Robert Foley was named President in June 2000, adding that title to his previous title of Chief Operating Officer. He's responsible for managing worldwide operations, business development, and ThruPoint's domestic and global expansion. Prior to joining ThruPoint, he was President and Chief Executive Officer of COLLEGIS, an IT professional services firm. Mr. Foley also served as President of Sysorex Information Systems from 1988 to 1993, a government systems integrator. Mr. Foley has held executive positions with Electronic Data Systems, General Electric Information Systems, and Science Applications International Corp.

Thomas O'Flaherty joined ThruPoint in February 1999, after a 15 year-career with the network-building and management company formerly known as Timeplex Group, where he served, among other roles, as Corporate Controller and Director of Financial Planning and Analysis.

Andy MacDonald has overall responsibility for ThruPoint's EMEA operations. For 10 years Mr. MacDonald worked in technical and managerial roles for British Telecom before taking the lead as a strategic consultant. He joined ThruPoint in February 2001 as a result of the acquisition of iSL, where he was a founder and Managing Director.

Brian McCue is Vice President of InPoint Group. He previously helped develop ThurPoint's Northeast Region and was until recently the Director of Northeast Sales. Before 1999, Mr. McCue was part of the New York Operations team at Cabletron Systems, a leading supplier of internetworking equipment. During his nine years at Cabletron, Mr. McCue held several sales positions including the Director of Global Accounts.

Prior to joining ThruPoint in 2000, Frederic Tudor was a corporate partner in the law firm of Sills, Cummis, Epstein & Gross in Newark, NJ. He has over 18 years of experience in handling securities, intellectual property, mergers & acquisitions and general corporate matters.

Naomi Wexer is responsible for ThruPoint's Training and Development Programs worldwide, a role critical to our ability to attract and retain top employees. Previously, Ms. Wexer was the Director of Training for Claremont Technology Group/CBSI, a global systems-integration company. For more than 10 years she was Director of Career Development for Ernst and Young.

Michael W. Bealmear . Mr. Bealmear has been a director of Mitek since April 2004. He has been President and Chief Executive Officer of Hyperroll since 2004. He was EVP and President of Worldwide Operations at Sybase, Inc. from 2002 to 2004. From 2001 to 2000 he was CEO at Convansys, Inc., from 1999 to 2000 he was CEO at Spear Technologies, and from 1997 to 1998 he was EVP at Cadence Design Systems.

Bernard Goldstein has been a director of ThruPoint since November 1998. He co-founded Broadview International, LLC, an investment banking firm, in 1979 and has been serving as a director of SunGard Data Systems, a computer services company, since 1994. He serves as a director several privately held companies and for Allscripts Healthcare Solutions, a provider of health care and clinical support systems. Mr. Goldstein has founded and run software and services companies, and was a prominent figure in the computer industry trade association ADAPSO.
