James W. Griffith is president and chief executive officer of The Timken Company and a member of the company's board of directors. Since being named president in 1999, Griffith has led a transformation of The Timken Company focused on creating ever-increasing levels of value for customers and shareholders. By harnessing its legendary quality and industry-leading innovation, Timken has pushed beyond its historic leadership in the tapered roller bearing market into a vast global market for technologies to manage the friction generated by moving parts and improve the transmission of power in a wide array of machines. Griffith joined The Timken Company in 1984 and has held positions as plant manager, vice president of manufacturing in North America and managing director of the company's business in Australia. From 1996 to 1999, he led Timken's automotive business in North America and the company's bearing business activities in Asia and Latin America. He was elected president, chief operating officer and director in 1999 and was named chief executive officer in 2002. Griffith is vice president of the World Bearing Association. He is a member of the Management Executives' Society and serves on the boards of directors of the Goodrich Corporation (NYSE: GR) and the Manufacturing Advocacy and Growth Network (MAGNET). He also serves on the board of Mount Union College. Griffith holds a bachelor's degree in industrial engineering and a Master of Business Administration from Stanford University.

John A. Luke Jr. has been a member of The Timken Company’s Board of Directors since 1999. Luke is chairman and chief executive officer of MeadWestvaco Corporation, a leading global producer of packaging, coated and specialty papers, consumer and office products, and specialty chemicals. He has held that position since 2003. Luke previously held other leadership roles at MeadWestvaco, including serving as chairman, president and chief executive officer. He serves on the board of directors of The Bank of New York Company, Inc., FM Global and MeadWestvaco Corporation.

Glenn A. Eisenberg is executive vice president – finance and administration and chief financial officer of The Timken Company. He also is an officer of the company. Eisenberg is responsible for the executive leadership of the company’s financial organization, including accounting, tax, treasury, audit, risk management, financial analysis and investor relations. He also has responsibility for strategic planning, corporate development, communications, community relations, information technology and shared services. He is a member of the company’s executive council. Since joining Timken in 2001, Eisenberg has been instrumental in executing Timken’s global growth and financial strategies, including the billion-dollar acquisition of The Torrington Company. Prior to joining the company, Eisenberg served as president and chief operating officer of United Dominion Industries, a diversified industrial manufacturing company with $2.5 billion in sales, prior to its acquisition by SPX Corporation. At UDI, he also held the positions of president – test instrument segment, executive vice president and chief financial officer and vice president – planning and development. Before joining UDI in 1990, he was a vice president at the Citizens and Southern Corporation. Eisenberg serves on the boards of directors for Family Dollar Stores Inc. (NYSE: FDO) and Alpha Natural Resources Inc. (NYSE: ANR). In addition, he serves on the boards of Aultman Hospital and the Manufacturers Alliance/MAPI. He holds a bachelor’s degree in economics and environmental studies from Tulane University and a master’s degree in business administration from Georgia State University.

Dr. Draper retired as Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Columbus, Ohio-based American Electric Power Co., Inc. in 2004, a position which Dr. Draper held since April 1993. Dr. Draper previously served as Chairman of the Board, President and Chief Executive Officer of Gulf States Utilities Company, Beaumont, Texas from 1987 to 1992. Dr. Draper holds a Bachelor degree in Chemical Engineering from Rice University and a Ph.D. in Nuclear Science and Engineering from Cornell University. Alastair R. "Al" Deane is senior vice president technology at The Timken Company and an officer of the company. Since joining Timken in 2005, Deane has refocused the company's global network of technology centers to strengthen core technical competencies and leverage Timken's global growth strategy. Timken's 14 worldwide technology centers provide product design, application and manufacturing technology for the company's broad range of powertrain and friction management solutions. Prior to joining Timken, Deane served as senior vice president of engineering at GKN Driveline, a global supplier of driveline components and systems. In more than six years at GKN Driveline, he held a range of global engineering responsibilities in automotive sideshafts, propshafts and torque-management products. Deane has nearly 20 years of engineering experience in automotive brake components and anti-lock brake systems with The Kelsey-Hayes Company and the Robert Bosch Corporation. Deane holds a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Michigan.

He was formerly senior vice president – supply chain and Project O.N.E. In his new role, Coughlin will lead the Bearings and Power Transmission Group’s Process Industries segment, with full profit and loss accountability. In addition, he will be responsible for distribution management and global supply chain management for the Bearings and Power Transmission Group. Since 2007, Coughlin has been responsible for global supply chain management, including strategy, demand planning, inventory management, order fulfillment and purchasing for the Bearings and Power Transmission Group. He provided leadership for Project O.N.E., a multiyear initiative to streamline business processes and implement an enterprise SAP-based resource planning system. Coughlin began his Timken career in 1984 in the company’s steel operations. He held a variety of management positions in the company’s bearing business, including vice president – industrial equipment; vice president – process industries and vice president – primary metals. Coughlin received a bachelor’s degree in metallurgical engineering from the University of Cincinnati and a master’s degree in business administration from Case Western Reserve University.

J. Ted Mihaila is senior vice president – controller and an officer of The Timken Company. Since being named to this position in 2006, Mihaila has directed the company’s compilation, analysis and reporting of accurate and timely financial results. Under his guidance, the finance team provides information that enables company leaders to make strategic decisions about growth opportunities, investments and markets. Earlier in 2006, Mihaila assumed the role of vice president – business development and controller in the Industrial Group. He directed the development of long-term strategies and implementation of tactical plans to accelerate the Industrial Group’s growth through acquisitions and affiliations. In 2000, Mihaila was named controller for the company’s former Industrial Group. Mihaila joined the company in 1975 and was promoted to an accounting role in 1977. He has managed finances for various Timken production facilities and business groups. Mihaila is an active member of the Manufacturers Alliance/MAPI Inc. Financial Council. He also serves on the board of Habitat for Humanity of Greater Stark County and the George W. Daverio School of Accountancy Advisory Board at The University of Akron. Mihaila received a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Akron and a master’s degree in business administration from Kent State University.

William R. Burkhart is senior vice president and general counsel and an officer of The Timken Company. He leads a team that provides legal counsel and support for all of Timken’s global business activities, including acquisitions and affiliations. He also has responsibility for corporate governance and global environmental, health and safety programs. Burkhart previously served as director – affiliations and acquisitions in Canton, Ohio, and as legal counsel for the company’s operations in Europe, Africa and West Asia. He joined Timken as an attorney in Canton in 1994 and was named corporate attorney in 1996. He was named to his current position in 2000. Burkhart previously served as an attorney for Reed Smith Shaw and McClay LLP, a law firm in Pittsburgh. Burkhart serves on the Board of Directors of the Ohio Chamber of Commerce and on the Executive Committee of the Canton Regional Chamber of Commerce. He also is currently a member of the Manufacturers' Alliance Law Council. He received a bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of Florida and a juris doctorate from Harvard University.

JP Sinha is a Mechanical Engineer with an MBA in Strategy and Finance. He has been with Timken for 15 years and his area of expertise is Sales and Marketing. Mr. Sinha’s hobbies include reading books on management concepts and travelling to new places. Mr. Sinha is married with two children.

Beth Radalia is a global trade and compliance analyst for The Timken Company. Her primary responsibility is to support trade among The Timken Company's international intercompany locations. Beth is the department's primary support for international trade regulations and procedures, the order management system, and many other systems and procedures. Prior to joining The Timken Company, Beth spent five years working at Pepsi Cola of Stark County as a marketing assistant. Beth graduated with a BA in Marketing from Walsh University. She has future plans to return to Walsh University in pursuit of her MBA. Beth is a Canton native, and a member of the Canton Jaycees.

Pamela Bossart was elected Trustee in 1997. A life-long resident of Plain Township and an Oakwood High School graduate, Pamela earned her Bachelor degree in Computer Science from Walsh University in 1997. Pamela works locally for The Timken Company and has three daughters, two granddaughters, and two grandsons. Pamela is interested in enhancing the quality of life in Plain Township for all residents.

Pat Grischow is a Senior Government Affairs Specialist for The Timken Company, a leading international manufacturer of highly engineered bearings, alloy and specialty steels and components, headquartered in Canton, Ohio. She manages human resource legislative and regulatory issues on the state and federal level, and is responsible for the Government Affairs communications program for US Timken associates. At Timken, she has held management positions in benefits, personnel, labor relations and bearing plant operations. A SHRM member, Pat has been active on various legislative, health care, workers' compensation and human resource committees sponsored by local, state and national business organizations. She was an original stakeholder in the development of Ohio's workers' compensation managed care system and participated in the negotiations yielding Ohio's patient protection legislation. As a member of the Ohio Governor's Workforce Policy Board and the Stark/Tuscarawas Workforce Investment Board, she is involved with state and local efforts to implement the federal Workforce Investment Act and create a one-stop employment system in Ohio. Pat received her BA in economics from Mount Union College, Alliance, Ohio and her MBA from Kent State University, Kent, Ohio.

Robert W. Mahoney has been a member of The Timken Company Board of Directors since 1992. Mahoney is chairman emeritus of Diebold, Incorporated, a company specializing in automation of self-service transactions, as well as security products, software and service for its products. He has held that title since 1999. He serves on the board of directors for Cincinnati Bell, Inc. and Sherwin-Williams Co.

Ward J. “Tim” Timken, Jr. is chairman of the board of directors of The Timken Company. He was elected to the board in 2002 and later served as vice chairman prior to being named chairman in 2005. Previously Timken served as president of the company’s Steel Group, leading it to record levels of profitability. In 2000, Timken served as corporate vice president in the Office of the Chairman. Responsible for strategy development, he played a pivotal role in the acquisition and integration of The Torrington Company, by far the largest acquisition in the company’s history. The addition of Torrington doubled the size of The Timken Company and significantly expanded its product breadth and capabilities for friction management and powertrain solutions. His other positions at the company included key postings in Europe and Latin America in the 1990s. While in Europe, he led a team to acquire bearing-making assets in Romania and other regions in Central and Eastern Europe. In Latin America, he was responsible for all operations and sales from Mexico to Argentina. Before joining The Timken Company in 1992, he opened and managed the Washington, D.C., office of McGough & Associates, a Columbus, Ohio-based government affairs consulting firm. He holds a bachelor’s degree in marketing from Georgetown University and a Master of Business Administration from the Darden School at the University of Virginia. Timken is a member of the board of directors of Pella Corporation. He also serves on several other boards, including the American Iron and Steel Institute of which he is past chairman, the Ohio Business Development Council, the Ohio Business Roundtable Executive Committee, Team NEO, the Stark Development Board, Firestone Country Club, the Henry & Louise Timken Foundation, the Timken Foundation and the Timken Charitable Trust.

John M. Timken Jr. has been a member of The Timken Company Board of Directors since 1986. He is a private investor.

Phillip R. Cox, 60, is president and CEO of Cox Financial Corporation, Cincinnati, a financial services firm he founded in 1971. He was elected to Diebold's board of directors in 2005. In addition, he serves as a director on a variety of boards, including Cincinnati Bell, the Federal Reserve Bank, Duke Energy Corporation, The Timken Company, the University of Cincinnati and Bethesda Hospital. Also, Cox is chairman of the Cincinnati Business Committee, an organization comprised of the 25 most influential companies in the Cincinnati area, of which Cox Financial has been a member for the past seven years. Cox is a graduate of Xavier University and holds a doctorate of letters degree from the College of Mount St. Joseph and Cincinnati Technical College.
