At TiVo, Anna Brunelle is responsible for financial operations including accounting, tax, treasury, purchasing, internal audit, financial reporting and planning.
Prior to joining TiVo, Anna held Corporate Controller positions at Broadvision, Adaptec, Roxio and Napster. At Adaptec, she facilitated the spin-off of Roxio from Adaptec. Later, she helped Roxio venture into the online music business through the acquisition of Napster which eventually became the primary strategy of the company.
She began her career at Deloitte & Touche, LLP in San Jose, and has also held senior finance roles at Silicon Valley start-ups where she was responsible for raising capital, developing business plans, integrating acquisitions, and building the finance teams.
Anna is a CPA and holds a B.A. in Business Administration/ Accounting from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo.

James Barton is a co-founder of TiVo and served as TiVo s Vice President of Research and Development, Chief Technical Officer and Director since our inception to January 2004 and is currently Chief Technical Officer and Senior Vice President. From June 1996 to August 1997, Mr. Barton was President and Chief Executive Officer of Network Age Software, Inc., a company that he founded to develop software products targeted at managed electronic distribution. From November 1994 to May 1996, Mr. Barton served as Chief Technical Officer of Interactive Digital Solutions Company, a joint venture of Silicon Graphics Incorporation (SGI) and AT&T Network Systems created to develop interactive television systems. From June 1993 to November 1994, Mr. Barton served as Vice President and General Manager of the Media Systems Division of SGI. From January 1990 to May 1991, Mr. Barton served as Vice President and General Manager for the Systems Software Division of Silicon Graphics. Prior to joining SGI, Mr. Barton held technical and management positions with Hewlett-Packard and Bell Laboratories. Mr. Barton holds a B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering and an M.S. degree in Computer Science from the University of Colorado at Boulder.

At TiVo, Matt has overall responsibility for the Company's legal, government relations and privacy matters.
Prior to joining TiVo, Matt was Senior Attorney, Broadband Law and Policy for MediaOne in Denver, Colorado. During his tenure there, he developed strategies and advocacy positions on video and high-speed data issues, negotiated carriage deals with television programmers, and provided legal support to MediaOne's corporate marketing, operations, engineering, commercial sales and regional counsel.
Before joining MediaOne, Matt served as Corporate Counsel for Continental Cablevision's Western Region, based in Los Angeles. Prior to that, he was an associate with the Washington, D.C., law firm of Cole, Raywid & Braverman, where he represented cable operators before the FCC.
Matt holds a juris doctorate from the George Washington University National Law Center and a Bachelor's of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of Vermont. Matt is a frequent speaker at conferences addressing legal issues confronting multi-channel video providers.

Mark A. A Silicon Valley native, Nancy Kato is one of the region's most experienced Human Resources professionals. As Senior Vice President of Human Resources at TiVo, Nancy is responsible for developing and managing all processes and policies in regard to employee relations, recruiting and hiring, performance assessment and compensation as well as employee and organizational development.
Nancy joins TiVo from Hewlett-Packard, where she served as Vice President of Global Compensation. At HP, Nancy developed strategic compensation and planning for the company's 150,000 worldwide employee base. Prior to her role at HP, Nancy was Senior Vice President of Human Resources for Ariba. She has also held senior roles at Compaq and Tandem.
Nancy earned her BS in Health Sciences and MA in Education and Counseling from San Jose State University. In addition, she has served as a guest lecturer at Stanford University and Santa Clara University. She is active in numerous charitable causes for Valley children and the elderly.

Previously, Ms. Maitra served as senior director of content development at Comcast, where she was responsible for day-to-day operations of Select on Demand, a collection of new niche non-linear networks delivered via video on-demand and broadband. Prior to Comcast, Ms. Maitra was executive vice president, general manager of Primedia Digital Video, where she developed on-demand and broadband video businesses for Primedia's established print franchises. Her accomplishments include launching video services on Comcast and Real Networks.
Ms. Maitra also held a series of editorial and management positions at NBC, including vice president, general manager of CNBC /Dow Jones Business Video. There she helped build and manage one of the first profitable streaming video web sites to offer financial content thru both subscription and syndication models.
Ms. Maitra earned her BA in Journalism and Psychology from Washington and Lee University in Lexington , Virginia .

Jeff is responsible for TiVo's Service Provider division, helping cable, satellite and other service providers deploy the TiVo Service to their customers world-wide. Jeff leads the sales, marketing, design, engineering, product qualification and program management functions for the service provider division.
Jeff joined TiVo in 2001. Previously Jeff was Vice President for TiVo's Platform business and led a group that was responsible for technology licensing, product marketing, manufacturing, customer support, and service operations. Over the last three years TiVo established licensing relationships and deployed products with the world's largest consumer electronic and STB companies.
Jeff has over 20 years of experience in marketing, engineering, and general management. Before joining TiVo, Jeff was CEO for PointsBeyond - a venture-backed internet portal focused on the outdoor adventure market. Prior to that, Jeff founded and was Vice President of Marketing and Business Development for Quantum Corporation's Consumer Electronics Business Unit where he built Quantum's first business relationships with Panasonic, Sony, and TiVo. Jeff started his career at Hewlett-Packard and held a variety of engineering, marketing management and business development roles.

Prior to joining TiVo, Mr. Danovitz was Vice President at Global Alliance Partners (GAP) – an international consulting firm that assists companies entering new markets between the U.S. and Asia – where he served as a consultant for TiVo, and was a core member of the TiVo licensing project for nearly three years resulting in significant contracts, including: Toshiba, Pioneer and Toshiba Semiconductor. Geoff Yang is a founding partner of Redpoint Ventures. Prior to founding Redpoint, Geoff was a general partner with IVP, a firm he joined in 1987. Geoff emphasizes investments in consumer media and infrastructure. His media and advertising investments include Ask Jeeves, Excite, MySpace and TiVo. His networking investments include BigBand, Calix, Foundry Networks, Juniper Networks, MMC Networks and Wellfleet. He currently serves on the Board of TiVo (TIVO). His privately-held company board seats include: Azul Systems, BigBand Networks, Calix, Gaia Online, Efficient Frontier, Fanfare, M2Z Networks and Oodle. In addition, Geoff was founding director or previously led investments in Agile Networks, Applied Digital Access, Centillion, Collabra, Crescendo, Golfweb, JotSpot, Netcore Systems, Netlink, Promatory, Rapid City, Shasta Networks, Synernetics, and Whitetree. Geoff served on the President's Information Technology Advisory Committee (PITAC); and was a Director of the National Venture Capital Association (NVCA) and Director and past President of the Western Association of Venture Capitalists (WAVC). Prior to joining IVP, Geoff was an Associate with First Century Partners where he had specialized in communications and software investments. Earlier, Geoff had been in technical support and marketing at IBM Corp. Geoff holds a B.S.E. in Engineering and Management Systems from Princeton University and an M.B.A. from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.

Thomas S. Rogers was appointed by our Board to serve as a director in September 2003 and was named President and Chief Executive Officer of TiVo, effective July 1, 2005.
Prior to taking on this role, Mr. Rogers served as Vice Chairman of the Board of TiVo. Before that Mr. Rogers was Chairman of the Board of Teleglobe International Holdings, Ltd. (NASDAQ: TLGB), an international telecommunications provider of voice, data, internet, and mobile telephony services. He also served as the Senior Operating Executive for media and entertainment for Cerberus Capital Management, a large private equity firm. Previously, Tom was Chairman and CEO of PRIMEDIA, Inc. (NYSE: PRM), which then was the leading targeted media company in the United States. PRIMEDIA published some 200 magazines, operated more than 400 websites, and owned a wide range of television and video businesses.
Prior to joining PRIMEDIA, Tom was President of NBC Cable and Executive Vice President of NBC, as well as NBC's chief strategist. Among his many accomplishments, Tom founded CNBC, the nation's leading business news channel and established the NBC/Microsoft cable channel and Internet joint venture, MSNBC. In addition, he served as co-chairman of the Arts and Entertainment, and History Channels, and was responsible for overseeing many other cable channels including Court TV, Bravo, American Movie Classics, Independent Film Channel, the National Geographic Channel, and numerous regional sports channels.
Prior to NBC, Tom was Senior Counsel to the U.S. House of Representatives Telecommunications, Consumer Protection and Finance Subcommittee and was responsible for drafting a number of communications laws, including the Cable Act of 1984, as well as overseeing the FCC. Tom began his career as an attorney with a Wall Street law firm. He currently also serves as Chairman of TRget Media, LLC, a media investment and operations advisory firm.
Mr. Rogers holds a B.A. degree in Government from Wesleyan University and a J.D. degree from Columbia Law School.

Tom Wolzien currently serves as Chairman of Wolzien LLC, a firm he founded in 2005 which provides consulting and advisory services to leading companies in the media and communications industries and related fields. Prior to that, Mr. Wolzien was a senior sell-side media analyst at Wall Street research firm, Sanford C. Bernstein & Co., where he covered large, publicly traded media and cable companies. Prior to that, Mr. Wolzien worked at NBC in numerous positions of increasing responsibility including White House Field Producer, Executive Producer, News Vice President, and Senior Vice President of Cable and Business Development. He began his career in 1968 as a news reporter and photographer at local television stations in Denver, Green Bay, and St. Louis. After completing Army Officer Candidate School, Mr. Wolzien ran a unit of combat photographers in Vietnam. Mr. Wolzien has also been awarded multiple patents for his inventions linking mass media and the web and holds a B.A. degree in Mass Communications from the University of Denver.

William Cella currently serves as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of The Cella Group LLC, a firm he founded in 2008 which provides media sales representation, consultations in media, as well as sport and entertainment representation, to leading companies. Prior to that, he was the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of MAGNA Global Worldwide, a media negotiation, research and programming unit of the Interpublic Group of Companies. Prior to that, Mr. Cella held the position at of Executive Vice President, Director of Broadcast and Programming for Universal McCann North America, where he was responsible for over $2 billion of national broadcast time on network, cable and syndicated television. He began his career at ABC where he worked for 15 years, first as an account executive for WXYZ-TV in Detroit later rising to the position of Vice President of Sports Sales for ABC Television Network. Mr. Cella was inducted into the Broadcasting and Cable Hall of Fame in 2007.
