 real estate firms in America. In 2002 and again in 2005, Realtor Magazine named The Group, Inc. "The Most Productive Company in The Country" as measured by transactions per association. Out of the top 100 real estate companies in the nation, The Group had the highest number of transaction sides per Broker Associates in 2004 with 18.3. More importantly, customers chose the Group to help them with over 40% of all the real estate transactions in Northern Colorado last year. We are a locally owned, independent company. Decisions are made right here. We live here, work here, and raise our families here. Group partners are active in our communities, serving on boards, commissions, and committees, chairing fundraisers, coaching little league teams, and volunteering in the classroom. We invest our time and money in Northern Colorado. We are committed to helping build a great community and a great place to live.
