James T. Taylor has been Chief Executive Officer/President, Thomas Group, Inc. Jim Taylor has been Chief Executive Officer, President, and Director of Thomas Group since January 2004. Mr. Taylor joined the Company in 2001 as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Previously, Mr. Taylor served as President of the Chancellor Group, a Texas-based consulting company. He also was Vice President for Overhill Farms Corporation, a food processing company.Previously, Mr. Taylor was the CEO and President of Elcon Industries, a manufacturer/distributor of aftermarket automotive accessories. Prior to this, he was a partner with Coopers & Lybrand (currently PriceWaterhouse Coopers) in both the Los Angeles and Dallas offices. Mr. Taylor is a licensed CPA and a member of Financial Executives International, Dallas Citizen Council, and a Board Member for Big Thought.

Greg is the president and founder of The Thomas Group. Greg graduated with a MBA from the University of California, Davis in 2005. This achievement further strengthened and complemented his strong academic and professional background. Starting in the Sacramento area in 1996 managing a small dental practice and dental HMO; Greg has grown the company to 22 dedicated people. The Thomas Group serves dental practices in the San Francisco Bay Area, Washington State and the Sacramento Metro area. Describing his business he says "The Thomas Group does everything BUT the dentistry". Greg provides powerful leadership skills and business acumen. He provides strategic planning, practice acquisition/analysis and running partnership meetings for the majority of his clients. Additionally, Greg is a licensed California Real Estate broker and assists in client real estate transactions and building/office selection. Greg is a licensed pilot. He served in the United States Navy and was awarded an Air Medal for his performance in the Gulf War, Desert Storm. He earned a Bachelor of Science, Petroleum Engineering at the Colorado School of Mines and a Masters of Science, Aeronautical Engineering at the Naval Post Graduate School.

David English, Vice President and CFO, Thomas Group, Inc. David English has been Vice President and CFO since June 2005. Mr. English joined the Company in 2000 as Assistant Controller. Prior to joining the Thomas Group, Mr. English served as Chief Financial Officer of the Nichols Companies, a construction equipment distributor. Sharon is co-founder of The Thomas Group and plays an active role in managing the daily operations of The Thomas Group. Sharon is also a California licensed architect with a Bachelor's of Arts in Architecture from the University of California at Berkeley. Penny joined The Thomas Group in 1998 and is the liaison for our PACS consultants. Her role also includes coordinating and overseeing the daily activities of the various members of The Thomas Group team and providing hands-on support to our clients. Before becoming part of The Thomas Group team, Penny worked for a national medical device service organization. There she developed a keen understanding of the relationships between vendors, engineers, employees and management. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from the University of Redlands and a Masters in Business Administration from Chapman University.

Christian Nielsen-Palacios was born and raised in Venezuela. He attended various schools in Venezuela, Denmark and New Jersey, and received a 6-year professional degree in architecture from Universidad Simon Bolivar in Caracas, in 1981. He came to Ithaca in 1984 to attend the history of architecture masters program at Cornell University. Christian has been a licensed architect in NY since 1991, and is an Associate Principal at The Thomas Group, a local architecture and engineering firm specializing in the design of public schools. In his spare time (ha!) he offers freelance translation services to and from Spanish. Christian is specially interested in sustainable design and environmental issues (he is a LEED Accredited Professional), and serves as member of the Boards of Directors of New York Interfaith Power and Light (www.nyipl.org) and the Ithaca Green Building Alliance.

Dan Hampton joined Thomas Group in 1989 as Senior Partner, Defense and is presently the Senior EVP of our Defense Practice. In this role, he is responsible for Federal Government Business Development (marketing, macro-analyzes, program planning /startup, and contract management). During his 16 years at Thomas Group, Hampton has served as a Senior Partner, Business Area Manager, Resultant, Results Manager, Business Development Executive, Senior VP, EVP, and Senior EVP. He has played a lead role in organizing and developing Thomas Group's Defense Practice and has conducted all of the major macro-analyzes that have led to implementation engagements upon which Thomas Group's defense business is based. Prior to joining Thomas Group, Hampton had 30 years of successively more responsible management experience in high-tech product development and marketing at Honeywell, Sperry Rand, Westinghouse, VARO, Whitehall Corporation, and SFENA Corporation, where he served as Senior Systems Engineer; Project Engineer; Product Line Marketing Manager; Director, Corporate Planning and Marketing; Vice President/ General Manager; Vice President, Marketing and Strategic Planning; and President/CEO. He has successfully developed and marketed new high-tech products for military and commercial aircraft flight controls/displays, underseas warfare, antisubmarine warfare, off-shore oil exploration, petroleum industry acoustic flow measurement, and night vision electronics. Hampton served in the US Marine Corps as a jet attack pilot and avionics officer. Hampton received his BSEE from the University of New Mexico, an MSE from Arizona State University, and an MBA from the University of Maryland. He is a Life Member of the IEEE, an Associate Fellow of the AIAA, and a Life Member of the US Navy League. He belongs to Sigma Tau, Eta Kappa Nu, Tau Beta Pi, and Beta Gamma Sigma scholastic honorary fraternities.
Diana Hueter is a Principal in Thomas Group's Healthcare Practice. Hueter is a highly qualified and experienced leader in the healthcare industry, and with other major corporations and entrepreneurial ventures. In this role, Hueter has responsibility for implementing enterprise transformation solutions that achieve best-in-class operational performance and deliver significant bottom line results. She helps to drive the healthcare practice strategy, which is centered upon increasing value to clients through specific vertical industry and horizontal services offerings. Having a deep knowledge of the healthcare community, Hueter has served as president and CEO of several organizations including, Southwest Museum of Science and Technology, Hueter and Associates, and St. Vincent Health Care System. She also has held high-level management positions with Baylor Health Care System. Hueter has served as Chair/Director of the Little Rock Branch of the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis representing to Alan Greenspan the health care economic sector. Hueter's education includes an M.B.A. and B.B.A. from Lamar University; in Beaumont, Texas. She is a Lifetime Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives (FACHE); holds a Teacher's Certificate in Secondary Education, and is a Certified Manager of Patient Accounting (CMPA). Harrison Goldman has over 25 years of senior management experience. Goldman is considered a World Class expert and knowledge leader in process improvement. His most recent experience with Thomas Group includes overseeing business development and delivery of large implementation programs, including the creation and institutionalization of complete operations solutions for clients. Goldman has held multiple positions with the Thomas Group including Principal, Vice President, Results Manager and Resultant. During these roles, he has spent considerable time in the field on a number of assignments including managing assessments, architectures and implementations for multiple companies. Before joining Thomas Group in 1995, Goldman held executive management positions in the graphic arts and banking and finance industries. He resides in Dallas, TX, and holds a BA degree from the University of Maryland, an MS from Towson University and has attended the Stonier School of Banking at Rutgers University.
John F. Stasz, Managing Partner. Mr. Stasz is a CPA and has over 25 years of executive and consulting experience in a broad range of industries. Mr. Stasz is well grounded in finance and accounting and leverages this expertise with operations, profit improvement, change management, and strategic planning. Specific industry experience includes industrial products, packaging, electronics, utilities, and heavy equipment. Prior to joining Van Winkle Associates Mr. Stasz spent nine years as an engagement manager with Thomas Group, Inc., an international management consulting firm. Key accomplishments include working with a water utility company's senior management team to implement strategy, vision, key initiatives, and related management processes. Mr. Stasz directed the turnaround of a packaging company from consistent operating losses to profitability, improved customer responsiveness, and increased asset utilization. At a $2.5 billion global printing company, Mr. Stasz led a team to reduce worldwide accounts receivable by 20%, generating $80 million in cash. Mr. Stasz also served as chief financial officer for a number of companies where he was instrumental in establishing company infrastructure and securing equity financing from venture firms. Previous to that, as a financial officer, he had experience with larger high growth public companies gaining experience in public reporting, public offerings, acquisitions, asset utilization, planning systems, and information technology. The companies ranged from $25 to $300 million in annual revenues. Mr. Stasz received a Bachelor of Science in business administration from the University of Massachusetts and became a Certified Public Accountant in 1969. He served as an audit manager with Arthur Anderson.

John A. Steidl oversees client solution architecture in Thomas Group's Healthcare Practice. During his 17 years with the firm, Steidl has designed and implemented a wide range of performance enhancing solutions for clients in industries such as automotive, consumer electronics and medical devices. Most recently, Steidl's focus has been on building the company's Healthcare Practice with clients that include employers, payers and providers (both hospitals and physician associations.) As part of his role in providing expert advice on business process innovation and enterprise performance management, Steidl concentrates on creating multi-stakeholder collaborative frameworks to drive transformational change in complex environments. Prior to joining Thomas Group, Steidl held a variety of finance and marketing management positions in the semiconductor industry. He held roles as the Director of International Marketing at International Rectifier and later as the Director of Planning. He received his Bachelor's of Arts degree from Wesleyan University and his Masters degree in Anthropology from Harvard.

Mike Dungan is a Principal within Thomas Group's Government Practice responsible for delivering value to customers through implementation teams, and for business growth. Dungan works directly with the Thomas Group management team to execute the company's vision in the continuous effort to deliver value to its customers, shareholders, and employees. He joined Thomas Group in 1998 as a Resultant, promoted to Results Manager in 2001, and named as a Principal of the company in 2008. His program experience includes production, supply chain, and operations improvements as well senior management mentoring for clients including several within the U.S. Department of Defense. Under Dungan's leadership, Thomas Group guided the US Navy to improve their on-time production of aviators and enlisted aircrew, providing the right number at the right time. He also led efforts that improved the capability to man, train and equip ready forces on time and at the best cost. He has successfully managed numerous multi-million dollar projects in operations improvement and management process improvement. He has authored several papers on the application of business practices to Department of Defense organizations and is one of the developers of Thomas Group's Enterprise model used to drive organizational excellence for clients. Prior to Thomas Group, Mr. Dungan was a Regional Director with a major telecommunications firm. He also served with the United States Air Force for 26 years in various operational and staff positions. Mr. Dungan holds a Bachelors degree in Psychology from the University of West Florida and a Masters degree from Vanderbilt University.
Shon joined The Thomas Group in 2000 as an operations assistant to Penny Kim. Her initial activities were to supply The Thomas Group team with support in our research activities, PACS projects, business development issues and training activities. However, as the company became specialized in the PACS arena and Shon became more involved in the PACS projects, it was only natural that she become a PACS Project Coordinator. Shon works closely with the operations manager and our consultants to ensure that each Thomas Group project receives the detailed attention necessary. She also provides administrative and marketing support to the entire team. Shon holds an Associate of Arts degree from Brooks College and a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing from American InterContinental University (AIU).

Trent Humphries is a well-known executive sales consultant, specializing in large corporate transformations that run the gamut from strategy to near term profit improvement to organizational development and to actually closing business. Mr. Humphries offers his unique skills and rolodex to Corporate Rain clients who need a serious sales presence and a "white shoe" touch to take you through the whole sales process. Prior to joining CRI, Trent spent more than 30 years in sales with broad industry experience that spans manufacturing, software and managed services, retail and consumer goods, and electronics. Most recently, Mr. Humphries served as Senior Vice President of Thomas Group where he introduced their commercial division to Fortune 500 companies throughout the United States. Mr. Humphries is a graduate of Texas Tech University and a Vietnam combat zone veteran who now resides in Texas. He is a gifted speaker, teacher and facilitator and enjoys mentoring other business professionals through the SMU Executive Programs.
General John T. Chain, Jr. (USAF, Ret.) has served as a member of the Board of Directors since May 1995 and was the Chairman of the Board of Directors from May 1998 until January 2008. He served as the President of Quarterdeck Equity Partners Inc., an investor in the aerospace industry, from June 1996 to June 2001. He served as Special Assistant to the Chairman of Burlington Northern Santa Fe Corporation, a major U.S. freight railroad, from November 1995 to March 1996, and as an Executive Vice President of Burlington Northern from 1991 to November 1995. From 1986 to 1991, he served as a General (Commander-in-Chief, the Strategic Air Command) in the United States Air Force. General Chain was a member of the boards of directors of ConAgra Foods, Inc., a packaged food company, and Kemper Insurance, a property and casualty insurance company. General Chain was lead independent director of Northrop Grumman Corporation, a provider of products, service, and solutions in information and services, aerospace, electronics, and shipbuilding until May 2001, and was lead independent of Reynolds American, a manufacturer of cigarettes. He was a member of the board of directors of RJR Nabisco, Inc. (which became R.J.
