Dan Neuburger is the president of Todays Staffing, a subsidiary of CDI Corporation. Mr. Neuburger joined CDI in 2003, bringing a wealth of senior management experience to Todays. Most recently, Mr. Neuburger held the position of executive vice president and general manager for the Galileo International division of Cendant Corporation. Prior to that he ran Cendant's global contact center organization. Before joining Cendant, Mr. Neuburger was senior vice president and general manager for the Corporate Services division of American Express, leading an organization of 4,000 sales, customer service and operations professionals. Mr. Neuburger spent 14 years at American Express. His broad experience in leading organizations and his track record of producing impressive results is key in growing the Todays Staffing business. Mr. Neuburger understands all aspects of client service, client retention, and is an expert in building and growing effective sales driven organizations.

Lisa Imler began her career in the Hospitality industry prior to joining Todays Staffing in 1990. Ms. Imler has held numerous positions during her tenure at Todays Staffing, starting as an Assistant Operations Manager in 1990 in the Annapolis, Maryland branch. Ms. Imler's consistent results earned her four Achievers Club honors and multiple promotions; in all holding more than eight different positions with Todays. Before being promoted to Regional Vice President, Ms. Imler was a District Manager responsible for seven markets in the Mid-Atlantic area, including: Charlotte, Annapolis, Richmond, and Raleigh, as well as three on-site locations. Her experience in the industry and with Todays makes her an expert in giving excellent direction in providing quality service to clients and candidates.

Michael Crumrine is the Director of Enterprise Information Systems for Todays Staffing. Mr. Crumrine joined Todays Staffing in 1992 and his tenure with the company includes: Payroll management, Technical Specialist, Network management, Telecommunications, Manager of Technical Services, and Project Manager. Mr. Crumrine's background in technology and business solutions has helped to drive successful strategic implementations such as the Wide Area Network Redesign, Online Testing, Todays.com Redesign, and the company wide applicant tracking Implementation. Mr. Crumrine's focus is to utilize CDI's technology standards and infrastructure to increase business productivity, continuously creating more efficient ways to provide quality service to our clients and candidates. Among Mr. Crumrine's accomplishments include being a recipient of the President's Award and an Achievers Club winner.

Ron Villareal is the Director of Field Support for Todays Staffing. Mr. Villareal joined Todays Staffing in 1991, and his tenure with the company includes: Operations Manager, Technology Trainer, Financial Operations Manager, Implementation Coordinator, Corporate Trainer, Systems Development, Systems Support Manager, I.T. projects and EIS Director. Mr. Villareal's field experience and understanding of the Staffing industry have combined to provide business solutions to Todays Staffing for over a decade. Mr. Villareal is responsible for leveraging Spherion's corporate resources and solutions for the Todays business unit. He is also responsible for collaborating with Spherion and its various business units throughout the U.S., Canada and England. Among Ron's accomplishments include being a two-time recipient of the President's award and an Achiever's Club member. Mr. Villareal's primary objectives are to help Todays Staffing leverage the use of Spherion's standardized technology and new innovations in order to gain operational efficiencies and achieve profitable growth.
