The Company was founded in 1988 and underwent a name change in December 1996. The Company is incorporated under the laws of the State of Delaware with its principle place of business in Little Rock, AR, with offices in Worcester, MA, Hudson, MA and New York, NY. The Company has approximately 1,400 shareholders and has been a public company since 1992. The Company's common stock, $0.001 par value per share (the "Common Stock") has been publicly traded on the Over-the-Counter Bulletin Board since September of 2000, under the symbol "TMEN.BB" The wastewater treatment technologies are consolidated in our majority owned subsidiary, CASTion Corporation, a Massachusettes corporation ("CASTion"). Alexander G. Fassbender, age 53, has served as Executive Vice President and Chief Technology Officer since November 1998 and as a director of the Company since June 2005. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Fassbender was Manager of Technology Commercialization at Battelle Memorial Institute (BMI) Pacific Northwest Laboratories. He had held various positions with BMI since 1976. Dr. Paul A. Loeffler, age 59, has served as a director of the Company since September 1997. Dr. Loeffler also serves as a member of the Audit and the Compensation and Benefits Committees. Since 1985, Dr. Loeffler has been a professor of chemistry at Sam Houston State University, Huntsville, Texas, and has been with the University's chemistry department of Sam Houston State University since 1975.
