Mr. Ranadivé founded TIBCO in 1985 with the vision of bringing real-time technology into the mainstream. His acclaimed New York Times business bestseller The Power of Now: How Winning Companies Sense and Respond to Change Using Real-time Technology (McGraw-Hill, 1999) has been widely used in academia and been the subject of numerous interviews. Mr. Ranadivé has appeared as a featured expert on real-time computing on CNBC and in publications such as the Economist, Fast Company and Red Herring. Mr. Ranadivé has consistently been recognized as a visionary for the future of business integration, securing him a place in InfoWorld's 2002 Top Ten Technology Innovators. He was also recognized by Ernst & Young as a 2002 Software Entrepreneur of the Year. Prior to founding TIBCO, Mr. Ranadivé was president and founder of a UNIX consulting company. Previously, he held management and engineering positions with Ford Motor Company, M/A-Com Linkabit and Fortune Systems. Mr. Ranadivé is a frequent presenter on such topics as the future of integration, enabling real-time business, and unleashing the power of information across enterprises to become more competitive. Mr. Ranadivé earned an MBA from Harvard Business School, where he was a Baker Scholar. He received both a Master's and Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

Mr. Rode has been with TIBCO (and its predecessor company) since 1995 in a variety of roles. In addition to his general responsibilities as COO, Mr. Rode is also directly responsible for various functions, including finance, corporate development and IT. Prior to joining TIBCO, Mr. Rode was a management consultant with a major international consulting firm, where he worked primarily in the areas of technology strategy and planning and business process re-engineering. Mr. Rode holds a B.A. from the University of Alberta, Canada.

Mr. Hughes is responsible for TIBCO's Legal functions. Prior to returning to the US in 2003 as General Counsel, he had been the company's European General Counsel, based in London, England. Between 1989 and his joining TIBCO in 1999, Mr. Hughes held several in-house Legal positions in the technology industry in Europe and the United States. Prior to 1989, he worked in private practice in the areas of corporate, finance and intellectual property law. Mr. Hughes holds a J.D. from the University of Notre Dame Law School and a B.S. in Management from Canisius College.

Mr. Sonmez is responsible for TIBCO's worldwide sales and field operations. He joined TIBCO in 1994 and has held a variety of executive positions including general manager of EMEA operations and chief marketing officer. His professional background includes EVP of Operations at Centrata, a utility computing software firm, and engineering and product marketing positions at Consilium, a Manufacturing Execution Systems software provider. Mr. Sonmez holds a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from Bosphorus University, Istanbul, Turkey and a M.S. in Industrial Engineering and Operations Research from Virginia Tech.

Mr. Menon is responsible for Product Strategy, Product Management, Product Marketing, Field Marketing, Corporate Communications, Branding and Customer Programs worldwide. Prior to this role, Mr. Menon served as the Chief Strategist of the company, responsible for defining and executing corporate strategic initiatives, including new product strategy, M&A direction, and emerging vertical markets. Prior to joining TIBCO, Mr. Menon was with Accenture, a global consulting firm, where he specialized in supply chain and e-commerce strategy, consulting with Global 1000 companies. Mr. Menon holds an undergraduate degree in Industrial Engineering and pursued graduate work in Industrial & Management Engineering.

ROBERT PAUL STEFANSKI was elected to the Board on December 22, 2006. Mr. Stefanski is currently the chair of the Compensation Committee and also served as a member of the Audit Committee until July 26, 2007. Mr. Stefanski is an executive vice president with TIBCO Software Inc., a software company headquartered in Palo Alto, California. Prior to joining TIBCO, Mr. Stefanski practiced law in New York with Weil, Gotshal & Manges, a major international law firm. He also served as Director of Intellectual Property for financial news and information provider Reuters.

Mr. Laffey joined TIBCO in 2002 and is responsible for Engineering, Global Support and Educational Services. Prior to TIBCO, Mr. Laffey was a co-founder of Talarian Corporation, a provider of middleware, where he was responsible for engineering and product direction. He has over 25 years experience in software and has published over 30 articles in recognized scientific publications. Mr. Laffey has an M.S. in Computer Science from Virginia Polytechnic and a B.S. in Mathmematics and Computer Science from the University of Michigan.

Ms. Carey joined TIBCO in 2004. Prior to TIBCO, she was Chief Financial Officer at a number of companies: Vernier Networks, Pacific Broadband Communications and Entera. Ms. Carey has also held a variety of positions with Network Associates, including Vice President of Worldwide Sales Finance and Operations. Ms. Carey holds a B.A. in economics from Stanford University.

Ricardo is also Vice President, Global Communications Practice at TIBCO Software Inc. At TIBCO Software, Ricardo is directly responsible for revenue generation and campaign execution. Ricardo manages a virtual team of 40 sales executives, solution consultants and technical architects generating 35M EUR per year. Ricardo's role includes solution and value propositions creation, in particular for the communications industry, definition of go-to-market strategy, marketing campaigns, competitive analysis, alliance management, speaking engagements, and press liaison. Ricardo established a new model within TIBCO to develop, test, and take to market new solutions, including new product creation in conjunction with key customers and TIBCO Engineering, specifically for the mobile service operator sector. Ricardo has a Masters Degree in Electrical Engineering from Technical University of Munich and worked as a post-graduate for the European Space Agency.

John White recently retired as Vice President and Chief Information Officer for Compaq Computer Corporation. In this role, he served as a member of the executive management team for Compaq and managed Compaq's worldwide management information systems activities. Prior to Compaq, he had a 28-year career with Texas Instruments where he served in various management and technical roles, including 13 years as Vice President and Chief Information Officer and 5 years as President of the Information Technology Group. At Texas Instruments, he was responsible for the deployment of worldwide standardized management information systems, implementation of a global voice and data network, and for developing the Information Technology business, including the IEF Case tool. He also spent 4 years with Electronic Data Systems developing the EDS on-line transaction processing system for the health care, life insurance and banking industries. He is currently serving on the boards of Tibco Software (Chairman of the advisory board), Ecentris (board member), and eTopware (Chairman of the board). John has a Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics and Physics from Central Missouri State University and a Master's Degree in Mathematics from the University of Kansas.

Patrick is also Senior Global Architect at TIBCO Software Inc. Patrick has had a long and varied career in the telecommunications, hand-held and enterprise integration fields. Early in his career, as a former employee of Symbian, he was responsible for the design and implementation of key communications elements in the first generation Symbian OS. In search of a more customer focused role, Patrick joined TIBCO where he has been instrumental in driving and shaping TIBCO EMEA professional services for the last 5 years, overseeing its growth from infancy through to 12 EMEA-wide offices with 50 consultants. Patrick has established an enviable reputation for the successful delivery of a huge number of technically demanding projects, primarily in the telco space, for well known clients such as HP, Telecom Italia, Belgacom Mobile, Vodafone, Telia and Philips. Accustomed to working against agressive timescales, he understands the realities of delivering real-world, high performance carrier-grade solutions for demanding customers, and the software development, project planning and support infrastructure that is required to deliver them. Patrick graduated from Exeter University with a first class honours degree in Engineering and holds a doctorate in Parallel / Distributed Computing. He also holds a bachelors in Psychology.

Eric Dunn is a Partner at Cardinal Venture Capital. Previously, Dunn was a member of the senior management team of Intuit Inc., a leader in financial software with over $1 billion in annual revenue. At Intuit, Dunn served as CFO, VP/GM and SVP/CTO, while also leading the initial development efforts for Quicken, and also initiated many of Intuit's activities in electronic financial services and its international expansion. Before working at Intuit, Eric was a management consultant at Bain and Company, and also worked at IBM for two years as a software engineer. Eric sits on the board of Corillian, PayCycle, BitPass and Environmental Software, and has served as Chairman of the Board of LiveCapital since 2001. Eric received his B.A. in Physics from Harvard College and his MBA from Harvard Business School.

Matthew J. Szulik was elected Chairman of the Board of Directors in April 2002, and he has served as Chief Executive Officer since November 1999, as President since November 1998 and as a director since April 1999. Mr. Szulik also served as Chief Operating Officer from November 1998 to April 1999. From September 1997 to October 1998, Mr. Szulik served as President of Relativity Technologies, a computer software company. Prior to joining Relativity Technologies, Mr. Szulik served as an executive with Sapiens International and MapInfo Corp. Mr. Szulik is also a director of Tibco Software Inc. (NASDAQ:TIBX).

Peter Job has been one of our directors since June 2000. From 1963 through his retirement in July 2001, Mr. Job was employed by Reuters, most recently as its Chief Executive. In addition, Mr. Job serves on the Boards of Directors for Schroders PLC, Deutsche Bank AG, Shell Transport & Trading PLC and Instinet Group Inc., as well as on the Board of Directors of a privately held company. Until December 2004, Mr. Job also served on the Board of Directors of Glaxo Smith Kline PLC.

Philip K. Wood has been one of our directors since our inception. From August 2004 to January 2006, Mr. Wood was employed by D1 Oils plc as its Chief Executive Officer, from September 1990 through February 2004, Mr. Wood was employed by Reuters and served as Managing Director of Business Development. Prior to joining Reuters, Mr. Wood was a partner with Price Waterhouse, a predecessor to Price Waterhouse Coopers LLP. Mr. Wood was on the Board of Directors of Independent Television News Limited until January 2004. He is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants and a member of the Association of Corporate Treasurers.
